Plus, they had an opening that aligned with the timeframe that I was aiming for. Terrence, Jason and Stephania did a high quality job with our interior painting job. They were extremely polite, professional, prepped everything prior to painting and cleaned up daily. Each person was responsive to all questions, concerns and accommodated additional color selections. Terrence also had additional people on site a few days to ensure the job was completed within the projected timeframe. If you're deciding between painting yourself vs. getting it professionally done, do yourself a favor and just go for it! What Terrence and his team completed within a week would have probably taken us numerous weekends spanning several months (or in our case, postponed indefinitely). Having the house professionally painted was 100% worth the money. Overall, their work exceeded our expectations and I no longer cringe when I look at my baseboards! I contracted with A&L Gutters to put gutters on my house. They finished the installation on October…read more20th 2024. Upon completion Lauren walked me around the home and explained that they had run into a couple of problems with the installation but thought they would work out ok. She requested that I give the gutters a chance after a couple of rainstorms to see how they did and if anything was awry they would come back and correct the issue. On October 5th I texted Lauren and let her know that she was correct about one of the areas being a problem and requested that they come back and fix the issue. On October the 7th I received a text saying that they would make an effort to come fix it the next day. On October the 14th I texted again to request repair and received a text back that they would be out the next day to repair it. On October the 16th I was notified that Brian the installer was very sick and couldn't work. On October 29th I requested the finishing of the job once again and was told on November 1st that the gutter trailer was in the shop and as soon as its out they will come fix it within the next two days at the latest. November 5th I asked again about the work and replied that I was going to file a grievance, I was promptly replied that they said they would said they would try to fix it but never promised me a fix, they said that they came back by and decided that it could not be done and guaranteed to work, and that I would be liable for any damage that occurred to my roof if they did any more work. I have documentation of every text sent back and forth and it has been 42 days since I paid A&L in full and they have not owned up to their part of the deal.

They basically cut a blank check and that was given to AJ Wells. Now, I would say that AJ Wells does a decent job, but I paid the most $$ on my block according to what my other neighbors said they paid, and their roofs look just as good. After the job was completed there were some nails through the ceiling, a little scary but none hit the floor. They fixed that. We also found some random nails for the next few weeks around the perimeter of the house and in the yard. Also, there are a ton of loose nails in the attic. I noticed that when taking out some Christmas decorations. Would I go with AJ Wells again? Maybe, but it would be highly unlikely.
