Spencer adjusted the garage door jamb to align it with the siding, cleaned up the caulking, and made a minor adjustment to how one of the doors was hung. I am happy with how the company quickly improved its work. Original review (12/16/24): I hired Balanced Garage Doors to replace two old wooden garage doors. The price of the job and the quality of the doors are decent. However, the quality of the work leaves something to be desired. Our installer left a decent mess after the work was completed, including glass shards from the old garage door windows. I also found one of the siding panels out of place. The installer came to fix the siding today. Regardless, the quality of work seems poor, considering I paid $3600 for the job.

I also got text message to inform the team is on the way. The text message system of the company is very responsive. It's a highlight for me that the company communicate in text message as well as in phone call (comparing to other service who insist on phone call only) since messaging is my preferred method of communication. Buford and Matt explained the process and answered all of my questions. They listened to and addressed my concern with properly. They did well in adjusting the new garage door to fit my house's wall frame. They also cleaned up and hauled away the all old garage door and parts before leaving. All in all, excellent performance. Aaron Overhead Door worked on my garage door before so it's great to know they still maintain the quality in their work. The only small issue I had was the limit of their inventory. I was told that there's only one option in stock for the garage door size of my house. My garage is the normal 2 doors residential type. The inspector said if I want to see more options, the wait might be 16 weeks which is a very long time. So it feels like there's no other choice. Again, the service, the communication, and the products are all great. I just hoped that for something as big budget as garage door, there would be more options to choose.

Aaron's Overhead Doors and Joe the Technician were great. Joe identified a garage door install…read moreissue that was done by the supplier at the time the house was built which would in the end damage the garage door opener we bought from Aaron's. The poor garage door install would also in the long term lead to damages to the door as well. Without Joe pointing this out we would incur unplanned expenses in the future. We reached out to the garage door installer to address the issue, something they didn't want to do as the warranty had expired. They did make some minor adjustments, but only time will tell if it will do the job. At least Joe and Aaron's pointed out the issue. Best to understand the issue then getting caught off guard in the future. Thank you. A
