Wow I'm still in awe of the service I received from this company - yesterday I had my third clean and I must say I'm very impressed with the service I received. The team of ladies were early and stayed the entire allotted time. My home is spotless and so organized that I couldn't believe it was my home when I walked it. In the past I've test cleaning companies by checking behind the super tight area behind my toilet after they said they were finished cleaning and 99% of the time it was not cleaned. After my first clean I checked that area and I was AMAZED it's cleaner than when I do it myself I'm so pleased. Updating my review - tried this service again and had a GREAT experience. Online booking was extremely easy and straight forward. Staff were super helpful. The cleaning crew came 15 minutes early and stayed the full time allotted.They spent a lot of attention to detail and made my stove look almost brand new. Wowwww! Had my first cleaning today with Maid of NY based on a friend's recommendation and holy moly, they did an amazing job. Not only did they make it super clean and fresh, they also moved my son's toys around to mop along with some smaller furniture. Like legit deep clean. When they told me they also cleaned my son's bath mat AND they folded our blankets in a super cute way, AND they handwashed the dishes in our sink, I was hooked. 10000% using them again. read more

I would not recommend this cleaning service to ANYONE! They do not care about your property. The cleaners cracked my bathroom sink somehow and the company refused to take blame or replace it. The cleaning started off great, however after the first couple visit it was eh not worth the money. I signed up for this service to take some stress off my busy schedule however that was not the case because now I have to replace my bathroom sink without any of the companies assistance! Even though this company only had 4 reviews, they were such stellar ones I thought it would be worth the 'risk' of booking a deep cleaning session for my 1 bedroom apartment, as recently there was some construction dust (well A LOT of dust) that came into the apartment due to some drilling work on the outside of the building. And I must say I was very impressed with the whole experience: the ladies (Tara and Maria) arrived on time, and were cheerful and professional. I had to head out but when I got back the apartment was spotless and sparkling: they had even re-arranged some of the items to make it look neater. Cannot stress how amazing of a job Tara and Felicia did in my UES studio yesterday morning. They say they will have a trained cleaner at your home weekly yet each new person arrive with their own set of guidelines, they refuse to do laundry although that's what you requested, they won't pick up and despite the fact that no one tells you you must have paper towels there'll be no cleaning done unless you have them and they wlll blame you. It is more work to hire this company than to clean your place yourself read more
