Honest reviews for honest experience. Went to this place to check out an "EXCELLENT CONDITION" Escalade. I arrived, spent 10 minutes checking out the vehicle and not a single person approached me. I did see 2 employees which made eye contact with me however they were busy moving vehicles bringing them for wash. I examined the car, took pictures of some things I noticed and went back to my truck to wait for my sister. I had my sister meeting me there because she has the same Escalade I was interested in, so I asked her to meet me there and for her thoughts about it. It wasn't until she arrived in her Escalade, parked, and walked to the escalade(which they just took to get a wash) before an elderly white man came and asked " you looking to trade her in today " (referring to my sisters escalade) at which I then told him I came to potentially buy the Escalade as I was really interested in it. He told me that they just brought it for a wash so I asked him if he could tell me about the damage that was done to the "excellent condition" Escalade. He said that there was no damage which at that point I said yes sir there is, here are some photos that I just took within the last 15 minutes when nobody approached me. He then told me those weren't pictures of the Escalade he had there and he insisted we take a walk up the hill to the car wash location to check it out. As we're walking he was telling us that he hired the best Dent guy to repair some dents and the Escalade was in perfect condition. We took the slight walk up, checked out the truck (once again but this time with my sister ) and pointed out the things that I seen. I was at that point able to check out the interior which wasn't too bad. As I pointed out the flaws I asked the gentlemen (who I found out was the owner) he kept insisting that those weren't there and that it just happened. As well as a huge bubble in the front passenger tire - which I asked if he'd sell the truck with that big bubble- and he said he'd swap it out no problem. After deciding to not test drive it and ponder on the potential purchase, we walked back down to my sister and My vehicles. The owner walked down with us and vented how the dent guy preached that he was the best and he paid him $1,000 to remove the dents that he apparently didn't remove, and how he'd just send the truck to auction and get $70,000 easily for the truck and not even deal with it. My overall experience there sucked. Because I was in street clothes ( sweater, khaki jeans, and Jordans) , I felt that was the reason I wasn't approached to begin with until my sister pulled up with her $130,000 Escalade. Nevertheless, I took my business to Walnut Creek Cadillac and purchased a vehicle that same day. It's amazing that this place had such high reviews after having false ads and providing potential clients with a shitty experience. Just because I didn't buy today, doesn't mean you don't shake the customers hand and thank them for visiting or reassuring them that you can potentially help with a different vehicle or work on the numbers with that vehicle I was interested in- but yet again maybe that's because I didn't fit the look of the customers they're trying to reach!! read more

It was super expensive to replace the entire engine and was going to take 2-3 months to fix, so I ended up having to sell the car for parts and took a huge loss. Joe and Mike are the best! I purchased a vehicle from eleasereturns earlier this year and I must say the transaction was the smoothest and easiest experience ever. I called beforehand and once I got there, Joe was totally welcoming (no car salesman pressure to buy) and basically just handed me the key and said go ahead and have a test drive. From there, he helped me with lenders but I eventually settled for my credit union. After, a few months of driving I had a check oil sign which was weird but I called in and Mike took cared of me with a quick fix (tube feeding oil to turbo somehow got dislodged). I recently got a check engine light which concerned me being that it's a high end vehicle (Porsche Cayenne Turbo) and my front right blinker was gone. Plus I needed a oil change.
