But when the vanity arrived, the sink was at least four inches off center. Who would ever expect a sink to come like that? When I called Rachel to sort it out, she told me, "you should have known that the sink would be off center." That completely threw me off. She's the expert--if something like that was going to be an issue, she should've warned us or suggested a different option. Mistakes happen. Miscommunications happen. But putting the blame on the customer isn't the way to handle it. There are plenty of other places with similar prices and way more knowledgeable staff. If you're shopping around, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
