Here is why you need to check out Hungry Bear Tacos: * Handmade Tortillas: You can really taste the difference; the tortillas are fresh, authentic, and have the perfect texture. * The Quesadilla: It is huge and loaded with melted cheese and savory meat--definitely a must-order. * The Vibe: Their truck is one of the most impressive I've seen, complete with a TV that makes waiting for your food actually enjoyable. * Top-Tier Service: The staff was really nice and provided great service, making the whole experience even better.

Ive…read moretried them several times now and in my very unprofessional opinion It was really disappointing. Im a person WITH tastebuds. Don't give me mayo people tacos and mayo people salsa. Why go bland with your flavors? Why even put up the food stand in the first place if your meat taste like it was used to clean the table with. Make it make sense. It doesn't. If you came and got lucky one day thats good for you but ive tried their tacos regularly. Its 90% disappointment. I got them cause it was the closest thing to me. I work like right down the street. Even my co workers say the same. The one with the tortilla lady on it is a little better. Try that one. The best are in el monte. Karinas tacos i think. Idk the name really I just know how to get there. And only when im going, because to name streets ‍‍ but I think its near peck. Its next to a T intersection. And there is a small shopping center. Its also a food truck. but yeah. This place is good if your hungry and dont care about flavor. So like if you were a literal hungry bear. Just eating to eat. I hate writing and actually posting reviews but I really just felt like it had to be said.

From the moment we walked up, the owner was welcoming, funny, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even better. At my friend's recommendation, I ordered the brisket grilled cheese, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The brisket was tender, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the melted cheese. There was no shortage of cheese. I also ordered the brisket mac and cheese to take home for later that evening, and it was just as amazing. It was rich, creamy, and loaded with delicious brisket. Every bite was worth the drive. I highly recommend Jonah Bee's Barbecue Truck if you're looking for outstanding barbecue and great customer service. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I'll definitely be back. In fact, I'm already planning another visit this Wednesday!

Prices too high. Customer service was accompanied by some young girl who's obviously childish.. once getting there she informed me after calling 20 min prior that they had no more pork belly but have 7in links (and laughed when she demonstrated 7in) mind you I was told they had every meat before coming down,,, Get down there they're out of two meats...only good thing was the tender ribs,, links taste like hot dogs, Mac was ok and them beans was 6/10.... Stay home n BBQ cuz these places are just experimenting ATP.

As the title of this monthly event indicates, it takes place on the third Thursday of each month…read more This event has been around for a year already, and seems to be growing each month. At each event, there are around six to eight food trucks selling all the things you've come to expect from the modern day "roach coach": pizza, specialty grilled cheese, lobster rolls, cupcakes, burgers, etc. The event is completely free to attend (a total plus) and since it only takes place during lunch hours (11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) it isn't overly crowded (though the line for the Lobster Truck was ridiculous by 11:30 a.m.). On the perimeter, there are vendors of knick knacks and other products (pampered chef, scentsy, etc.). There is also live music and, occasionally, a radio station will stop by to raffle off prizes or give away stickers and such.

One thing that brings people out is FOOD and what better way to do that than with food trucks!…read more Located in the San Bernardino City Hall parking lot every third Thursday of the month from 11am to 2pm, the food fest is one of the best ideas to come to come out of the city! The event has brought an air of revitalization to the community to not only residents and patrons of the city, but also to local businesses. I try to come out every month because you never know what hidden food treasure you're going to find. You can always find something to satisfy your food cravings from a variety of specialty food trucks. Sometimes the lines can get long so get there early especially if you're interested in a popular truck. You can go on their Facebook page for current updates and truck lineups. Most, if not all, vendors accept credit and debit cards so you don't have to worry about not carrying cash. Some even have the ability to take online orders from their websites. And let's not forget about the entertainment! A local radio station (103.9 FM) often comes out with chances to play games and win prizes and you can also hear music played by local school bands and musical groups showcasing their talents. I recommend this event to anyone as a great way to get out of the monotony of your typical lunch break and meet some new people.
