So I called ahead to place an order for my favvvvvorites chicken cheesesteak and regular cheesesteak with a small veggie pizza add jalapeños. I gets allllllll the way home and my receipt was right but the pizza had sausage and pineapples which wasn't what I ordered. Long story short the food was great and management was super nice and gave me $10 off next order for the inconvenience. Every now and then, I get a craving for pizza on a Friday night. I figured I pick up a pizza on my way to a friend's house to watch the game. As always the pizza was pretty good but the service sucked. I ordered and paid online which was super easy. When I went to pick up my pizza, the cashier was not eager to help me or give me napkins. I had to ask for napkins and other red pepper flakes multiple times. I've had better service at other Ledo Pizza restaurants in the area so this location will be my last resort the next time I get my Friday Night Pizza Craving! Came here for lunch with a colleague of mine and at first was a little disappointed with the lack of lunch menu. However, the prices are actually pretty good. We ordered the bread sticks and a 14 inch pizza which was more than sufficient of the two of us. The pizza had a very thin crust pizza hut vibe, which I enjoyed. Now normally I LOVE ledos but this particular night rubbed me the wrong way. I ordered online my pick up time was 10:30. I arrived 10:27 and tell one of the two guys at the register my name, he tells me the pizza is coming up 15 minutes later I go to the counter to inquire and there's another gentleman that rudely says my pizza been ready. This is my neighborhood Ledo's and I frequent it often. The store is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Perfect on Fridays when I don't want to cook. I just call in my order so that it's ready when I get there. I like that they sell pizza's that have not been picked up for half off. I never have issues with taste and my son prefers their pizza over the other local competitors. Best customer service and efficiency, hands down! read more

The service was ok not horrific. We all ordered a chicken Caesar salad and had some wings to share. The wings were pretty good salad average. We had our food and we were ready to go home. When I say 10 minutes after we left we all started looking at each other like something was wrong , stomachs all bubbling, all trying to find the nearest restroom but there weren't any because we were on the train. We were all on the train praying and shaking hoping that we'd make it home before anything slipped out. After sweating and panting a little I finally made it home. I'll start off by saying I'm biased. I'm from Atlanta where there are NO Ledo's. I come to MD/D.C. every year and one of the first places I have to go is to Ledo's. My cousin lives right around the corner from this location so this is always the default stop. As for the pizza, I love it. It's not your typical pizza but I think that's what makes me love it. The buttery light crust, provolone cheese, and delicious sauce all make up a great food experience for me every time I taste it. Service here is typical as your server brings your pizza and drinks to you and handles refills. The last time I was here, the server recognized us from two days earlier and brought our drinks out without us telling her. Nice touch! I was surprised by the other reviews but like I said, I'm biased. My obsession with Ledo's pizza probably makes me overlook any shortcomings this location has. read more

If you want to see how to run a business straight into the ground, this is the PERFECT place to go. From a managerial level, customer service is non-existent. The staff is more pleasant and welcoming than the management. Upon my arrival, instead of the shift manager (aka Mary, it's probably her alias, older female w/pixie cut) recognizing my presence, she rudely interjects in a conversation that she wasn't a party of and then attempts to speak forcefully. Now, before I could set things straight, she literally runs to the back as if she was on flames. Dumbfounded and disgusted, I never completed my order. I'd advise going into the city before wasting a cent here. It was only a matter of convenience that led me in, but I'd rather be inconvenienced and travel to spend my $ at a restaurant where the standards are high and the quality of food and customer service are synonymous. Love their pizza! I come here for carry out pizza only. I always call ahead and within 15 minutes my pizza is ready. This has been "my Ledo's" since it opened many years ago and I've found the quality to be consistently on point. They put a lot of sauce on the pizzas at this location - which I LOVE - but the NOVA locations are a lot drier. So while I can't comment on the rest of the menu, I love the pizza here and it is regular stop on my visits home to the "DMV". read more

My boyfriend and I were looking forward to trying Ledo Pizza. We heard from coworkers that Ledos is a Maryland favorite. We were impressed by the seemingly high-quality menu items, and were pleasantly surprised to discover the "Viva La Vegan"--a vegan pizza option. We thought that we gave up vegan options by moving from DC to the suburbs! However, it was all a ruse. We picked-up our order and brought it home, only to realize that someone put non-vegan cheese on the pizza. Ugggh! That's a BAD mistake. My boyfriend assumed that it was a soy cheese at first. If you want to trip over mats they leave 1/2 folded everywhere when you go pick up your pizza, after watching another customer trip over one mat like that in front of the register and her complaining to the employee behind the counter, several times, that didn't seem to care, I watched her trip and almost fall, they didn't seem interested that their mat almost caused a customer to fall, I had to mention loudly a few times that it's a tripping hazard ... A female employee showed up and reluctantly unfolded it... When I went to leave, I almost tripped over another 1/2 folded mat at the exit, all of the mats had been folded in 1/2 for the customers to trip over, they didn't seem concerned, it was kinda infuriating to watch another customer trip over a 1/2 folded mat, for that employee to act like a jerk about unfolding the other mat, to then trip over another 1/2 folded mat, wtf are they thinking at this location? because it's not common sense or customer service. they can't seem to get their act together about customers tripping over the mats. so I moved the mats to the front and told them how I also almost tripped, they didn't seem concerned, they said, "WOW," in disbelief that I was moving the mats for them so that they wouldn't trip other customers, instead of apologizing that they tripped another customer. I have no idea what those incompetent employees are thinking, except they must want customers to sue Ledo's in Bowie for tripping over mats they leave 1/2 unfolded on the floor, and they are horribly unprofessional. I regret every time I order, I'll wait a year and order again, and they don't disappoint on the disappointing. They have difficulty getting orders right if you order more than two items. I see there are other complaints about this Ledo's compared to others, I really have never frequented such a horrible Ledo's as horrible as the one in Bowie. They seem to cater more to their drinkers at their bar. GO TO THREE BROTHERS AT BOWIE TOWN CENTER INSTEAD OF LEDO'S IN BOWIE, MUCH BETTER FOOD AND SLIGHTLY BETTER SERVICE.
