THEY ARE NOT WHERE THE DIRECTIONS LEAD YOU. DO NOT FOLLOW THEM. They lead out to the beach, and the store cannot be found anywhere nearby. So... I called the shop. First of all, Yelp says they are closed today, but the worker says they are indeed open. However, in trying to find the place, I was warned not to talk over him while conversing. Apparently, he is a highly important individual who must be quietly listened to, and one must not speak until spoken to. Who knew? Oops. I must have asked a question before the allotted time. Shame on me. Needless to say, we never did find the shop, the Yelp directions and opening days are wrong. read more

Absolutely would never return here! The lack of customer service is crazy to me, I've shopped in this store before and was never treated disrespectfully however this time It was not the case. I understand that COVID rules are in effect but bending the rules over a power trip is laughable. Thank god their inventory is able to be purchased elsewhere. I would reassess who you hire since they seem to be giving your business a bad overall reputation. Someone knowledgeable on the things in your shop vs someone quick with the tongue and snarky comebacks and name calling. Leave that to drag queens they are much better at it and less offensive.
