We coordinated with him to have our hot tub hard wired upon delivery. He came days before the delivery date, on time, to see what the situation was and what all he might need, gave a fair estimate, spelled out possible reasons it might be more, and explained everything in terms I understood. He returned the day of delivery to get things rolling before the hot tub was delivered and kept me appraised of his progress, including the snag that he warned me could happen (old, underground conduit inhibiting the pulling of wire). He finished up, I filled and heated up the hot tub and was in it the next night. Plus he followed up a few days later to make sure everything was good. Bottom line, he was professional, courteous, on time and an all around good guy.

The main contractor does not honor his contract or word. The last sub that was out to the house was drywall. Which also used our addition to babysit his child while working, which would account for some of the problems we are having with drywall. We as the homeowners had to finish the addition to get through inspections. After final we passed, EMW submitted an invoice for payment, saying they did there part... Paint, flooring, finish plumbing, tile, mil work, etc was not completed when they walked. Be careful leaving negative reviews of EMW. The owner with then send you threats in text message and via voicemail. I only post this to save someone else the headache and Aggravation.
