My children have been coming to this dental office for some year now and they look forward to it each time. The front desk employees are always welcoming and helpful. I'm able to make their appointment each time with no issues and they even send me a text message to remind me of their upcoming appointments each time. The dentist hygienist and dentist are great with my kids! They seem to really care about them and their comfort. One thing that really stands out to me is that they ask my children if they have any questions not just me. Everything is also very clean and comfortable.

From the start, his focus was on what would benefit me in the long run, not just a quick fix. I had a root canal and two extractions on the same side. Initially, the plan was to do a bridge, but Dr. Lee went out of his way to save one of my teeth and recommended a better long-term solution. He even included a dental implant to set me up for the future, so when the root canal tooth eventually needs to come out, we'll be able to bridge both implants together. That level of foresight and care really meant a lot to me. His staff is also incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, which made the entire experience much more comfortable. When I called to ask why, I was simply told that my insurance covered only 50% of the cost. No one mentioned that the office was actually out of network with TRICARE. After contacting TRICARE directly, I learned that the reduced coverage was because the office was out of network. Only after I called the office a second time and specifically asked about it did a staff member finally confirm that they were not an in-network provider. I paid the bill and am not upset about the $77.45 itself. What disappointed me was the lack of transparency. I specifically asked about insurance before scheduling because I wanted to avoid unexpected costs. Had I been told the office was out of network, I would have chosen an in-network dentist. I also emailed the office to share my concerns and give them an opportunity to address the issue before posting a public review, but I never received a response. If you have dental insurance, I recommend confirming not only that they "accept" your insurance, but also whether they are actually in network, as those are not the same thing.
