This is a long due review as I don't like to leave bad reviews! Dr. Lee is a nice doctor! However; the service I received from his staff is horrible! First I paid a lot of cash for a series of sessions he recommended; with that said his office still billed my insurance for thousands of dollars even though Dr. Lee told me he is not enrolled in my plan which is PPO blue cross! Fast forward and half way during the treatments; one day I came in about an hour early for my appointment (not sure if I heard the time wrong when scheduling or it was a staff error telling me the time) Upon arrival the doctor was in the office but I was literally chewed out by his front desk for showing up early (will not mention her name)! This was the most embarrassing moment in my life as other staff members were present! I walked out and never went back to this office! I even purchased hundreds of dollars with his massage therapist and was very generous with my tips to her! Further; on some of my previous appointments I had to wait more than half hour to be seen by the doctor and on one occasion it was a full hour and I never complained to him or staff as I was understanding! The doctor did call me one time and asked me to come back to finish my paid sessions but I never did! read more

I suffered a substantial lower-back back injury over a weekend about three months ago and was in severe pain from a pinched nerve in the sciatic region. Needing treatment ASAP, a family member recommended that I see a chiropractor, which I'd never done before. I am so glad to found Dr. Lee, who was able to see me first thing on Monday. After taking x-rays and performing a diagnosis he was quickly able to identify a number of major problems with spinal compression and misalignment after years of bad posture and habits that resulted in the injury. He recommended a three-month spinal corrective care plan. Very quickly the pain started to go away and I began the road to recovery. Dr. Lee, Dr. Melad, and the entire team at Lee Chiropractic have been absolutely fantastic and performed wonders; thorough and methodical in providing the best chiropractic care one could hope for. I feel 100% better now after many rounds of adjustments, spinal decompression and therapy. I also appreciate that part of the care plan includes recommendations on core strengthening and posture corrective workouts, which I try to do diligently, and an ergonomic evaluation to make sure my workspace is set up correctly. I can't thank Dr. Lee and the entire team enough for helping me heal from a very painful and debilitating injury. Thank you for everything, you guys are the absolute best! read more

Not only that, but all of my visit were efficient and quick. There was rarely a wait and if there was it was not more than a few minutes. I've been to a few other chiropractors where they schedule you to come in and lay you down and then put electrodes and heat pads on you..... weeks and weeks without checking on you......Here I got the attention each time I went, and Dr. Lee is really down to earth. After living with chronic migraines for over thirty years, I discovered Dr. Lee, and he was like a miracle. Before Dr. Lee, I thought that my migraines were uncurable, and that I could only medicate the pain temporarily. After going to Dr. Lee, I have not had a migraine since. A I used to always wake up with an uncomfortable slight head dizziness or "aura," which I thought was normal because I had lived with it so long. Happy to be back, to Dr. Lee to fix my back pain. The first time was after a car accident which caused a lot of torment and grief to my back. This time my back is in pain due to the crazy long commute from OC to LAX, daily for the past two years. The treatment program helps melt away the pain and stiffness in my lower back. Icing on the cake, was the treatment/adjustments, cleared up my sinus, and I can sleep with out taking any nasal sprays. For over 20 years, I have always had a congested sinus, I would do my best to trudge through foggy day (those who have a congested sinus all the time should know what I mean), it was impossible to get a good nights sleep without the nasal spray. The first time I was here, it helped my sinus cleared up. Then I stopped. Over the next year the nasal congestion was on its way back. Several months ago I started to have a lot of pain going down my right arm. So painful that I had difficulty sleeping and even walking.
