Did pickup last night . I was disappointed with our pizza there wasn't enough sauce and the dough wasn't fully cooked.

While I am not oo familiar with this brand, this regional chain restaurant location we did enjoy. The dining room was in very good physical condition and was clean (carpeted floors (why carpet in a restaurant dining room I'll never understand) and tables & booths). While table service was a little slow, the kitchen was timely. The pizza was good, very cheesy, but the dough was a little undercooked and too light in color for my preference. Not as flavorful as other chain pizza restaurants (i.e. Dominos, Pizza Hut). The chicken parmasean sandwich was better than the pizza, I thought, but my wife felt the opposite. The menu was a little limited, not as flexible (customizing) as I would have liked to have seen. Overall, it was an enjoyable Saturday lunch. I would be willing to try Ledos again. read more

So the wife was coming from yoga & wanted to grab something quick before her appointment to get her truck serviced at Acura. The kid says Ledo's so we pull here. Terrible idea which I promise we will never do again. First off the service was terrible the waiter we had had an attitude & clearly didn't want to work today as a result his performance reflected it. He literally messes up both their orders then makes no real effort to fix it. Both of them ordered the wing combos which come with fries & a drink. Which he only brings wings out then tried to dispute wit us if fries were order instead of just adding the fries to the order. Then to make matters worse how do you forget to bring out napkins along with wet wings. Then tell us give him a second when we tell him we need napkins to go another table & take their order. But then to sum up this terrible outing the chicken Parmesan sub was nothing more than a but a sub roll sauce & one little chicken tender on each piece of bread. I would have given this restaurant a 5 star except the spaghetti and sausage I ordered had just a tad bit of sausage in it. The manager Tyler refused to remake my pizza when I brought it to his attention that we did not want bacon ---he was complete disrespectful and hung up on me while I was trying to discuss the situation. Came here for lunch after getting our nails done bc it was close. The service and food were actually pretty good. I only gave the place four stars bc it was rather dimly lit and though it was basically empty, a few table, including ours, weren't clean. We started our meal with the chorizo fries as an appetizer and they were yummy. The fries seemed hand cut and they were topped with tons of melted cheese and chorizo. I could have made a meal just out of these! My husband had a pizza with pepperoni, sausage and ground beef which he loved. I had the hot honey old bay wings. VERY weird combination. The wings were good and would have been better if the old bay were left off. We'll definitely return bc it's a convenient lunch spot with good service. My only suggestion would be to keep the tables cleaner. No one wants to feel like they need to clean their own table... especially when business is slow. read more

This is one of the nicer Ledo's I have been to as far as the interior goes. The sign outside says pizza and "pub" but I do think calling a bar with a few seats a pub is a stretch. I like that the take out counter is right inside the door and the dining room is off to the side. This setup keeps the draft and extra people out of the dining area. Ledo's pizza is not for everyone as its a bit different. It's a thin crust pizza but not a crispy crust like what would come out of a coal or wood fired oven. Also, I think they do tend to go a little light on the sauce so I ask for extra sauce on my pizza and that woks out just fine. Another discriminator with Ledo's pizza is that it's square. The squareness can be great if you don't like crust since there are so many pizza "tenderloins." For me, I like that the pieces are little (2 x 2 inches roughly) so you can pace yourself, if you chose. Service here was friendly and efficient. Crayons, coloring sheets, a casual atmosphere and quick service make this a kid-friendly place. read more

We were greeted when we entered and sat for quite some time before getting menus and giving drink orders. In hindsight we should have walked out and gone somewhere else. Pretty much the same as any other ledo pizza location. My daughter loves their pizza so I frequent the chain. I happened to be in the area so we stopped in for lunch. The dining area wasn't crowded so we had pretty good service. The place could use a good cleaning though. The floor at the booth I was sitting at had food and napkins all over. Looks like they hadn't cleaned under there for a few days. Service was fast but not very friendly. It was the get in and get put assembly line service. Waiter really didn't speak to us much. I like the pizza here so much I will still get it. Probably will go to another location or do carry out next time though. read more

Yesterday I had THE BEST Ledo's PIZZA. Recently they have been too dry or undercooked. Yesterday was PERFECT and a reminder of a lifetime of enjoying their pizza. This was a pickup pizza and arrived at my home hot with proper amount of sauce and succulent cheese that acted like all the tv ads. I did one thing different this time. Ledos is my go to for pizza. Excellent jumbo wings, salads, cheesesteak sub. Lately, it is not consistent. Too much sauce or not enough sauce on pizza. I also wish they used fresh mushrooms on pizza as I can't stand canned mushrooms. I will still continue to order from Ledo pizza as it is the best pizza in my opinion.
