I recently fell in love with Ledo's again! I used to have a love/hate relationship. I've visited a few locations in the area and never had a bad experience. My visit here was no different! My online order was ready on time! I got a small pizza with jalapeños and it was good! I like to sprinkle on their crushed red pepper and parmesan. I know they got more than pizza but I end up getting that everytime. There's an area to pick up mobile orders. The employees are nice. There's a small parking lot. read more

Ordered from the Fulton Ledo's late afternoon on Super Bowl Sunday. They weren't taking online orders so I expected the order to be delayed. Showed up when the staff said it would be ready to a large crowd and expected some hiccups. However, the staff was a well oiled machine and my order was perfectly prepared and ready on time. I ordered online for pickup. There is a small parking lot out front. The interior was clean and well maintained. The service from the front desk person was very good. The pickup area is a bunch of shelves right at the entrance as well as a bin with cheese packets and red pepper flakes packets. The pizza was hot and fresh and made just as I had ordered. I have been visiting Fulton for a while since my family move on this side of town and they always suggested Ledos... Today was the day... I was greeted by multiple staff members upon entry ... and also the feel is very home feeling ... you feel the food being made with love I ordered the 14in pizza 3 topping ... onions, mushrooms, and chicken ... I also ordered the buffalo wings and the ole bay wings ... now I will say price wise I was like this better be good. And I must say I was not disappointed.. the pizza was hot and all the ingredients were fresh . the wings both flavors were amazing. I'm a big stickler of ranch and the ranch is amazing ... but what was even better was the home made garlic sauce ...made everything better. If I had to nit pic my mushrooms could have been diced smaller lol but no biggie cause I love mushrooms... before I wrap This up I will say the cust service was phenomenal ... next time I will dine in for the full experience because it seems like the other customers were having a ball . read more

Over the past 4 weeks we have patronized this restaurant and the first time they forgot some of our order and gave some lame excuse and refunded us the next day. Never apologized. The pizza was ok. Today we placed an order, and put the pizza in the oven. The pizza was destroyed. I called and spoke to the manager, Stephanie and instead of helping me fix the matter she tried to give me cooking tips. When we try to teach her customer service and asked for a replacement pizza or a deep discount, me said the best she could do is to discount us $3!!! On a $100 order!!!! Mind you every time we patronize them. It's well over $60 each time. Never again!!! Don't waste your time here, they don't respect their customers. read more

Ledo Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Fulton, Maryland

The pizza is great! But they lack the details at times. For example, I ordered a small pizza where they misread a topping (gave me mushrooms instead of meatballs), which I brought back and just asked to sprinkle some meatballs on top (I didn't want to toss the pizza and make another one, wasting both of our times). The next time I was in, I ordered a few pizzas and they forgot to include on one of the pizzas the pre-cooked bacon (which is piled on after it runs through the oven), so again, someone didn't pay close attention to the order before boxing it up. I only found out after I left, and didn't bother going back or calling since it wasn't worth it for me. And at my most recent visit, I placed an advance online order (2 hours ahead of time), and when I got there, the pizza wasn't ready. They asked for my name and said it will be out soon. I patiently waited as customer after customer came by to grab their food. To kill time, I sat down and looked at my phone and periodically looked up and it wasn't until several minutes later that I noticed a pizza box with my name on it on their shelf (behind the counter). And then I went up to ask if that was mine, and they said it was and apologized. I was pretty frustrated since (1) it wasn't ready on time (especially as a pre-scheduled order) and (2) how they easily forgot about me. Again, a little more attention and customer service goes a long way. Will I come back? Of course, but I'm now going to check my food every time before I head out of the restaurant. And I'll also voice my concerns to the manager if something like my last visit happens again. read more

Every town has that one special pizza place. In Fulton, it's Ledo Pizza. One time, they forgot my calzone. But, the service and consistency of their pizzas is too on point! They get super busy but they still doing their thang. Every time I return home to Oklahoma, I need like eight of these grocery store pizzas--I distribute them evenly to my brothers. But ain't nothing like that fresh Ledo from Fulton. read more

My first impression was not good, as this place is different than the other Ledos. You order up front then seat yourself. It seemed a little chaotic. A friend and I ordered and sat down in the back. The pizza was great as usual. Getting my own soda is not a problem at all. I eventually realized this Ledos, while a little smaller than others and busy up front, is still a nice place. I have really enjoyed the pizza and especially the flavor of the pizza sauce. They put on a lot toppings. However, the last three times the veggie pizza was so wet that the hot liquid juice came out of the box and onto my lap and burnt my leg. The paper separating the box from the crust stuck to the bottom of the gooey crust. Had to work hard to scrape the paper off. read more

Very good pizza, but the price was CRAZY! I picked up the tab on two pizzas for a family gathering. Take out order, each pie with 2 toppings. My jaw hit the counter when the person ringing me up said 50$ please... I will not be returning. Its so sad because the pizza was good (just not $50 good), it is close and convenient. I've eaten pizza at many Ledos including the original location during my UM years. This one is about average. The pizza was well done as ordered and they had to make coffee. I had to ask for my cup when it was ready. The place is clean. I find this location more tidy than Clarksville. The best location in my opinion is in Stevensville. read more

I have been coming to this Ledo's location for over twenty years and we have gotten take-out from the original location in Hyattsville since 1972. I have eaten a lot of greasy-square pizza from these guys. Many years ago, my wife would phone in a take-out of pizza which I would pick up on my way home from work. I would stop for my order and they would say that they did not have it. Well, this went on for a few months. My wife would order a pizza and this guys would lose the order. I do not remember how many free pizzas I got from the manager for missing our pizza orders. One night after the missing pizza ordeal, I checked our personal phone book for the number to the Fulton Ledo's, well, there it was the number for the original location in Hyattsville. My wife was ordering take-out from another location. I told the manager from the Fulton's Ledos what had occurred and wanted to pay him for all the free pizzas, but he said no. What a nice guy. This was back when Ledo's only had a handful of locations. It's still pretty greasy pizza, but for a couple of times a years, it is ok with me. read more

I have never had a sanitation instance at this Ledo's and I have been eating it since I was little! I only order pizza here! Every type is yummy. It's a different kind of pizza, square with an original taste that you cant find anywhere but Ledo's! They have a variety of toppings, including pre-cooked bacon. The local high schoolers can usually be found making the pizzas and ringing you up... I wish they delivered! read more

This Ledo's is close to my office so I toodle on up there every now and then for their steak and cheese. It's nothing fancy but the food is decent and the prices are reasonable and the place is clean. I like the subs - especially the steak and cheese - because they really don't scrimp on anything. The area is nice, too. You can look out the windows into a nice field across RT 216 while you're eating. All in all, a pretty nice place to catch lunch. read more

Consistently top notch. Ledos is notorious for inconsistency; the spot I typically go to in Travliah is very doughy and dry and awful but this Ledo location is perfect; cheese up to the very edges, lots of delicious sauce, and excellent service. It's very well run and consistently good. read more

I'm really surprised by all the negative reviews of this place! Every time my family has gone here they have been friendly and quick to make our food. We have dined in, called ahead to pick up, and ordered to go from the restaurant and never had any problems. I am not a huge pizza fan, but I enjoy their white pizza. I like to add mushrooms and chicken. I will agree with reviewers who have mentioned that the pizza is a bit greasy. Nothing a few napkins can't solve! I also really love their chicken Parmesan sandwich. It's one of the best I've ever had! I got my entire family hooked on them. What I love most about this location is that it's across the street from Maple Lawn Farms. While you're eating you can look out and watch the cows grazing in the pasture; it's very peaceful. When you're here it's hard to remember that you are so close to downtown DC! It's a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. I've never tried any other Ledo's locations, but this one has been just fine. I will happily continue eating here when I get a craving for a chicken parm sub! read more

Kitchen employees that work at this establishment do not wear gloves when prepping and handling your food. Particularly, it was gross to see two inch acrylic nails digging into your cheese and meats without gloves. Under your nails is one of the dirtiest places on the human body... could not have been very sanitary. Its fall time and there are flys everywhere I asked for a club sandwich and they put it on a hoagie roll... ?? I've been to this Ledo franchise establishment off and on for several years. I don't recall any instance where the hygiene would be considered as questionable. The menu is the basic fast food options of sandwiches and pizza. They do a thin crust square shape pizza that's pretty good. I usually opt for the deluxe with pre-cooked bacon. Basically the same Ledo food with a dose not caring anything about customer service. Heavy sauce one day, very light the next. Sometimes uneven on the same pizza. No deal breaker. Its just not the quality that I'm used to from the Waldorf , Columbia and other Ledo locations. Their largest problem is just not caring. My last visit was a 50 wait for a plain pizza. They didn't seem to like my urging after a half hour waiting and then no apologies that it hadn't been started. My last attempted visit was trying to order a pizza at 9:05. After taking my order and a long pause with the most lame lie voice ever.... "Uhh, we closed at 9:00." Wow. Dishonest and lazy. So no more Fulton, I'll use the one off Snowden sometimes. read more

Was going to eat in, but could see them walking over the pizza so decided to order a fresh one and take it out instead. Was too grossed out to really eat so just picked.
