It wasn't terrible but for the price that you pay nobody should walk out unhappy. One of the receptionist went and mentioned something to her and she came back to get me. She was extremely rude, wouldn't look at me. I showed her what had happened and she rolled her eyes and kept on taking deep breaths. She never apologized and made it such an inconvenience that she had to spend another 3-5 minutes fixing them. Again she sent me on my way and they were smudged when I paid to leave. Again, I said something to the receptionist and she offered to have her fix them again. I was very hesitant because she was so rude! So I said no but that she would have the manager contact me.
