This restaurant is embarrassing. 2 hrs to get appetizers and our meal and my friends fish which came out way after the rest of ours ways way undercooked. The waitress had the nerve to say it came out later because the fish took longer to cook. Never have I been to a restaurant that one persons meal came out 15 mins later because the kitchen can't time meals. Two people at our table (we only had a party of four) ordered pitas and they gave us platters instead and we said we would just take them because we were already waiting for an hour and 40 minutes for our food. And they actually charged us the full price of the platters instead of the pitas, which is cheaper . Then they add on a 10 entertainment charge after all this because they had a belly dancer preform 20 mins of the 2 hrs i was there. The place is a joke and I would never return. I recommend going to Sultans instead. read more

Updated review: owner reached out right away to resolve my issue and find out when I ordered so that he could bring this up to the kitchen staff as well. So nice to see an owner that actually cares! I wanted to come update my review because all business owners should care this much :) (The Greek salad does come standard with balsamic and tzatziki, meat is extra,menu typo). I've ate here before and it was phenomenal, today was a miss. Ordered the Greek salad which was supposed to come with tzatziki. Instead it came dressed in balsamic with the tiniest amount of feta. I hate balsamic so I was disappointed the menu didn't say that. It also says it has Gyro meat, not sure if that's an error. It's been a while since we were here but we weren't disappointed. Craving fresh food and this definitely hit the spot! I had the same as last time - the flower bowl - sautéed cauliflower topped with chicken shawarma and drizzled with tahini with a side of pita after the cheese rolls for appetizer! Cocktails were amazing! My girls had a beef bowl and chicken bowl both of which were amazing! The service is wonderful, friendly and helpful and the place is relaxing and clean! This place is great! I'm a huge fan of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food and this place is easily the best I've had in a very long time. I got takeout, and from the moment my experience with them started, it was wonderful. The woman who takes orders over the phone was so incredibly friendly, she even made sure to clarify a couple things I was unsure about. I pick up my food, again, super friendly. Cute little place, not a ton of seating, but not tiny either. When I get home and unpack everything, I'm blown away. Everything is picture perfect. And there's more food than I could eat. We've received multiple recommendations to try Lebnani, and feeling adventurous, we made the decision to stop by for dinner last night. We are so happy that we did, because everything was incredible! I wanted to give a special shoutout to the waitress who was doing a fantastic job despite being the only server and being spread thin between multiple tables and handling takeout orders. She was as attentive as possible, and our food came out quickly. We really liked the build your own options, which was perfect for our first time and getting to try a few different things. The beef shawarma was delicious, and the Rakakat, or "cheese rolls" were AWESOME. I was not expecting them to be so good, but they put mozzarella sticks to shame! The portion sizes were perfect. We thought we saw on the menu that our dishes would come with pita, so we didn't order them, but they didn't come and we did miss them. We'll be sure to ask for them next time though. Location is easy to find. It's in a busy plaza so there's plenty of parking. Inside is small. Tables are close together so if your there with a large party call ahead. For appetizers we got the hummus and poutine. Hummus was extremely creamy and fresh. The poutine with beef though ... Out of this world. You would think that gravy on fries would make it soggy, but the fries still have a crunch. And the gravy is thick but so flavorful. It's loaded with meat and cheese. You get a bit of everything in every bite. If I was basing this off of just the poutine it would be 5 stars! For my meal I got the combo with 2 meats. I got the shish Tawook (cubed chicken) and beef kebabs. Presentation was great. It looked delicious. The sides were rice, salad, and MORE hummus. I'm not complaining. The hummus was excellent so I didn't mind. The rice was your basic pilaf. Salad was decent. The salad is in such a small bowl that when you start eating it, everything spills out, so that was slightly annoying. So here's where they lose stars, when I bit into the beef kebab, right away I noticed it was well done. The steak was extremely tough and difficult to chew. I ate one bite and put it aside. Disappointed ... but I still had my chicken kebabs right?! The chicken lacked in spices and was also dry. They were busy so I wasn't going to complain. The fries and hummus were filling enough. Our server was nice. He took our forks every time he cleaned our table so maybe he could've been slightly more attentive. Overall decent location and service, but lacking in the main meals. I don't know how this place has the ratings that it does and I am not one to even give one star reviews like that you can see my other ratings I'm not snobby or just bull shitting. The service from start to finish was awful they did say they were training and I could forgive this but all of the food sucked for a table of 4. The pita bread was just old the hummus was bland and overfilled with garlic. The lentil soup has no flavor the rice and chicken plate the chicken was old and almost crunchy The bathroom was fucked they had no soap and the old pita they did serve was on the ground by the bathroom disgusting! They didn't even bring out one gyro that was ordered we told them to forget it. I don't know how the fuck this place is even in existence I wouldn't feed this food to my dog I will never return they need a serious 24 hours to hell and back Gordon Ramsay special because that was atrocious most disappointing restaurant I've been to in a long time! read more

This is one of my favorite restaurants in all of Connecticut! I can't say enough about the Authentic Lebanese food and amazing quality! One of the best things on the menu is the Canadian Poutine which is fries, gravy and cheese curds! I'm from Canada and the poutine here is better than most I've had at home! If it sounds gross to you, give it a try! You won't regret it! The falafel are always soft and fresh, try them on top of a fattoush salad (so so good)! The owner is amazing, her customer service is 10/10! It's always a pleasure to eat here! Note: Lebnani is a bring your own wine restaurant! There's a liquor store two doors down. I'm so glad I found this under the new businesses category on Yelp tonight when I was too lazy to cook dinner and was bored of the usual spots. I love me some middle eastern food...shawarma, falafel, etc...so I jumped off the highway and made my way up Straits Turnpike. In an unassuming plaza with a Staples, nail salon, and bank...we have Lebnani. The interior of the restaurant is bright and clean - there is ample seating to eat in - and quite a few people were doing so. I'll have to come back and eat in one day - preferably not when they're gonna close in less than an hour...because I hate being that jerk. I ordered a chicken shawarma platter to go - which was average priced and in my hands pretty quickly. I got home and dug in. OMG...love. There was a bushel of food...the shawarma, rice, fattoush salad, hummus, and a gigantic pita. Oh and garlic sauce. The garlic sauce was some serious stuff...I definitely will be warding off some vampires after eating that stuff. (Not that I'm complaining. Garlic is awesome.) I'll be back.
