This place literally has everything you could want!! Amazing mozzarella sticks, that a chef wanted me to try out (new recipe or something), subs, and even Greek food!!! My family is Greek so I sometimes get Greek food from here. The chefs do a pretty bang up job on the food! Usually friendly and accommodating! Ive lived in Columbia for about two years now and am SO happy I found this place. It's definitely a hole in the wall eatery that doesn't look like much from the outside (or really on the inside let's be honest) but hey looks aren't everything and can be very deceiving. I rate this place's food and customer service as a 10/10 hands down. I've been here probably over fifteen times and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend their cheesesteaks (super cheesy and flavorful) and fries (huge servings) but have had many other things like their breakfast burritos, quesadillas, and paninis. My husband picks up food from here basically every Friday and even as a born and raised Philadelphian, he bets on their cheesesteaks. They're amazing! Tips: -Call ahead and your food will be ready within ten-fifteen minutes (they're super quick and efficient) -Pick up don't eat in (but there are chairs and tables inside) -They have carry out bottled drinks too like sodas -Their menu is huge and contrary to what a person may think (There's no way they can do everything well!), they do everything well read more

Located in a little shopping center in Columbia. Come here pretty often as this is right below my kung fu school. They have great service, very courteous and they have great food and variety. It's a small little place, dinning area itself isn't that big, maybe about 25-30 seating capacity. To me it seems like a very cozy comfortable local establishment for me to go to. They even got a tv, just in time for football season. They have a huge variety of food from American to Greek to Italian to Mexican. Here is a quick rundown of what they got: Salads, Spaghetti, Alfredos, Parmesans, Strombolis, Chicken/Fish/Shrimp/Crab Baskets, Paninis, Wraps, Quesadillas, Hot Wings, Gyros, Hot/Cold/Parmesan Subs, Sandwiches, Burgers, Pizzas, and a bunch of desserts. After a long week I was craving Pizza and decided to give this place a shot. I am so very glad I did! I got a large Pepperoni Pizza for 14$ and a side of Jalapeno Poppers for 5$. There was no delivery fee and ordering online was super easy! My food arrived in the estimated time given, about 45 minutes, and was hot when it got here. They were nice to include a couple of small cups of fresh parm cheese as I requested when I called over the phone to ask for some added. It was very fresh which was a nice surprise! Now for the important thing.. the Pizza is SO good! I have been searching for local NY style Pizza for a long time and finally found a close match. Very greasy--probably in part thanks to my Pepperoni--floppy and cheesy. JUST what a NY pizza lover looks for. The poppers were also a hit! As a pool favorite, we finally ordered from this location tonight. The pizza arrived 15 min earlier than expected, was hot, and the pies were overall light. Light dough, sauce and cheese. I can normally only handle two slices of pie from most pizzas. I downed four rather easily with this pie. They have a rather extensive menu, including breakfast! Extremely disappointed! Got a chicken cesar wrap, pretty simple you would think. It was broken before I even upwrapped it and half the filling was falling out, making it impossible to eat. The dressing was out of a packet (The cook grabbed a packet from behind the counter as I paid) and the lettuce was almost all brown. On a plus side the staff was very nice when I went to pick this up, but it doesn't make up for wasting my time and money on this **Went back a second time to get a breakfast sandwich. After I picked up my breakfast I found out the sandwich did not come with home fries as the menu says. I called them and let them know and I was told they didn't serve home fries with sandwiches any more. I explained it was on the menu and the man who answered the phone said I was wrong. I explained their website states they do and they should look into that. While on the phone he looked online and saw I was correct (not that I was looking for that). He offered me free home fries next time. I ordered today to get a breakfast sandwich and home fries and was told they had stopped serving breakfast all ready. I explained again that their website said all day breakfast and they may really want to look into fixing this. The man (same man) on the phone told me to go away. Went in on a Friday evening as my usual pizza night with my kids. Typically we go to Ledo's or order in, but we thought we would try something different. It wasn't busy at all inside. We ordered at the counter with a very friendly staff member and found a table easily, particularly since no one was there. As we waited, many people came in and out, masks on (which I appreciate), and picked up orders. The pizza came out and was bigger than we expected. This is third time I have ordered from this location and they have messed up my order. Each time they said they would give a new pizza but that came with a 40min wait, by the time the correct pizza came we had already ate something else. They also always say they will give me a credit, but when I tried to explain my credit the next time I ordered, they said they didn't know of a credit. First, in case anyone is confused like I continue to be, yes, there are multiple pizza places in the Columbia area with the name Roma's. And yes, they have almost identical menus. Honestly, I still haven't figured out why this is or which one actually has better food, but this Roma's - the one with "Breakfast" in the name and logo is how I remember it - is the one I seem to prefer. Partly because this is our go-to place when we need to order food for a work event and don't want - or don't have time - to do a full catering order. The pizza is really good with generous toppings, and if you call, they'll work with you to help you determine how much food you'll need to feed your crowd. And being able to order online is a huge convenience as well! That way I can place the order without having to step out of my meeting to call. The one problem with using them for events like this is that they haven't always been punctual with their delivery during the weekdays, even when I've ordered hours in advance. The last two times, I've had to have Eat24 follow up for me to make sure they were on their way. However, they've been very kind and apologetic about the extra wait time - and we're talking 15 minutes max, not hours, so grain of salt. Still, it wouldn't matter if I were just sitting at home waiting, but it can throw off a carefully planned schedule during a busy work day. We just recently moved up to this area as well, and I've ordered from them a couple of times now for home delivery. We haven't had a bad experience with the food yet! The subs are huge and packed with meat, and the fettuccine alfredo with chicken was really tasty. The chicken looked as if it had been freshly grilled before being added to the pasta, which was creamy and just the right amount of salty and delicious. The Greek salad is so good! My husband and I moved to Columbia over a year ago and this has become our go to spot!! We actually ended up going here by accident as we were sent a coupon in the mail for Roma's and when we went to use it we were told it was for the wrong Roma's (there's 2 in town they aren't related at all). We all had a good laugh about it and it was a blessing we went to the wrong one!! The food here is delicious. My husband's favorite is the cheesesteak and my favorite is the buffalo club panini. I'm not sure what bakery they get their bread from but it's so crispy and flakey- I haven't had anything like it. Pizza is really great quality too! We haven't gone for the breakfast yet but will sure to try that out next. The staff are always very friendly and give a friendly goodbye when we head out wishing to see ya next time. I ordered a panini club to be delivered. They forgot to put it through the panini press and forgot the bacon. They also put lettuce on it. Since the sandwich was hot, the lettuce wilted. Made absolutely no sense. They apologized but didn't seem excited about bringing me another sandwich. They offered me a $4 credit which I found to be lame as the sandwich was totally bombed. I contacted Eat24 and received a prompt refund. It was just a huge pain in the ass inconvenience. The ingredients were fresh, the delivery was fast and the other sandwich (cheesesteak) on our order was great. Had they not bombed on the panini and been quick to deliver another sandwich, this review would be much better. Since they already got their money from Eat24 I got the feeling that no f's were given. The pizza is always delicious and hot. They usually only take about 25 mins to deliver. Even on friday night, they're super fast. Soooooo... Last week I ordered a pizza on eat24. It was good. It came 30 mins after the latest estimated delivery time. This was after I called the store to see where my food was. I rushed off the phone by the woman that answered. She had no idea what I was talking about. I had to give her my address more than once. Her only response oh yea he left after she put me on hold to find my order. So I asked her when did he leave? Her response a while ago. LMAO! Like for real chick! He showed up 30 mins later. I had already included the tip or else no tip. I give them another chance 2 days later. I ordered a He-man breakfast & a bacon egg & cheese sandwich. I received the heman breakfast and it was good. But the sandwich had sausage instead of bacon. I called the store 1st the guy that answered argued with me that I didn't order from eat24 but I ordered on grubhub. I told him I dont use the grubhub app. He finally finds my order mumbling about it's the same thing on his system. So I said are you really going to argue with me about this and I'm the customer?
