However, as the crew was departing they accidentally backed over a light pole in my driveway. The company owner contacted me and assured me they would cover the entire cost of repairing/replacing the pole and fixture, and that's exactly what happened. The owner was extremely good at communicating, and as I incurred repair costs he promptly sent me reimbursement checks with no hassle, and no need for me to "follow-up" and remind him to reimburse me. As consideration of the effort I put in coordinating the light pole replacement, he also refunded the total cost of the original gutter repair visit. Sometimes, accidents happen. What sets businesses apart is how they handle the aftermath. In this case, I can't say enough good things about this company.
