First impressions of the car, I noticed the tints were old and bubbly from the photos online. Greg and his team gave the car a wash and redid the tints before our arrival. Some dealerships don't even do that. We were comparing it with BMW dealership in Santa Clara and it wasn't even ready to test drive after appointments were made. Diablo Motors were on top of it. Place was clean, organized, spacious, and had friendly staff and a very nice dog. They have extended warranties, and do maintenance from oil change to engine rebuilds. Again, he wasn't pushing the warranty or anything. After two visits, we walked out with a 2016 BMW with low miles, a good price, and now I know where to take my BMW to for servicing.

All communication was easily done through email and text, although phone and in-person contact was also available. Process starts with completing a convenient online request. From there, Kim contacted me to fully understand my wishlist, range of optional requirements, and any non-negotiables. After reaching out to their dealer network, within a day she provided a list of potential matches with estimated OTD prices, which included some in SoCal available for transfer to the Bay Area and cars still in production with estimated availability dates. I had a lot of questions and some requests and Kim was very responsive and instrumental in relaying them to the dealer and advocating for me.
