I won't name names (the owners know who they are), It's like any other failing company: It begins from the top down. Take a good hard look beyond the facade and a couple positive reviews on this platform. Do you really trust three or four reviews in several years for your child anyway? You may like what you see on the surface but likely because there is a significant lack of decent programs in this area. Older children may not be as affected but the 1-3 age group is undeniably neglected. The "owner" who seems to carry this flag in some altruistic manner is not only rude, but a complete flop. Never present in almost a year we have only met upper management twice. If there was ever an issue to discuss, good luck addressing it. Yes. These facilities are for sale and probably will be sold to a different management group for the same reason they couldn't keep staff there. We quickly began to feel uncomfortable leaving our child here. I care VERY little of a company's "difficulties", especially if it is to keep staff employed. Staffing isn't staffing when it comes to the well being of your child. To them this means employees. To you this means leaving your child with a stranger. If this is in the 1-3 age group who can't speak for themselves I take this very seriously. A stranger to you, and a stranger to your child. This happened all too often. Most of the permanent teachers are decent, who just so happened to call in sick more often than not. Likely because of a lack of resources and poor management. Personally, I don't give a ---- about excuses, Especially when it comes to my children. At this age group, when I leave my child in the care of someone else, I expect them to be taken care of by the same people each and every day, or at least individuals they know so that they (and we) feel safe and comfortable. This is why we're no longer there. It is your child that stays here, not you. We experienced teachers (subs) who not only left us feeling uncomfortable, but were downright reportable. Never under any circumstances should a day care operate in the manner that they have. Particularly worse than that, the management staff (if you can find them) is not capable of managing this. If any staff remains by the time they finish treating everyone like garbage, your child won't see yet another stranger. As a customer you are a number and god willing you will get help that you may seek with the buyout. Good luck to them in the future, though I don't really mean that. If good intentions are what they seek, they wouldn't have neglected their business, especially a business where the well being of our sons and daughters are at stake. A very holier than thou attitude by management and a reason most staff is jumping ship. Customer beware.

It is so hard to leave your baby all day while you head to work, but the teachers in the infant room are so loving to all the babies that it has made it much easier on me. He smiles when he hears them and the other babies and it makes me so happy to know that he is somewhere safe and well cared for all day. They are usually at capacity though, so if you are interested in this daycare, you better get on the list as soon as you find out your pregnant. You won't regret it though. I've been in the Preschool Field for quite a long time and not once has a director called to check on me, when I was sick. I feel the Director and staff know what it takes to run a Preschool, and are taking every precaution they can in this pandemic. The staff cares about their employees, and care about their children. My child would have NO accidents all weeekend and since they have No restrooms in the 2s class so they would let the kids pee themselves because the teachers needed to wait for another teacher to come and take them to RR since they didn't go during the scheduled potty break and they needed to learn to go on the teachers schedule. SMH! They had my child outside in her SOCKS due to letting her pee herself 3x in a day because of not having RRs in classrooms and when I brought it up why didn't they just put her in another class they were short staffed and at ratio. Don't bring up ANY issues because the director will gaslight you. The director lacks the ability to EVER take accountability for ALL the issues that happens in her daycare. Blames the teachers, makes excuses and tries to manipulate the issues. SHE IS RUDE and doesn't care to be professional AT ALL when issues with your child are upsetting. No empathy at all. I witnessed a teacher push a kid to the ground-all the did was move my child classes because she wasn't the one who it happened too. Teachers are allowed to eat the children's food without serving the kids extra first. Another issue I witnessed and addressed-nothing was done to the teacher. I had to constantly watch the cameras to ensure she was even being fed-they missed her on more than 1 occasion. I have screenshots bringing it up multiple times but I'm the problem? Their lunch choice are awful! Black beans mixed with bs EVERY Monday-it's pure SLOP. Or Black eyes peas & coleslaw/salad for a meal every week. My child was constantly starving. During summer camp activities-they made my child SIT ON THE CURB and watch other kids play in foam party/bubbles-all because she "didn't have clothes" when THEY DIDNT check HER CUBBY. The director said it was my husband's fault for not telling them she had clothes?? My fault for not calling either. Not one teacher took accountability or showed empathy that it was their mistake-not one sorry. Excuse and putting the blame on me. The assistant director supposedly didn't have the number to corporate when I asked for it. I've tried to call corporate and left multiple messages and never received a response. His learning has progressed so much since starting here and they are always doing fun projects in his class. I love to see the things he brings home everyday and hear him talk about his classmates and what they did that day. Only downside is they don't take infants, so I have to go to two daycares, but as soon as my other child turns one, I will be sending him here too. All teachers and staff are there to pray for and encourage your child every step of the way. It's awesome to have such a caring extension of our Christian principals being taught at this school. The teachers that are called to teach at a Christian school are very special people in my eyes. This school has been just what our family needed, as new residents of the area. The academic curriculum is both challenging and age-appropriate. I am constantly amazed by what my children are learning in school, but they're also having fun! The teachers and staff are loving and dedicated to enriching our children's lives. For this staff of educators, it's more than just a job...it's a calling and a ministry and they give so much of themselves on a daily basis. And lastly, the families...so many wonderful parents and kids at this school. I love that the parents are both encouraged, and welcomed, to be involved and present in their children's educations. NBCA is a family...one that we're blessed and so happy to belong to.
