Overall a great experience so far at Country Home! My son has been attending Country Home since April 2023. I can definitely say that he has improved tremendously. The curriculum here is far above where he went previously. He has learned so much and I'm in literal aw daily. He talks in full blown sentences at 2! His teacher is fantastic and the front office staff is always so delightful and helpful. We've had a few ups and downs due to changing of the staff but I think this is common amongst most childcare centers now a days as they do not get paid nearly enough for all of the work they do caring for our children. I was recommended Country Home by several of my mom friends and now I recommend them as well. Thank you Ms. Janela (the wonderful director) and staff for taking such good care of my angel!

Field trips were always so much fun & my boys favorite part of the program!!

What a great place for school age children to go over Holiday breaks, my boys have always enjoyed the activities & field trips that are planned! I'm so sad my kiddos have recently aged out of the program.

The best ever. Second child now enrolled. First child now in 4th grade. Expensive but worth the learning experience.

We were charged the next day (which I assumed was the final payment), and then charged again on May 30, June 6, June 13, and June 20 -- after she was no longer enrolled... or so we thought. On June 2 the location director told us she'd unenroll our daughter and send a reversal form by email; it never came. We were later told my wife had to come in and complete the form in person, which she did. Despite repeated phone calls, in-person visits, and emails from both of us, we've received only one refund and are still owed the rest. The hardest part has been the lack of follow-through: unreturned calls, unanswered emails, and promises that weren't kept. I hope this gets resolved, and I'd encourage other parents to watch their accounts closely after a child withdraws. I would expect more from a place who have principles rooted in treating others as they would like to be treated.

I only went here due to our hotel gave day passes when travel but if I lived in this area would certainly consider joining again. I only used their outdoor pool area to stretch and found it to be very clean and well kept. The life guards inside smiled as you exited to the adult only area outside . Could not get over the friendliness of this club. Will let my SA friends in the area of my experience.

The cost is not worth what you're getting quality wise in terms of classes. We only went for the classes anyways bc the gym floor was always so crowded for my husband in terms of weight lifting, he still held on to his golds membership to go work out there in parallel when we were members. They offered us $20 a month off to return and we probably will not take them up on that. This might be a good option for some but for us it's too far of a drive for not enough benefit. Classes are too large, too crowded overall, they have some temperature control issues in the barre studio (sometimes I froze my butt off when it's less than 70 degrees outside) also in terms of cleanliness I asked how often they cleaned the Pilates balls in the studio and they said they didn't! So if you're taking a class in the studio make sure to also wipe down the Pilates ball (I always did, and my weights) While there were standout instructors and staff that we absolutely loved, it doesn't outweigh the issues -- Roxanne is a fantastic barre instructor, and we loved Shelley, Toni and Mingxia. We also loved Michael R. But they cancelled the class we used to take with him that we loved so much. We also really loved Danny who was frequently at the front desk. I truly hope they are able to improve in the future, so that they can thrive.

We didn't want a league, but rather something where he could build confidence and skills with kids his age. We've done Shooting for Success before, but it was unorganized, communication was terrible, the camp coordinator never made an appearance, AC went out at the gym, and my son didn't seem to grow at all that week. While watching the 12 PM news, we saw the Antonio Daniels Basketball Camp with The Daniels Family Foundation. We immediately registered. This camp is 5 full-days and held at the Cornerstone Christian School's campus off of NW Military & 1604. Perfect for those living on the north side of town and exactly what we were looking for! Antonio Daniels dedicates himself to participating in the camp and connecting with the children THE ENTIRE TIME, which is mind-blowing!! This camp is on-point, y'all! Communication with parents and overall organization of the camp was phenomenal. Their website and Facebook page are current and packed with info. Expectations for parents, campers, and staff was clear from the point of registration and throughout the camp. Camp is M-F from 9AM - 3PM. Lunch is included in the camp's $185 fee, and it's decent food from area restaurant sponsors. Our son also got a camp t-shirt, brought his basketball in to be autographed, received a picture of Antonio to go along with it, and got a photo taken with Antonio too ($15 extra). Campers were grades 1-12, and broken into age/skill appropriate groups. The Cornerstone campus looks like a college campus, so there's plenty of parking and gyms to spread out in. We never saw kids sitting down and doing nothing or playing electronics, like what had happened a lot in another camp we attended (mentioned above). Concession was open for purchasing snacks & drinks during the camp, and was operated by AD's parents-in-law. Facilities are very nice. Antonio did a great job of giving the kids a "word of the day" and motivational message each day, as well as interacting with the kids. We loved watching the last day's All Star games too. AD has done a great job of surrounding himself with very supportive & competent staff members, as well as including his family in this endeavor. The coaching staff is wonderful and my son said he was going to miss Coach Sam most of all! Coach Sam is skilled in basketball, was great with the kids and a great communicator with the parents. The entire coaching staff is very skilled and great with the kids. Our son was sad for the camp to end, but we can't wait until next summer (19th year), when they'll hopefully offer several weeks of camp. Keep up the great work!
