Dr. Lee is the best. My smile came out IMPOSSIBLY PERFECT. Better than the irl mock ups of the veneers inlaid before signing my treatment plan. I'll leave a review at every follow up appt. I had an excellent first visit today with Dr. Vesely. I was recommended to this practice by another dental specialist. I broke off a large part of a molar. And they fit me in to their schedule pretty quickly. The new patient paperwork can be done online. They are screening for Covid (questionnaire and temp check). I was the first appointment of the day, so no waiting. Sam, the assistant, took an x-ray and photos of my broken tooth. Dr. Vesely came in and we decided I needed a crown. His manner is very reassuring. All of the procedures and steps were explained. The drilling (after novocaine) was painless. They crafted a temporary crown and took impressions for the permanent one. Costs were disclosed before work was done. All interactions were very pleasant and professional. It is a very convenient location for me, with adequate parking. read more

This dentist was recommended to me by Dr. and for several years it was "immaculate" as she had described, expensive but immaculate. I have multiple health conditions that unfortunately the end result is a tendency for teeth to break. All my experiences were great until new digital equipment was introduced to the practice. I was open to the process however I didn't realize the dentist and his practice were not at all experienced with their new equipment. My history of positive experiences with this dentist went from wonderful to so dreadful that by the end I felt so traumatized by it (and distrustful) that I've never been back. Unfortunately and I suppose predictably, the "work" that was done at that time failed. Thousands of dollars later and only several years that have passed and it's "cracked." In the midst of the "problem," the dentist appeared angry and despite multiple times I articulated intolerable pain because of the "caps" he implanted ( which didn't fit at all. They were so large I couldn't do anything that involved my mouth) he was defensive. When I needed multiple contacts to eradicate the painful prosthetic, he seemed like he was trying to make up for lost revenue by attempting to sell me on the idea I needed night retainers. I don't. I was so incredibly disappointed. This experience has had a lasting profoundly negative impact on me. This all comes back to me because I broke tooth tonight doing nothing more than eating soup. I cannot bring myself to go back to this practice. I wish I had "magic powers" to divine who is safe and professionally competent. I don't have magic powers. read more

I can't imagine many people say this, but I had a delightful time at the dentist. I'm a brand new patient to this office and right away, the staff caught me off guard with their friendliness. The dental hygienist, Karen, was so nice, went into detail with all of the procedures and results, and had my x-rays and cleaning done quickly. Dr. Vesely was equally nice and efficient. I had a root canal here several years ago, which cost me several thousand dollars. I just had the tooth pulled because of ongoing issues and infections. It turned out the root canal was done completely improperly, and the dentist had drilled too far into the tooth. He had also missed a root and it had broken off. My new dentist Dr Waddell, who is outstanding, is providing me with several months of treatments to address unrelated issues for less than the cost of the one root canal I received from this clinic. read more

I was a patient with this practice for more than a decade. I was a big fan for a number of years. It became too big and impersonal. So many new staff members, no one knows your name anymore. Always left waiting for long periods of time, even with an appointment. I also left because the doctors became way too pushy with crowns and other expensive dental work. Let's face it, everyone hates going to the dentist. Regardless, I had an appt with Dr. Vesely. I had to have 20 x rays since it was my first visit with them. 4 out of those 20 x rays the assistant doing them placed them in my mouth wrong and I had to tell her several times there was no way I could bite down. Come to find out that she was putting them in wrong. Not a good way to start off. Dr. Vesely was somewhat rude and was not a good first impression with a new patient. Between him and his assistant going back and fourth with me in the middle of their conversation I felt as though I was being slightly attacked with the comments they were making. An hour of feeling verbally attacked and a cut up roof of my mouth cost me $350. I could of went else where and saved myself the verbal attacks and week long sore mouth for far less money. Which is what I'll be doing. read more
