Bought a new C300 last month at MB of walnut creek. Danny Baptista was the senior sales consultant…read morewho helped me. Danny was friendly, knowledgeable about the products and process at the dealership. The negotiation took 30 minutes, and I believe I received a good deal. During the purchase I only spoke with Danny who did a great job managing the purchase and delivery of the car. I was impressed with the dealership. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. The finance manager Joaquin Lemus was very helpful, carefully, patiently explaining service discount packages that really were a benefit to me. The dealership markets a "welcome to the family of MB" message and their actions were consistent with that message. I hope the service department has the same approach to customer service. Thinking back at the vehicle purchase experience at Kia and Honda, MB of Walnut Creek was a more efficient, competent, friendly experience.

A special thank you to Faran Farahbakhsh, my Sales Consultant. Faran was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and made the buying process comfortable and enjoyable. He was always willing to answer my questions and help me understand the details of the purchase. He is genuinely a great person to work with, and I highly recommend asking for Faran if you are looking for a Mercedes-Benz. Love you FARAN,you are the top of world best sales person. GOD BLESS YOU!! I also want to give a HUGE thank you to Mike, the Sales Manager. Mike went above and beyond to listen to my concern, take the time to review everything, and make sure the issue was resolved fairly. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help truly exceeded my expectations. Mike, thank you so much -- I cannot thank you enough for your help and for taking care of me as a customer. This experience reminded me that great customer service is not only about selling a car -- it is about taking care of the customer even after the paperwork is completed. I am very happy that I chose Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek for my new GLE 450. If you are in California and thinking about purchasing a Mercedes-Benz, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek. Ask for Faran Farahbakhsh and, if you need assistance, ask for Mike. You will be in good hands! Thank you again to Faran, Mike, and the entire Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek team for making my experience a positive one. I am very happy with my new GLE 450! He talked cars with my husband and was knowledgeable about the VE Golf history and future. After coming to a deal, we met Jim, the finance manager, who was equally as friendly and got our paperwork ready quickly to send us down to Eddie - who made all the final paperwork signing the easiest experience. My husband and I have bought a handful of cars, and our experience at VW Dirito brothers was hands down the best experience we have ever had. It was so nice to talk to people that appreciated my husband's car enthusiasm and could talk shop rather than just talking sales. I 110% recommend buying your next car here

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience…read more We went to this dealership to purchase our leased VW at the end of our lease. Before coming in, we called and agreed on the purchase price. When we arrived, they had prepared all the paperwork for financing, even though we had never said we wanted to finance or discussed financing at all. After correcting that mistake, the dealership asked us to sign documents for a vehicle that wasn't even ours. The VIN and registration belonged to another customer's car, and we were shown that customer's information. We were the ones who caught the mistake. After they finally located the correct paperwork for our vehicle, the purchase price was suddenly $500 higher than the price we had agreed on over the phone. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes or honoring the agreed-upon price, the sales manager told us, "If you don't like it, you can just return the car. We're not trying to sell a car." That comment was both shocking and unprofessional. It made me wonder: if a car dealership isn't trying to sell cars, what exactly are they doing? Everyone makes mistakes, but professionalism is measured by how those mistakes are handled. Between the incorrect paperwork, the disclosure of another customer's information, the change in price, and the rude attitude from management, this was one of the most unprofessional dealership experiences we've ever had. If you're considering doing business here, double-check every document before signing and verify every price carefully. Based on our experience, I would not trust this dealership to handle an important transaction without reviewing everything yourself.

Tire and Wheel Warranty…read more When I arrived to pick up my 2026 911 Carrera, the finance manager spoke to me about purchasing the tire and wheel warranty package. He mentioned that it was the only warranty package that must be purchased before leaving the dealership. I can understand why. About four months after taking delivery of my car, the left rear tire kept losing air, very slowly. I searched for a puncture, but could not find one. At five months, I got curb rash on my right front wheel...ugh. Caner had contacted me for a six-month follow-up, and I mentioned both issues. It was during that conversation that he asked if I'd like a service tech to contact me. That is when I spoke to Tim Wong over the phone. We made an appointment for the very next day, and I drove to the dealership. After filling out some paperwork, Tim let me know that my warranty included a loaner car, and he offered me a new Macan. While in the waiting room, I heard the receptionist offer local customers Uber service to their homes and back. I dropped off my 911 on Thursday, and it was ready for pickup on the following Tuesday. I mentioned to Tim that I had an appointment on Monday, so he kindly arranged my pickup for the following day. The man who serviced my car, Bowdoin, sent me a video of the car's inspection via Tim's email. He was very thorough and friendly in his assessment. Caner was off that day, so he arranged for Hart to go over some of the PCM questions I had. He answered both and was engaging, friendly, and professional. My left rear tire had a nail, which caused a slow leak. The tire was replaced. The curb rash on my right front rim was fixed as well. I've come to realize that a brand is only as good as the people who represent that brand. So many of my friends have said, "Yeah, they should do that since it's a Porsche and the amount you have to pay for them!" In theory, that makes sense. Yet I've had horrible encounters at Porsche Fremont, and it is the same ownership as Walnut Creek Porsche, Fletcher Jones. Two opposed levels of service. My friend, who has owned 14 911s, has his cars serviced at Monterey Porsche, and his stories are horrible. This is not just Porsche, but any brand, Sony, Canon, etc. These are the individuals I have encountered at Walnut Creek Porsche, and I could not be more pleased with the levels of service I have received. Tim Wong Hart Benson Caner Nisanoglu Kasia Ksarzynski Bowdoin I've always contended that the leadership of any organization is reflected in the staff. My compliments to the manager of Walnut Creek Porsche. Thank you.

I reached out to Mike Pardini directly. I appreciated how quickly he responded…read more he handled the whole deal from the first email. Responsive and straight to the point. When I got to the dealership he introduced me to someone on his team to finish the paperwork and delivery, but he was still around through the whole thing. The next day he called me himself. Just to ask if I was happy with the car and if I had any questions. That kind of follow up isn't something you see much anymore. If you want someone who actually communicates and follows through, I'd recommend Mike.
