Kevin and Dustin were helpful and communicative throughout all the discussions and phone tagging between them the insurance companies, and me. In the end, once the work could start, they hopped right on it and got it done quickly and beautifully. They attend to every detail, and now the car looks better than even before both accidents. Mr. Vassallo confronted me, a 66-year-old man, in a combative stance with clenched fists, stating, "If you ever talk to my help like that again, we are going to have a problem. This aggressive and threatening behavior, based on an apparent exaggeration by their employee Robbin, demonstrates a severe pattern of hostile and unprofessional conduct. This physical intimidation by the company's President was not an isolated employee error but represents corporate policy and culture emanating from the highest level of your organization. Mr. Vassallo's conduct was designed to, and did, create a hostile environment that prevented me from exercising my legitimate consumer rights to dispute unauthorized charges and demand correction of defective work. This intimidation tactic, combined with the cash-only demand and threats of trespassing and , demonstrates a calculated pattern of suppressing consumer complaints through fear and coercion.

Brookfield was highly recommended to me by someone I trust, so I was surprised to have a lousy…read moreexperience. I needed the front bumper replaced. I was told Brookfield did a great job with paint so I was surprised to see a blob of paint left behind. Frank came out to look and said, "Oh, that's the manufacturer's mark." This was, of course, a lie. So, I had the tech come out and look and the first thing he said was, "Oh, that shouldn't be there." He gave me two options: take the car as is, or come back (it needed to be completely re-done to fix this problem). Ultimately, I decided to take the car, but I asked him, "what happens if paint starts to flake off" and he said there was a "lifetime guarantee of their work, for as long as I owned the car." I asked whether this was in writing anywhere, and he said, "it's a verbal agreement." Hmmmmmm..... By the way, when I went to pick up the car it was filthy -- it had rained and there was mud caked in the wheel wells. And there's something weird they do with billing: they don't charge you X dollars for paint, they charge you X dollars per hour of paint. Um, wut? On the whole, I would not say this was a good experience. I didn't appreciate Frank's attempt to con me.
