However compared to other companies pricing they are a "rip off" I've used them a couple times always saving my invoices and they do not whatsoever honoring their pricing. Just to come out and look at the problem its $95 or sometimes $150 when I asked why the variation in price the guy just responded " thats the price always" without any explanation when I clearly have the invoices to prove that it has not always been that price. The most recent time I used them (this year) they said $95 to come look at the problem and if its something simple no extra charge. They came and told me me it was "dead" connected some wires "jumped" it the process took less then 5 minutes again to be fair by no means am I water pump expert but but for that service I paid over $300 when I've paid far less for other services that took triple the time by this same company. Overall I do not recommend them they are not an honest company.

A few months later and $675 it quit again. I found All ater and they fixed my problem in 2 days. They had to back flush and acid treat the inner and outer casing. I share this well and at the time I was the only one here. the neighbor was only a vacation person. Now I have a full time neighbor and there have been no problems for 2 years. The well is about 40 years old and they did a great job.

After returning back to Florida, permanently this time .... with a bag full of dresses that needed to be dry cleaned I was required to prepay due to an incident from over five years ago when I unintentionally forgot to pick up clothing before my return back to CA. . I understand policies around unclaimed items and take responsibility for that. What I do not accept is the way this was handled. From that point forward, the treatment I received was consistently cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. I brought my clothes in multiple times after that, and every single visit carried the same unmistakable sense that I was not welcome. There was no effort to reset the relationship, no basic courtesy, and no professionalism in how a returning customer was treated. This was not a one time interaction. It was repeated behavior over multiple visits. People do forget items at cleaners. It happens. Most businesses address it, set their policy, and move on. Here, it felt punitive and personal, which is not how a professional business should operate. I paid in advance as required, complied with their (NEW) policy that they set JUST for me... , and returned in good faith more than once. The response and demeanor I received each time was the same level of cold and unwelcoming treatment. That is not acceptable in any service environment, and it is THUS the reason I will not return.
