She then proceeds to have you wait for a long period of time to get the wig in order to make sure that your payment goes through on your credit card. At that point you cannot stop payment. The first wig tangled so much in the first week it was unwearable . The replacement wig was a different color a different hair texture and full of ball spots. See the second picture. As a physician I am appalled that she prays on the emotions of people who are suffering from cancer, alopecia or other medical problems that could cause hair loss. I lost $400 just because I wanted something handmade especially for me. I am in the process of fighting this situation through the Better Business Bureau and then small claims court. She said she would give me a refund and pretended that she was sending it through PayPal only to find out later she did not do so. The owner this business is a liar and a thief.
