All the other merchandise in this store makes no sense. It's just a hodge lodge collection of things bought here and there. I love Vera Bradley, but this place gives Vera a bad name. It's always disorganized and no one seems to know the difference between this purse and that bag. I guess I am spoiled because I shop the Vera Bradley section at Sage in the Promenade. They are always so organized and they display everything so beautifully.

This family owned farm is free to visit and thrives on donations/purchases from their shop. The owners Stephanie & Anthony are so kind & patient, walking you through the barn and surrounding land while explaining what it's like having a farm. Feeding the alpacas & other animals was amazing, but the hospitality from the Favale family is what made our experience top tier. When visiting, be sure to bring some carrots for the animals to snack on & ask about their farm fresh eggs! This is a must-see when in the area and I cannot recommend enough. Already looking forward to the next time I get to visit!

Beware ordering items online. Bait and Switch. I ordered patterned machine washable face masks…read moreadvertised as being hand-crafted in PA and in masculine or feminine patterns. Mud & Maker's pitch on facebook was that their artisan friends would not be able to apply for unemployment being self-employed crafters and this would greatly help them. So because I admire anything handmade and in order to support this group during the pandemic I ordered masks. Each mask was $8.99 (plus shipping). What I received were basic white cotton commercially made masks from California which retail online at five (5) for $20.99 including postage. I posted my complaint on their facebook page. The owner's response publicly was quite different from the one I received via email. Stephanie is quite rude. After going back and forth I was told I could return the white ones at my expense in order to receive what I originally ordered, paid for, and should have gotten in the first place. Stephanie also noted on facebook she had "thousands" of orders. Imagine the number of people who ordered these masks based on the description as I did thinking they were helping out-of-work independent crafters then also received the clearly inferior commercially made items. I'm sure during the "stay-at-home" order there were many who could not venture out to the Post Office to return them for replacement and were left with the 'scammed' items. Our state attorney general has a task force set up for reporting such a scam during a declared emergency when the scam involves items needed for, or associated with, that emergency. Stephanie may be talented in playing with clay, but she clearly does not understand truth in advertising, or honesty in retail sales. My order was paid via PayPal on April 6 and as of now I still have not received the masks I ordered. The photos show what was advertised vs. what was received.

I wasn't sure how I was going to explain all these details over the phone during the COVID-19 shelter-in-place restrictions. Jules from Palmer Trophy and I had a Zoom meeting so he could see all the details. By the end of our call, he understood everything and started working on getting the materials needed. I shipped him the custom pins and artwork and emailed the exact wording for the plaque. I was then sent a preview of the plaque for my approval before he started the work. A picture of the final product was sent to me before it was shipped. This whole process was extremely organized. I never expected to be able to get this completed during these very difficult times. We couldn't be happier with the plaque -- it was exactly what we envisioned. Jules is very knowledgeable, creative, and helpful. I highly recommend this business.
