Ogy and his brother came out twice to do the repairs. Due to weather, they had to reschedule. the way my gutters were installed, they were not able to fix it. They were very informative and spent the time explaining the issues and needs to be done. They were honest about what they can and can't do. I wish I can hire them for the job as they were very friendly and professional. That being said I got what I feel was a awesome deal and the service I wanted was outstanding to say the least . I went on Yelp and was immediately taking calls and texts and emails about cleaning my gutters and placing gutter guards on. The prices as usual where all over the map. Meaning from 1500 to what I finally paid with this company. The professionalism and courtesy was outstanding. The communication was fantastic. And then because of a cancellation the workers where at my house 20 hours later. Today ! And they cleaned my gutters and placed in the new gutter guards. The guys simply did a great job! I just recently bought my house and knew some work might be needed.The whole gutter run on of the sides was kinda sagging and was leaking down the siding ,leaving marks around the windows .I contacted Ogi and he came to give me a quote on the next day. The work they did was great. I knew when I was contacting them for gutter cleaning it was very late or past the normal time to have ones gutters cleaned. This was not a problem for them. They came and gave an estimate and a time when they could do the work. The communication and work from them were both excellent. I contacted Boston Gutter Solutions (BGS) through Yelp to have two aluminum downspouts replaced. Ogy responded within a day and we traded text messages. I sent him a couple of pictures and he provided a very favorable estimate in short order. He said he'd be available to do it in two days. I am so happy with the work the Boston Gutter Solutions team completed on my home. I valued the strong level of communication throughout the entire project. Ogy returned my intial phone call immediately, he came out for an estimate a few days later, and sent us a quote within 48 hours. He was professional, knowledgeable, and was always available via text prior to the project and afterwards. He installed new gutters and repaired a lot of our rotting fascia. We even had a wasp infested area on our roof and he bought the spray and took care of the area for us. After the work was completed, we had a small seam on a gutter that was still leaking, we sent a video and he offered to come back to seal and repair the issue.
