Been seeing Dr Lee for years. From the time I was still single then now married. Now, My husband also changed dentists as he was impressed with this clinics service. Customer's service is on point. Very helpful and informative. Today's visit - Lupe took our temp even before coming inside. She helped prepped us with the things we needed to do, took us to our stalls etc. Kathy - did X-rays needed & explain procedures pro's & cons. Assisted Dr Lee with our procedures. Dr Lee - as usual gives his professional advise on whats best to do w the given issue. Will not rush his work. A perfectionist. We love them so much that even if we moved to a diff state we purposely visit SoCal just to do our check ups with them. Thank you & keep up the good work!!! read more

If you don't plan on following the treatment plan in order that the Dr recommends then he will just pass you off to another Dr. Then claim they are too busy to have you back in after they have already accepted you as a patient, and used your one free cleaning you get a year. read more

The only reason why I came to this dentist because because it was a recommendation... I was very disappointed in how they treat their patient. THE DENTIST IS RUDE!!!!! After he finished my procedure he just left and his assistant Lupe told me that I could go now because IM DONE! He didn't even advise me what to do next, what are the precautions that I need to do after the Filling of my tooth. Also, while he was doing my procedure he was complaining because he his haVing a backache the way my chair is positioned. He should have told me if he still wants me in his clinic! I'm just thankful to his other assistant Kathy because she was friendly and knows how to accommodate their patients. One thing that I stay in this dentist because it is 5 minutes away from my place but if I could find a dentist who is friendly, accommodating I'll be transferring to another one. read more

Excellent Excellent Dentist!!! He's been my Family Dentist for many years. Kathy and Lupe are honest and will assist you with the best care. My other Dentist in the beginning worked on my root canal half way and stoped. She said that my insurance didn't cover enough, not true, she wanted more money. Love his work, my kids love him, really glad I found him based upon a recommendation over 6 years ago. The staff is friendly and very supportive. They make it feel very family friendly and at home as best they can. Dr Lee does his best to minimize the discomfort too (two wisdom teeth pulled out). I highly recommend him. read more

The person who place the bad review on this place ROSA doesn't know what she is talking about. Dr. Lee has been a long time Dentist who is very professional and easy to talk too. He is not one of those Dentist that will just pull your tooth out to make money very honest. If there is a somebody who is dishonest I would say that person ROSA would be the it. Came here because it is close to my job. I just started working at my job here in Norwalk and I was extremely very disappointed. I had them do a fill in my front tooth because it slightly chipped. Well the doctor was very rude ! He had no people skills what so ever! When the job was done my tooth wasn't filled correctly or buffed! So I told him and he got bothered that he had to do his job right then he did it again and was mad and splattered water all over me with the machine and then his tools he would set them on my upper chest area !!! Poor quality work and customer service: First visited Dr. Lee about a year ago and I wish now I never visited this office. The Dr. First filled a cavity and although I was a bit uncomfortable a few days after I thought I would be fine. Turns out some of the filling came off so I made a second visit. He supposedly fixed it only to feel the pain again about a month later. I called for an emergency appt. And the Dr. Himself answered and instead of getting an emergency appt. He said the office was closed that day, why even pick up the phone? And offered me an appt. A couple days later. Since getting the run around from Dr. Lee I feel like all he wants is the insurance money and cares very little about the well being of his patients. read more

Dr. Lee has been my dentist for over 18 years. Scheduling an appointment was never a problem. They are always willing to accommodate me and my family. I just went in for my year end cleaning and no cavity was found but there was a tooth that needs a filling. It didn't take long at all. I don't have to come back for another 6 months. Like many people I've always had anxiety about seeing a dentist, but Dr. Lee and his staff have always taken the time to put me at ease every time I visit. I walked into Dr Lee's office looking for a dentist that was good with children and trust - worthy. I was new to California and the area...and i have been there ever since and that was about 5 years ago. Dr Lee and his staff are wonderful and like family now...they get to know you on a personal level, so it's not like walking into a strangers office and you feel comfortable. He is very thorough and considerate of your needs and great with my children!! However, I was extremely dissatisfied with my whitening. First off the girl who did the work on me was not very friendly. I even heard her being pretty rude to the front office girl when asking her a question. My teeth were pretty stained and they did lift maybe a half shade lighter. I did the at home remedies for 2 weeks just as instructed and it did not change anything. My total cost for the treatment was $450.

Made a mistake of choosing a dental crown instead of just fixing a chip from my front tooth. The…read moredentist here pushed for dental crowns to fix a bonded chip tooth. Probably because insurance will pay more and patient copay will be more. It's all about money here and how much they can make out of you and your dental insurance. They said if they fix it with bonding now, I would have to wait another 6months to do the crown. He made it sound like doing the crown is the better option. What he didn't tell me was what will happen if the crowns failed. Story short the crowns on my 2 top front teeth looks like bunny teeth and for them to fix it, dentist here said I will need to have root canals so that I wont have to feel the pain/sensitivity when he takes out more of my healthy teeth in order to have a better fit for the crowns. So that means they will have to charge my dental insurance more and me for more copay. Do not get talked into getting crowns because if it fails, there's no other solution but to do root canals and amputating healthy teeth. These are such invasive procedures. I'm embarrassed to smile now and can't even talk properly. Totally unacceptable. Giving this place a 1 star is generous. There should be a zero star.

I really should have written a review for them years ago but haven't. My kids are now 14 and 17 and they have probably been patients here for maybe 10 years at this point. They have never complained. I remember when they were toddlers/little kids, the doctors would explain each tool and showed them what kind of noises it made and told them what they do. My kids have gotten their cavities filled and probably a tooth or 2 pulled out in their lives here and have never complained about it after ever. And I think it completely has something to do with how much they taught them about the tools when they were younger to completely remove all dental anxiety during youth and now teenage years. This place is in no way shape or form a "children's" dental office but they do such a great job with kids because they work with them as learning people. Don't fall for colorful offices and video games. Keep it simple. Also. Their cleanings are pretty affordable! My kids are here every 3 months and their cleanings are half the cost of mines somewhere else.
