I didn't argue over price, I said my one criteria was just assure me you get a car quickly for me. No returned phone calls no follow up with me after we agreed on price/terms. Sad. Maybe everyone has hammered dealers for so long for being too aggressive, now they don't seem to really care if they follow up and get a deal done. Weird. Instead I finally talked to a woman (my service advisor) who finally cared enough to grab keys to show me the inside of a car because the men just chose to dismiss me. It wasn't even her job guys! It's 2026. Please do better.

They scanned my 2010 Prius car at no charge and identified the issues. There would only be a fee if further diagnosis or repairs were needed. The initial scan was very helpful and allowed me to contact the battery company for my Prius battery pack, which is still under warranty. AutoTech is a great place to get an estimate, and Lauren is very responsive. I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this shop as an alternative to dealership service.

Want a car that drives like a dream and makes heads turn? Along with an honest and personable dealer? And a luxury sports car that won't break the bank (just a small dent)? I recently purchased a BMW 330ci fully loaded high-performance ride that r-o-a-r-s! I am thoroughly spoiled now and it makes my Mercedes seem sluggish. Chris is the most honest auto dealer that I have ever worked with! I live in Arizona and traded my 2001 Corvette Convertible in on a more expensive vehicle from his inventory and Chris gave me more than trade-in or private party Blue Book value for my Corvette! We had to think about getting the right car for us. Greg never was pushy on making a sale. He was very understanding on our situation. First impressions of the car, I noticed the tints were old and bubbly from the photos online. Greg and his team gave the car a wash and redid the tints before our arrival. Some dealerships don't even do that. We were comparing it with BMW dealership in Santa Clara and it wasn't even ready to test drive after appointments were made. Diablo Motors were on top of it. Place was clean, organized, spacious, and had friendly staff and a very nice dog. They have extended warranties, and do maintenance from oil change to engine rebuilds. Again, he wasn't pushing the warranty or anything. After two visits, we walked out with a 2016 BMW with low miles, a good price, and now I know where to take my BMW to for servicing.
