I have to tell everyone that I was at whits end and not sure of the next step in the care of my…read morewife of 49 years. We spoke to a palative care representive at the hospital and Hoffman Hospice was coontacted and in Hoffman contacted us at the hospital and arrangements were made and supplies and medical equipment were at the house even before we were released from the hospital. Hoffman Hospice to the lead in my wifes care and handled everything and explained and showed me what to do in the absence of the Hoffman team. Hoffman staff worked with me especially as she approached the final stages of her disease and kept her comfortable. At each stage of the progression the Hoffman staff spent more necessary time with Debbie and myself and also explained what was happening. I am very appreciative of the care they supplied with the medical help and mental preparations they helped me through.
