I have went to the location twice. the first time I order an Italian salad. The salad was brown and did not have enough meat. The second time, I order a pizza. The pizza was suppose to have extra chesse, which I can tell was not on it. the crust v was also to thick. The pizza did not taste like quality of other stores. the store food quality is lacking. The bald head cashier woman at the front has horrible customer service skills. The whole store shouldn't hear your conversations, and know that you're ready to go home. My initial phone call to place my order was met with a nasty attitude, and rush to get the phone call over with. If I could give no stars I would. This place is so GHETTO. Let's start with that fact that we ordered our food at 9:12 pm and didn't get our food until 10:00 pm. Why because they made orders that were made after us and then they forgot about us. Then they tried to compensate us with two hour old boneless chicken wings. Grew up on their pizza at the beach, so it's nice that they are in Cheverly. Just in time for the Super Bowl.

This place needs new management or Ledo's really wants this location to fail. The staff needs training including the manager on duty. I don't believe they make the pizza to Ledo's standards. The size of the pizza varies from one day to the next. Also Ledo's needs to fix the online ordering website. It charges your card, but tells you the order did not get accepted. read more

My girls love Ledo Pizza and we order from this location at least once a week. The front staff is always pleasant when I call my order in. The manager/owner is pleasant and always willing to hear feedback and is eager to fix it. The pizza had gotten inconsistent but when I mentioned my displeasure, he addressed it immediately. I strive to support this location as they are black owned and hire people in the community. There are not many if any that are black owned and operated in this area. read more

I finally came back to this establishment after months because I got tired of driving to the Forrestville location. Which is farther from my house. I ordered a buffalo chicken calzone and a spring chicken pizza with extra aioli sauce. The cashier put the ticket in correctly because she showed me. I get a chicken calzone and a spring chicken pizza with no sauce at all!! DRY PIZZA ‼ Mind you this is the second time this happened to me and why I stop spending my money at this location. Last time this happened to me I called the store to inform them that my pizza had no sauce. The owner told me " There is no way your pizza is dry I saw the cook put the sauce on it". CALLING ME A LIAR‼ I didn't have time to come back that night to prove it him plus they were about to close. He told me to come tomorrow and they would make me another pizza as well as give me a refund ( the proper way to deal with a disgruntled customer). THE OWNERS FIRST LIE‼‼‼ I called for three days he was never there I gave up and said well I just won't be spending my money with them since they don't know how to put sauce on pizza. None of his employees are empowered to show gratitude to customers without his consent. So if he's not there (HE DOESNT WORK ON WEEKENDS ANOTHER LIE‼) business cannot run smoothly if an incident occurs. Back to yesterday I call to tell the cashier my pizza has no sauce. She tells me "YOU CAN BRING IT BACK" . I'm like " THEN WHAT, I WANT A REFUND AND FOR YALL TO MAKE THIS RIGHT" in others words give me my pizza as well as a refund. Mind you this is before I realize I have chicken calzone and not a buffalo chicken calzone. I asked to speak with the manager she informed me he doesn't work on the weekends and that he would be back Monday. THAT WAS THE THIRD LIE‼‼ Makes a lot of sense why the employees are slacking they have no management. HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS ELSEWHERE? So I take my time and gas to drive back to give them what I didn't order and to get my money back. The cashier calls the cook out the back who barely speaks English ( I KNOW THAT IF HE CANT SPEAK ENGLISH HE MOST DEFINITELY CANT READ IT). The cook ask me "WHAT DID YOU WANT?. I'm like "WHAT DOES THE TICKET SAY. READ IT". The cashier intercedes and says he doesn't speak English well( SO WHY DID YOU CALL HIM OUT HERE) they are just dumb from the bottom to the top no common sense. The cashier offers to make my order again. I say no I have to go back to sleep now you'll wasted my entire break with your stupidity. In walks the manager (THATS NOT COMING BACK UNTIL MONDAY, MIND YOU ITS STILL SATURDAY). It's sad that they have their employees lie to customers to dodge being accountable for their mistakes or giving a refund. Clearly nobody in the store is authorized to give refunds because she was waiting on him to give me my money back. The manager walks in and ask "WHATS GOING ON". I'm like "MY REFUND THATS WHATS GOING ON". " IF YOU WERE HERE RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS YOU WOULD KNOW WHATS GOING ON". " IM NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF YOURS HAVE THEM DEBRIEF YOU. IM DONE TALKING TO YALL" Then he ask me do I just want them to remake my pizza. I'm like we've already been through this the only thing I want to talk about is my refund. On top of everything else that happened the cashier can't keep up with the orders. The cashier had me pay for the wrong order. So at this point absolutely nobody in the store deserves to wear the Ledos name or be employed for the record. The manager gives me a refund, doesn't apologize, and offers me no incentive or compensation to return as a customer. They lost a customer for sure yesterday. I had to convince myself to even go their yesterday but I shouldn't have to drive across the world to get some Ledos when it's right there. This location does not reflect anything the Ledos brand stands for. They shouldn't be allowed to use the name because they have no customer service whatsoever from the bottom to the top. . My family orders from here all the time. At least once a week since October. Every time the food has been amazingly delicious. The customer service has always been great for me, especially the woman who is usually in the front. There was one time where we had to wait a little while because they hadn't made our pizza yet for some reason even though it had been over 25 minutes since we placed the order over the phone, and they apologized and handled the issue professionally. Still, other than the one instance we have been consistently happy with the price, customer service, and the quality of food. I definitely recommend this place and will continue to order from them. read more

I tried this location 3Xs, two of the three times was a disappointment. First time pizza was slightly over, second and third time pizza was over cooked and dry. What makes it so bad on the 2nd visit the pizza was free for joining the mailing list. The last straw for me was my third visit, I phoned in an order got pizza and wanted a salad ask for the Italian meat salad. The person taking the order (heavy black lady) didn't know what I was talking about. Instead of asking someone I advised I would just come in and order the salad separate. That was ok with her, that was me testing her to see if she would ask anyone for assistance, she didn't. The salad is on the menu plain as day Italian meat salad. Went to pick up my pizza it was dry and over cooked hardly any sauce cheese was brown (cheese was brown each time). Ordered my salad that took another 20 minutes. Drove home with my now cold pizza and when I get home to eat the lettuce on the salad was brown soggy and wilted the salad peppers looked dehydrated. By this time Im pissed. I drove back to return the salad. The Asian lady took the salad to the back and at least three people hovered over the salad examining it. (the owner (a black guy, the chef white guy with a beard and the Asian lady). The Asian Lady and the owner came out to apologize asked if I want another salad at that point I just wanted my money back. I had already wasted my time and gas. I advised that they needed to do a better job with quality control, that old brown salad should have never made it out the kitchen. It wasn't fresh at all. Long and the short I will not patronize that location again. Its unfortunate because it was convenient. I thought that It was going to be a good addition to the community (not so much) I work a second job in one of the anchor stores in that shopping center and Im asked frequently about Ledo's, trust me I give my honest opinion. Word of mouth can be your best or worst marketing tool. I'll make the extra drive and go to the Largo location. I've never had an issue there. read more

The food here is great. I don't have any issues with the food here. My problem is with the service. Every time you call you're either put on hold forever or youre forced to deal with someone that clearly hates their job and hates interacting with people. They always have attitudes and constantly mess up your order because they're trying to rush you off the phone. One time she messed me order up and I made her re-do the whole order. I'm assuming she got upset because when I went to eat my sub there were broken pieces of toothpick in the BOTH subs I ordered. Not a coincident at all. The employees will place you on hold and hang up so you have to call several times. I've even had my order broken up into two because she was too busy trying to rush me off of the phone that she didn't hear when I order TWO of the same thing. As much as I want to like this place and support local businesses. It's hard when you're dealt with VERY poor customer service. read more
