We have purchased furniture from this store multiple times over the years, which is why this recent experience was especially disappointing. The store itself is beautiful, with an impressive selection of furniture and home décor, and that's what has kept us coming back as repeat customers. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the store. During checkout, the employee assisting us was on her phone while we waited, which made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We also had a disappointing experience with the phone customer service, as the representative came across as unfriendly and dismissive. I'm not writing this to attack anyone, because everyone can have an off day. However, I do think additional customer service training on professionalism, communication, and customer engagement could make a significant difference. Customers who are making major purchases should feel welcomed and appreciated not as though they're interrupting an employee's day. I truly hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the store itself is beautiful and has so much potential. What an incredible store!! My wife and I were looking for some custom pieces but we didn't fully know what we wanted. We just so happened to come across this store and we felt like we won the lottery!! Who knew that you could find beautiful custom furniture AND have it be cheaper and MUCH better constructed than the chain stores?!? Well now I'm a believer!! The second we stepped foot into the store, we were greeted and welcomed but we were left alone to browse at our own pace. What a relief that was compared to everywhere else we'd been. I can't stand it when sales folks follow you around the store. And yet at Interior Accents, when we needed help or had any questions, they were there. Nicole is AMAZING!!! Her design style, willingness to help and give ideas (if you want them - not forced upon you) and personality are second to none!! She has already done such an outstanding job putting pieces that work with one another in sections to help people like me see it all together (I'm a visual person so having the store setup this way was so comforting)! She is so easy to work with, has great ideas and gives suggestions if you find yourself unsure about something and best of all, was NEVER pushy! My wife and I recently had a delivery and even that went well. The team showed up promptly within the small time window and treated our brand new furniture and set it up as if it were their own. The care they had was so refreshing. My wife and I will continue to visit this store and Nicole as there is constantly new pieces coming in and every time I go in there, which has been at least once a week now, I keep seeing things I haven't seen before. Purchased a $3,000+ sectional from Interior Accents in November 2021. It was delivered in Jan 2022. By November 2022, the genuine leather began to show signs of large cracking. Not the small expected character cracking, but large open cracks in multiple locations. Began contacting the store in November 2022. Was asked by store staff to text photos to the store cell phone number. Have been in contact for 4 months now with no indication from the store management as to how they intend to resolve the situation. This month I sent a certified letter requesting a refund or suitable replacement. Still not a word from the store. Up until now, my wife and I have been repeat customers at this store and have been happy with all the previous products. Now, not so much. Store management, if you read this please call or email. AVOID this place at all costs and go across the street to Ashley furniture or another well established furniture store. I had to put one star to post but I'd put a negative star if allowed. I bought 4 chairs off the showroom floor and got them home and they don't fit at our dining room table. We contacted them IMMEDIATELY after delivery with the problem and were told these are final sale and a custom order. What? Not once, EVER was I told these were final sale items and there is NOTHING custom about these, bought them off the showroom floor, no changes. Nothing marked on the product, nothing at the counter, and the sales clerk not ONCE ever mentioned this important fact. Even knowing this, the owners could care less and refuse to refund our purchase because "they are a small business". If you care about customer service and return policies on large ticket items, save yourself and go a reputable store. These guys aren't cheap either so your not saving anything shopping here except for poor quality. We just purchased many items for our new home from Arhaus, LazyBoy, Visual Comfort, and Arteriors and have used their return policy already for really high ticket items, NO PROBLEM. Ethical companies have return policies and/or put final sale tags on an item. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on these guys. Deceptive and unethical to say the least...... read more

If I could give them a 0, I definitely would. I purchased a sectional and a 5ft clock from them back in May/June. The items were delivered but both were defective. The delivery driver informed us that he would order the parts and come back to repair them. Well a month went by and we didn't hear anything. I contacted the store and they assured me that they would order the part. Never happened. I called again and I was told that the manager would call me back. Never happened. I called again and my hubby called. Still nothing. I sent them a dm on Instagram and I was told to wait another 2 weeks. Still nothing. I asked for a refund and for them to come and pick up the items. The manager is now refusing because she says it's used furniture. We never even set the furniture up because we waiting for it to get repaired. Now the manager says that she never knew about the request for repairs and that this is her first time hearing about it. This company is horrible and should not be trusted. I now have to get a lawyer to get my money back. read more

This place is the worst I have been to yet. We walked into the store and was not greeted at all by anyone in the store. There was a lady doing her make up at the front counter and they all were just talking about their lives. Another set of customers came out and tried to warn us that the staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Customer service is key to sell and this place would get zero stars if possible. First off my father in law is older with a weak bladder after prostate cancer and while we where shopping at the furniture shop he asked to use the bathroom in which the lady that was working there said "we don't have one" and continued eating her lunch right next to it. Now I know that they have a restroom because I used it weeks prior! They probably didn't want someone to use their bathroom because they where eating lunch right in front of it but they don't know other people's situation and just found this very off putting! Wife and I found a dinette we thought might work for us. Wife asked if it didn't go would she be able to return it? The sales person said there were no refunds, but we could exchange it for something of equal value. Once the table arrived and was assembled we saw that there were multiple problems. Legs not aligned with each other, uneven surface, chips in wood, etc... The table didn't go well with the other pieces either. No worries, we would juts exchange it.....Nope. Called to arrange and was told there would be a 25% restocking fee!! Called back and reminded the sales person of our conversation before purchasing and was told "I am only the middle person. The main store sets the rules. There is nothing more I can do." No customer focus at all. Only concerned with the transaction at hand, and not the potential lifetime value of the customer. Too bad. This was only the first room of an entire house we need to furnish. We will be spending our money elsewhere to furnish the rest of the house. read more

Today, November 01, 2017, my wife purchased an item at Interior Accents that was listed $338, but, lucky for us it was marked down and cost $198 after taxes. Before actually buying the item though, my wife tried to elicit information from the young girl who was physically present, but unfortunately for us, didn't seem to have any knowledge of any of the product items for sale there. As a matter of fact, she displayed a total lack of interest and didn't really seem to care if she made a sale for the business or not. Despite this however, my wife decided to buy the item, and brought it home. Once we actually had it inside our home though, we really didn't see the value of the item as it was definately not worth the money we paid. So, we put it in the car and back to the store we went. We decided that we would just return this item and upgrade it to a different one that cost about $75 more. As we pulled into the store, (which was to be open for another 15 minutes),we were informed by the young female that my wife could not return the item now and would have to come back in the morning. This is because she said she had already shut down the register for the day, and would not take any returns nor make any more sales. So, with 10 minutes left of supposed time of operation, we left and will not return..... ever. I guess I should have read the Yelp reviews before making such a semi-expensive purchase at such a poorly operated store. read more

This place is the worst of the worst. We placed a deposit on a couch on Saturday which the girl in the store told us would be approximately $3000 to make it how we wanted. When she called us back the following Monday we were told it would be $5800 with a discount! We said, "No thanks." This is the worst business ever!!! They promised me a couch in 2-4 weeks and I paid them 50% deposit. Six weeks later I still have no couch and no estimate on when they expect the couch to arrive. I have called repeatedly to find out what is going on with my order and the result - The manager called me to tell me that I'm not to call their store again and they'll call me when they have my couch. What the heck kind of customer service is that?!?! I'm just supposed to wait, and take their rude behavior because they have 50% of my money?? NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I usually recommend this store to a lot a people because I like a lot of their pieces. There was even a time when they had a sectional I would come and look at 2 or 3 times a week because I loved it so much, but it was too big for my living room. This was back in late 2013/early 2014. And there was a girl with blonde hair who was there every time I came. Fast forward to today, and there's some rude girl name Robin working here. In the 2 years I've lived up here and came to this store, I have never seen her until today, and she claims she's been working here 4 years. I did not like her at all and my experience with her was very uneventful. I came looking for the sectional from before because I now have the space and want to order one. Mind you, they still have just about everything they've had for these last 2 years. But the sectional that was on the floor was sold. They also still have they same salt and pepper rug that it was displayed with, but it's now in the front with a brown sectional. This woman just stood here and talking so pushy to me, trying to make me believe that the brown sectional is they one they've always had, but the one I'm looking for looks NOTHING like this one she's pointing to. And I told her the sectional I'm looking for was there even before the brown one she's referring to but she's just like No, No... Um NO, that's it, that's the only one. If I could of slapped her in the mouth, I would have. She was just so forceful and so masculine; I'm just annoyed that I had to deal with her. She needs to learn some customer service and she needs to learn how to slow down and actually listen to the customer because had she taken a second to actually listen to me and the description I was giving, maybe she could have figured out which sectional I was looking for since she claims she's been there for years. Then I ask what happened to the blonde girl and where she went.. She said she didn't know. I asked her what other girls work here..? She said all new ones. I asked for the owners info, and her response was that the owner doesn't deal with the store and doesn't know what's going on. That's pretty shady. How would the owner know what's coming in and what they're selling and not selling? Makes no sense, but somebody needs to tell Robin to get some sense and learn some customer service. Not to mention I stopped by last week around this same time (4ish) and the store was closed/locked, but the lights and everything were on and so was the open sign. I'm sure the owner wouldn't have been happy to know that. If I were my business, I wouldn't be happy about that at all.
