I have been coming here since Covid happened because they were the only ones taking appointments and I have absolutely fell in love instantly. I go to tom and he does a phenomenal job on both my toes and hands. I always get regular pedicure and he does great at taking out whatever isn't supposed to be in there lol and dip polish. I highly recommend coming here ! Very friendly staff and his wife is also amazing. The vibe is always great. Always starting conversations and making you feel welcomed read more

Excellent service they treat the customers well. I get the dip and it lasts a good 4 weeks! My last appointment, my nails lasted 8 weeks without a chip!! Great quality. It is clean also!! read more

Overall... happy with my experience. Greeted promptly with a smile and they took me as a walk in. I wanted a mani pedi and he got started right away. However, I was kind of expecting him to ask what "level" but he didn't, just did the basics pedicure. So make sure you clarify which one you want. Color choices were plenty and the chair was working. My negative here was that the utensils he used were sprayed and wiped with alcohol as opposed to the sanitizing machine that I am used to. read more

******FUNGUS ALERT***** I tried reaching out several times to the owner since I am now seeing a podiatrist and need medication to treat. Unfortunately, no one has contacted me back so I decided to post a review. I had ONLY brought my own dip powders because they did not carry the OPI line. My toe nails were not damage or lifting when I started with this salon. My doctor said the toe nail fungus is from the salon. Amazing how I reached out to discuss prior to review and was ignored but I post a review and they throw blame back at me. read more

Not bad but won't be visiting this place again. The nail tech was really nice but she cut my nails super short, without asking, which I didn't like at all. I paid $30 for a pedicure and left an $8 tip. The nail tech washed my feet, pushed back my cuticles only (no cutting), buffed the bottom of my feet, barely filed what was left of my nails, rubbed cooling gel on my legs did a little massage (no chair massage offered) and polished my toes which are a little sloppy and two of my nails have air bubbles. Definitely not worth the $38 I spent. read more

I came here after a bad experience at another salon. They have great customer service. The staff members are friendly and hard-working. Maria did my pedicure. She's a sweet lady who is very down to earth. I wish she worked at a salon location closer to my actual home. I would go to her all the time. She was great and paid attention to detail. If you are lucky to get a pedicure by her, you'll enjoy it. I hope you bless her with a nice tip. If I'm ever in the area again of course would stop back in. read more

Go here for a quality pedicure at a good price. It's only $25 which is better than other locations in the area. My pedicure was amazing. The man who did it spent extra time on getting my cuticles perfect. He also gave a pretty good foot massage! My mom came with me and got a pedicure and gel manicure. The girl who she had took extra time to make sure the color was exactly how she wanted it, with extra sparkle. She was very specific in matching a color, and the girl matched it perfectly, she was very detail oriented. We made a last minute appointment, as our usual place went up in price and we didn't want to pay the extra fee. They were accommodating and got us in right away. The staff was friendly and took their time, so we will definitely be returning! read more

Loved this place! I came across the reviews on yelp and decided to call last minute on a busy day to see if they could take me for a gel mani, and spa pedicure. The salon is super clean and throughout my visit I saw them disinfect various times. Additionally, the pedicure massage was amazing and he took his time instead of just rushing through it like other places. I love my nails and the gentleman who helped me Bon was very friendly and attentive to detail. He suggested a new nail Shape based on my hands and I couldn't be happier with his recommendation! I cannot say enough good things about Linda. I'm from Miami and used to drive down to get my nails done at my old place, but it became too much to go every two weeks. I looked around and tried many nail places. I am so happy my search is over. Linda is so detail oriented and takes her time doing a great job. She is very kind and takes pride in her work. I'm not local to this salon but each time I visit Florida if I need my nails done I always attempt to go here first. They are really nice and do really great work. They are pretty fast as well. All the staff that have taken care of me are great conversationalists and I always feel like I'm local and want to return. They are clean and it's always quite quiet each visit. I guess because of this the salon is very popular and so I've been twice and was turned away because they didn't have availability. In their defense, I didn't have an appointment but they do advertise here and outside of the salon that walk ins are welcome. It's not the best feeling taking a 20 minute drive to be turned away when you're not local. I did ask on my last visit how to make an appointment. Where I'm from I can easily set it up online and choose staff etc but I noticed that wasn't an option. Instead, I was told either call or Facebook, which I thought felt archaic for such a bustling establishment. Other than that they're great. read more

I came here when I first moved to the Sunrise area and can say I'm more than happy with the service I received as well as the prices. I got a dip manicure and they came out so beautiful and the shape was perfect. The salon itself is clean and very calm with an overall average vibe but the place is a gem. This is the worst experience I've ever had in a salon. We made our appointments for 3 people and one person in our party didn't even get seen until the other 2 of us were finished. The tech who did my nails was incredibly rough, cut my cuticles dry (causing them to hurt) and the polish isn't even covering my entire nail. To remove the previous nail polish the tech scrapped our nails with a blade which was incredibly painful. One of us had a regular manicure, one nail got smudged and the tech just painted over it and the coats aren't even. The salon itself is small, no music or TV on, the floor is dirty with nail pieces and polish. Overall terrible service and salon. I would not recommend coming here at all!! read more

I returned to have the issues fixed and asked to speak with a manager, but it felt like talking to a wall. Annie repaired the two damaged nails but then told me that hard gel "wasn't for me." My response was that the problem wasn't the service--it was the application. Shortly afterward, more nails started popping off. I ended up going to another nail salon, where I paid $5 to have the one nail repaired, and I also had to buy press-on nails to match. I spent $65 at Venetian, plus more money afterward, for a total of about $80. What a waste of money. I will never return. This business needs better customer service and better training.

Between poor quality, bad attitudes, and lack of accountability, I ended up filing a dispute and won. Would not recommend!

And if they were further away; I would drive to them because they are that consistent.
