Joseph the manager ended up coming to get and set up the mattress. He even went to the length of brining it on a "rental truck". He was a big help getting this delivered. I wish he would have helped me from the beginning. He did not only delivered what he promised of having the bed frame here by the next day due to all the inconveniences but he also has great customer skills. So grateful that Joseph took my case They always get you with "all sales final" they promise a bed frame in 7 days. It has 2 weeks and nothing has gotten delivered, they said it was the manufactures fault and there is nothing they can do. I called to ask for a cancellation and they said that I have a signed contract with "all sales final" on the contract also states 1 week delivery. Don't think for a minute that I did not do my shopping- Macy's, Jerome's, etc. which were overpriced even with a so called discount, I found myself back at this humble establishment. Unfortunately, Leather and Home interiors are closing by the end of this year. I would give this place 0 - 1/2 stars horrible horrible service. We ordered a whole bunch of items and the items came damaged for one and the customer service that we got when the delivery person came he gave attitude and took long 20 minute breaks. He built the bed frame crooked and my husband pointed out to him and the delivery guy gave attitude and said it's the angle you're standing at but it was crooked. We also purchased a lingerie chest for our walk in closet and as a nice gesture my husband turned on the light so the delivery guy can see. The delivery guy got upset and with attitude said you are in my personal bubble back off. My husband was just trying to be nice and turned on the light and then we later found out that the delivery person was the owners son. We bought an amazing geometric coffee table an espresso color. That was ordered wrong it was a light brown that was sent back and ordered again which then was sent back and ordered correctly however the item was damaged. We were so annoyed so we didn't want it anymore and told Frankie (the person who worked with us) that we did not want it. We complained about the damaged coffee table and the horrible delivery service but nothing happened, we got bed frames for our master bedroom it came in but the side tables were missing and the railings were damaged. We asked for replacements for the whole bed frame with the side railing. This time the side tables came in but the railings were damaged once again. The store manager then said they will order the railings. They ordered the side railings but there was no communication on when they will come in. Since we got not communication we went in the store and asked what happened. They said railings are in and they are waiting for a delivery date. Then when we picked the delivery date it came to the house and it was the wrong color. My husband I were tired with all this hassle so we asked for a refund for the damaged bedsince we were upset with the amount of times we had to contact the store but were not getting any communication. When we asked for a refund after all this hassle we were threatened to be taken to court. We ordered in May received in June went back and forth up until last week November 12. I highly suggest you guys please save your money and time and go somewhere else its not worth it. read more

The furniture we purchased has not held up as expected and we do not want another piece of the same quality. I think 28% restocking on a piece that hasn't been received yet seems excessive. Joe was so very helpful in the buying of our new sofa. We purchased a leather flex steel recliner and sofa. They are wonderful. Not many places carry flex steel but it's half the price of LaZBoy, much better looking, just as comfortable, and way more durable. My parents had flex steel sofas from before I was a wee one, and they have a nearly indestructible frame. Couldn't be happier with Joe's help. We had planned to pick up the sofa and chair ourselves when they arrived but that day it was raining, last minute Joe was able to arrange for delivery and came with the mover. At every turn Joe went that extra step. It's not often you come across a store with great prices, and amazing customer service. Beware!! They sell you the moon and won't stand behind anything. We purchased a leather sectional that was delivered to our home. We were told by the sales rep it would be like a family heir Lomb that would outlast us. 1 year later it started to fall apart. They sent out their Cracker Jack service guy who charged is 2 thousand dollars to fix it. No fault of ours he stated it was just the way it is. 6 months later it fell apart again, we were charged another 2 thousand by the same repair man they sent out. Now we have a sectional that we have over 10,000 dollars in that Jerome's just picked up and donated it to the Salvation Army. We purchased our new set from Jerome's last week and so far so good. These guys are not honest, and do not stand behind what they sell nor what they say. read more

Worse place ever!!!!!! I would have given a BIG ZERO to this store if Yelp had one. Don't want to give one single star but without one star I won't be able to give review. Joe is the worst seller. I ordered the table from this store and they said it will take 4 weeks and it took them 12 weeks to deliver. Every time we go there to ask how much time it's going to take 'No Answer' if you call them they will put you on hold and never pick up and answer the phone. I end up taking them to small claims court because they took my deposit and my table was no where. If you want to buy furniture go somewhere else. But not here. read more
