This was my first time visiting this nail salon. I was in the area and was searching for nearby nail salon that was open. I found this nail salon on Yelp and call to inquire about pricing. The lady the answer the phone was nice and she said she wasn't busy and I can come now. $22.00 for a basic pedicure which isn't too bad. When I arrived I was able to get right into the chair. The nail salon isn't big but it is very clean and modern. My nail tech told me they have been open for about a year. She was nice and did a wonderful job on my feet. My feet looked great when leaving and my feet felt fresh and renewed. Very relaxing vibe and it was very calm there while getting my pedicure. I liked the pedicure chairs and I liked how they use new feet scrubs on each customers. It seems like this nail salon values sanitary which is a plus. I definitely will be returning here. The reason why I am rating this place a 2 star is because I came with my mom. The lady who service me gave me good customer service but the lady who service my mom keep pressuring her about money which was bad. This isnt my first time visiting the salon. The first was when i called ahead, was told to come at a specific time. I arrived on time and was not acknowledge by anyone. I wrote my name down and sat down. Next 3 people that wakes in were greeted. I didnt want to wait an additional hour so i got up and left. My second time i booked my appointment online, got 2 texts confirmations, got there 15 minutes early for one of the nail techs to tell me that the online appointment booker is iffy and that they didn't receive it. Wtf! She wanted me to wait an additional 40 minutes. About 5 minutes later Lee was able to help me. I told him i wanted the $22 normal short acrylic fullset. He then proceeds to tell me that "we have normal acrylic but we dont do it" In what world does that make any sense. why are you offering that service on your website and in your brochures? A literal scam into them getting you to pay $40+ for a gel acrylic set. WHICH WAS NOT EVEN GEL! The only "gel" was the DND nail polish that they used. He attempted to school me about dip nails and how bad acrylic is for nails only to apply acrylic afterwards. I truly believe they don't care about you if you're not a regular, recurring customer. Whilst he was filing my nails he took 2 phone calls and got up twice. Completely rushed job. DO NOT be fooled by their instagram, i guarantee you will not walk out with those nails unless you visit them at least 3 times before. New customers will be treated like they're nothing. The cherry on top was when one of the older male nail techs " disinfected" the pedicure tools BY SPRAYING THEM WITH LYSOL. Completely disgusting and unsanitary to say the least. These tools should be soaking for at least 15 minutes in a special fluid. If you're interested in a rushed job, nail techs with no standards, paying an additional $20 for gel nail polish, then this is your place! read more

The owner Don is amazing and the only one in the shop worth making an appointment with. I been going to him on and off for years. He was off yesterday. His wife lee did an awful job to the point I am bleeding. Today, I called to speak with Don and she took the phone was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Yelled that I was lying. That I cut myself on purpose. I don't engage with disrespect. Not once did I asked for anything, so why would I lie about cutting myself. She's awful at doing nails and even worse at being a professional. This was my first time at this salon in this area. I usually go to another Lee Nail Salon in Hollywood. I got powder dip, my first time ever. Clearly they do not do it that often. It seemed she did her best but felt rushed. I had to ask her to remove the clumps from underneath my nails before I left after she said I was finished. Apparently they don't actually clean your cuticles or do an actual manicure they just glue those things right on. I will be going to my usual location to have them touched up. My 1st visit on September 29th, 2021 unfortunately the quality quality of my cuticles was not taken care of at all; the color was great and the shape was fine but no care to my cuticles. 2nd Visit Wednesday October 13th. 2021 I called and asked how busy they were in the afternoon they asked me what I wanted done I said a gel powder fill-in and they said sure come on in; I waited almost 40 minutes before being seen and the only reason why I didn't walk out is because I needed the same color fill in. During this time of waiting I looked and looked and looked at the color swatches to match my color- my bad I had not written it down the 1st time. I found & wrote down 4 different numbers and none of those numbers matched the color gel powder that were numbered in the container. I CAUGHT A FOOT FUNGUS FROM THIS SALON!!! This is kind of a lengthy review, but I thinks it's extremely necessary! I get my pedicures done religiously every 2 to 3 weeks. I normally go to a salon on Commercial and Pine Island. Never had a problems or issues with my nails, and never had any complaints. About 3 weeks ago (somewhere between April 12th-14th) I needed it done last minute & they had no availability. So I went to Lee Nails Spa since it was the next closest salon to my house. An elderly woman did my pedicure, she dug super deep into my toenails and even hurt me a couple times. But I didn't want to give her a hard time so I didn't say anything. Maybe I should have. The reason I came back was because a guy did a good job on my full set, so I was more comfortable going with him. So my toe had already been hurting the last couple days, but I just figured it was from tight shoes I've been wearing to work. Then yesterday (May 12th) I walked in to get a full & pedicure like I always do. A different guy did my fill & he did a good job. He was getting me ready for my pedicure. As he was removing the old nail polish, I noticed a discoloration on my toenail. And it's clear as day that he notices it too, but doesn't say a word about it and still proceeds to prep my toes to give me the pedicure! I was spoke up and asked him what it was, to which he replied "I don't know." So I started googling it, and sure enough I realize it's a foot fungus. I ask him again "what do you think that is" and then he tells me it could be a fungus. Then he tells me "if you're going to give me a problem about this, then I don't want to continue with your pedicure because I don't want any problems on me". I get it, he doesn't want to be personally blamed and I'm not trying to do that to him. I really don't EVER give anyone a hard time, I swear. However, it's more than obvious I got this fungus from this salon so the salon needs to be held responsible! God only knows how many other people this could've been spread to! read more

Immediately after walking in , u was greeted and felt very welcome. The salon was very well kept, clean and tidy. After being seated, my NEW nail tech, Ty, was very nice and very funny. He kept amazing conversation and was very gentle with my hands. He explained everything that I asked about and was very humorous. He made sure throughout the time , I was comfortable.
