There is a good balance between group time and individual exploration time. Ms Brooklyn is so friendly and enthusiastic. She always uses the kids names to engage with them and encourages them to try new things! I highly recommend this for any two year old!!

I was hoping for a bit more structure, especially having them learn some actual skills that focused on balance, strength, and coordination. They had the kids practice some forward rolls at the beginning of class and over a donut mat during the open gym time, but that was about it. Having coached gymnastics for many years, these kids are far too young to do forward rolls safely and they can easily hurt their back/neck so I wasn't a fan of that particular skill being taught. At the end of the class, they got to play with bubbles, sing a song, and were given stamps. The instructor was very sweet, but they seemed short staffed since she had to balance the class with occasional trips to the office area. The facility was clean, but many of the mats looked old/were wobbly and in need of replacement. The gym is small with just one room for classes. To sign up, we were quoted $89 a month, with a $35 annual fee (they take $15 off that price if you sign up the day of your trial class). I honestly don't think it's worth the price for a self-taught class. I'd rather go to an actual gymnastics gym to take a mommy and me class since they tend to be more hands on, emphasize skill building, and work on following instructions. I also think if your little one is younger than 2.5 years, they won't get much out of the experience. We tried this gym out because it's close to us, but I would rather drive to do something a bit more legitimate. Plus, the prices at actual gymnastics gyms are cheaper!

The coaches know what they're doing I know how to get the boys to improve their quality of the routines and skills. I have two kids attending. One is doing recreational classes and the other one is doing teams. The negative reviews from years ago are no longer relevant as Caesar is the new owner and has really turned this gym around. The facilities are extremely nice the environment and instructors are positive. The parents that have been on teams for years are very positive and friendly.

Unfortunately, the professionalism and support from the coaching staff and leadership were severely lacking when challenges arose. During her first year at the gym, my daughter expressed interest in pursuing college gymnastics. Her coach was not supportive. Instead of encouraging her while being realistic, the coach discouraged her and even refused to teach her new skills, stating, "Why should I teach you new skills if you are going to leave anyway?" This was deeply disappointing, as we were paying facility and coach to teach her. My daughter chose to stay because of the friendships she had built with her teammates. The following year, my daughter moved up a level and had a different coach. As a middle schooler navigating personal struggles, my daughter handled some issues poorly with her coach but they appeared to have been resolved. Later in the season, more issues arose but the director made decisions without hearing all sides and communicated things that should have been addressed personally via email. We attempted to contact her coach multiple times but both my daughter and I were ghosted. My 14 year old CHILD called the coach and texted her requesting a meeting to resolve the matter and the coach didn't ever reply! The coach is an ADULT responsible for mentoring and coaching CHILDREN! Despite paying non-refundable competition fees, the only option offered was for her to compete without a coach's backing--a serious safety concern. This left my daughter unsupported and she was forced to leave the gym. Over the course of our time there, I invested more than $10,000 and consistently supported the program and the coaches, even when I may have disagreed with them. When real issues arose, the way they were handled was unprofessional, dismissive, and deeply concerning. I recently contacted the owner of the gym to express my concerns and I didn't even get the courtesy of a reply. This is the thanks you get for spending your money there. Families considering this gym should be aware that while the facility is nice, the leadership and some coaching support may fall short when it truly matters.

The staff are attentive and helpful. My almost 2-year old had a blast!! It was tempting for me (even as a grown adult) to jump on the trampoline and foam pit. Large open space that seems like nothing special but it is so nicely managed. Velcro secured blocks to the floor. there was a large trampoline, big foam pit and two smaller ones, two balance beams, tons of blocks, plenty of chairs, and a swing... but it's obviously rotated regularly. It was sized great for even kiddos who can't yet walk. If you're here a lot maybe older kids would get bored without direction but kids will be kids and play the whole time without it! The staff is younger college as expected but there were three people available which was more than I expected and all really nice. They were friendly and they did everything right. They gave us space, but circled around regularly, and added assistance when asked quickly and politely. And I don't mean just shouting answers from the other side of the room. They used every kids' names but weren't hovering. They encouraged play but weren't directive. It was just right. I asked about cleaning and the equipment because I'd heard very little about the place and had tried KidStrong nearby for classes. They replace foam cubes with bite marks often and I saw (no, wait, they saw) two and removed them while I was there. All of them had sharp new-ish edges that I saw. Four bathrooms with kid seats and changing tables. TLDR; I'd come back. With adult and kid friends.
