They misrepresent products and have horrible customer service. The image they use misrepresents the product you will receive. Their image shows a distressed/weathered EGA on a dark red colored shirt. The image nor the color match what was ordered (see images). We received a bright red shirt with a standard EGA (not distressed as shown in the image when ordering). We contacted customer service stating we received the wrong product, and after an extended amount of time, they emailed back stating it was the correct item. I will not purchase from them again. The tracking number shows the hat was delivered on 4/17 that is a good trick. A better one is the item was delivered to a California residence and I live in Ohio. I placed an order with you on March 3rd #L4L276844 I paid an extra $14.95 for guaranteed delivery by March 13th As of 3/11 it had not shipped , but a tracking # had been created. While the Gunny Highway yellow and red t-shirts are so cool and a blast from the past, the quality of the shirts are horrible. Paper thin, every shirt I bought ended up with little holes after just a few washings. Let's not even talk about the arm pits discoloring and getting hard and I'm not much of a sweater. I wear t-shirts everyday and it's only these that get holes and armpit shadows. Sorry to say but I am not a fan especially for the price. read more

To all my Marine brothers and sisters -- do NOT order a damn thing from Leatherneck for Life. I placed an order for three items on May 25th. It's now been over a week and a half, and guess what? Still hasn't shipped. I ordered these items specifically to have them in hand for a meaningful trip to Washington D.C. this Friday -- to visit the war memorials. And now, thanks to their incompetence, that's not happening. I've called and left voicemails. I've emailed them. I've even messaged them on Facebook. The only pathetic response I got was a lazy reply on FB telling me to "email support" -- which I'd already done. No follow-up. No tracking(as it hasn't shipped). No accountability. Just silence. Their website clearly says items ship in 3 to 5 days. Well, we're way past that. And still nothing. Scam business my package has been sitting at there company order on July 31 and today is the 12 August, they said they would refund order.

L4L used to be one of my favorite sites to shop at. Back in July I ordered a red structured cover with a silver EGA. When I tried it on it was the best fitting cover I have had in years! I loved the Velcro closure. My wife ordered me a different cover for my birthday it arrived with a plastic closure and it did not fit at all. It wouldn't clasp closed. I admit I have a bucket head. I ordered the replacement cover and carefully looked at the pictures of the cover I wanted to make sure to get a Velcro closure. I ordered said cover and it arrived with a plastic clasp. There was a slight improvement it fitted properly clasped on the last snap. Still unacceptable. After reviewing description it does say all hats come with plastic closures. If that is so, why are pictures of a Velcro closure shown? Is this lazy, inaccurate, or unprofessional advertising? Now I have to pay to return my cover. L4L I can no longer in good conscious recommend your website. Your covers have dropped precipitously in two months. What is next, your t-shirts? If anyone assigned in the decision making process of switching the covers from Velcro to plastic closures said there would be no difference, lied. I now have to pay to return my wrongfully advertised cover. I served in the Marines for 8.5 years. I am familiar with the "Big Green Weenie." This maybe the "Little Green Weenie" but I am thoroughly disappointed in this experience. I am also 95% sure the people who have the power to correct this issue won't. read more

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a t-shirt and sweatshirt on September 19. I follow up on my order on October 2 and was told my t-shirt would be in stock within a week. Over 2 weeks go by and no update on my order. I email Oct 17 asking for an update. No response so I follow up again on October 20 and on October 21 was told that neither of my products were in stock. Maybe the t-shirt was never replenished but the reason the sweatshirt is now out of stock is because they failed to fulfill even a partial order. The sweatshirt should have been shipped weeks ago. Unacceptable customer experience. Order EGA covers about three years ago and loved them. They're worn out so I ordered some new ones. The gray isn't the same gray and the newer covers seem to be made by a different manufacture than the previously ordered covers. I loved the quality of the first order in 2018, that's why I reordered this month. The EGA is perfect just the quality and color of the cover itself has changed! read more

I ordered 2 packages from them. The first was a hat that did not look like what was pictured but that wasn't the worst of it. The packaged arrived with hundreds of baby roaches. At that point I was thinking they could have snuck in from the mail system. Then the second arrived and low and behold the same thing. I just threw it away without bringing it in.
