Leaving a one star because they charged me $150 for some service that they claimed was not under my insurance. It was my first time at the dentist in awhile and I didn't like that they tried to charge me for something on the spot. They also didn't even give me a copy of the procedure that was done so I can at least review it. They also said I needed to get a wisdom tooth removed, and they referred me to a another dentist office with a oral surgeon. I had to call to ask for a new referral because the reviews for that office was horrible and they never even got back to me with a new referral. I wouldn't recommend this spot, feels like a money grab. read more

BEWARE!!! DISHONEST PLACE!!! STAY AWAY!!! IF YOU COME HERE, CONFIRM YOUR CHARGES WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY!!! I came to this dentist for almost 10 years+... The equipment is very outdated, but I don't mind as long as they make my mouth feel clean. The ladies do an excellent job, but every time I get the "guy," there's always a charge and I'm supposed to have great insurance. My last visit here, I got the "guy" and he didn't do a very good job with my cleaning and he charged me, so I never went back. Now I drive to East Los Angeles where a friend recommended the dentist, and the new dentist tells me I shouldn't be paying anything out of pocket because I have excellent insurance. So far, the new place has not charged me anything and I just went a 3rd time for major work that Norwalk Dentistry wanted to charge me for. The man, Alvand Zinabadi, at Norwalk Dentistry is double charging patients (charging the patient and the insurance company). I recommend everyone that goes here to check with their insurance to confirm the correct charges. I should not have paid a penny, and here are just a couple receipts of what the guy charged me. Dr. Z is GREAT! I've had the same dentist for 25+ years and was very skeptical on finding a new dentist. I went to 3 other dentist for consultations and felt Dr. z was the most honest and gave his expert opinion and options. Ended up getting my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Z and loved my results. Just had an appointment this morning for some fillings for my cavities! I was super anxious because I have never been a fan of the dentist, although this location definitely makes me want to come back! The staff is super understanding and comforting and had a lot of patience with me! If you're a highly anxious person and don't like going to the dentist I recommend to come to this location! My husband had a horrible experience at the Norwalk location. The receptionist was really nice , but the dentist just ripped off my husband. My husband had so much pain on a tooth. He went to his appointment and he was charged $890 to put a crown on his tooth. His tooth kept hurting so we call and he wanted us to go to Lake Elsinore to be seen, then he sent us to his friend'a Office to be seen. This other dentist gave him amoxicillin which wasn't helping. My husband ended up in urgent care because his right cheek got so swollen due to the infection he had. At the hospital my husband got a different type of antibiotics. Thanks Godoy work and today he was seen by a different dentist who gave him 3 options and showed him how bad his tooth was infected. He got the tooth taken out today. Thanks to a honest dentist who care for his patient and not his pocket. read more

Love this office!!!! Eddie took great care of me and my partner. There financing with Lending Club was easy and fast and was able to get my teeth cleaning done with Joyce the dental hygienist. Ana (front office gal) was prepared and on point and explained how my insurance worked. The dental assistant Rosa took my X-rays and made them very comfortable since I have a bad reflex. Over all Dr. Z was amazing and professional. He took his time to explain everything to me regarding my dental treatment. Thank you very much for this great and lovely experience! read more

I have only been to this place once and I will never be back. I went for a cleaning, which they didn't do. They cleaned my husband's teeth and charged us $95 for an unnecessary medication. They said they were going to charge us $45 for his cleaning but included it "for free". It should have been free to start with. They told me it was going to be $700 for a deep cleaning and a crown. When I pulled up my insurance information which said the crown should only be $150, they said that they use a type of porcelain not covered by the insurance. This place is a rip off and they try to get every penny out of you. We were there for 2 hours and it was a complete waste of time. I was also told the front desk person would call my insurance to see if they would cover the crown but I should call them too and then call them to make an appointment. Um I'm sorry but calling the insurance company is your job, not mine. Oh and they never called me back. Also, considering that we are in the middle of COVID you would think the office would be clean but it looked really dirty. I will never go back there and will change my insurance back to PPO so I can go to my previous dentist in Garden Grove. Still can't get over how terrible this office was. read more

For the first time in my life I went to a dentist's office and didn't feel like I was being sold something I didn't need. I have had a deep cavity for a while that my regular dentist keeps telling me to do a root canal and crown on. I went to Dr. Zinabadi and he told me that I don't need to. He told me to wait and come back for x-rays after 6 months to see if the tooth has decayed more or not. It's since been 2.5 years and my tooth is still in the same exact shape that it was and I haven't needed to have a root canal done. Thank you Dr. Zinabadi for being so honest and looking out for your patients best care instead of trying to make a quick buck. read more

My boyfriend had a horrible toothache I mean this was bad excruciating pain. His regular dental office Bellflower dental was closed for the day. I spoke to someone in their call center who told me that she would call the Dr and get information on where they recommend we go for emergency services when their office is closed. I was told she would call me back.....she never did. While looking for other dental services in the area I came across this office. Immediately I felt like the issue mattered to them as well. Angie helped me out by getting my boyfriend an immediate emergency appointment and kept me updated as he was being treated We have found our new dental office Thank you so much for the help and genuine concern. Just like everyone else, I hate going to the dentist. But, this was the first time that I had a positive experience at a dentist office. The staff is great, the receptionist is super sweet, and the dentist is very thorough and explained how everything would work and exactly what I needed. This dentistry service is very poor! Staff?? Customer service is Bad! Money is matter to them not the care for their patient. They set you appointment but it's useless because you will have to wait over an hour or so and will call other patients that just arrive because of the money is priority and if you know their staff they will call you next. Do NOT recommend this place they will lie to you on what gets covered from your insurance. They told me my referral didn't get covered on the dental work i needed. So i asked what was the total cost for the procedure and said i dont have the funds now. All the sudden they got an answer from the insurance company that everything was going to get covered. Its NOT a family friendly place they have nothing for the kids, toys to play with ... but expect them to be very quiet...i had to leave the office due to my kids being very loud and disturbing they're place of work. So i had to go drop off my kids while my husband was getting seen and when i come back for my appointment the doctor was not there for me to be seen. They're also very stubborn when you tell them you can't go recently I tried to cancel an appointment i didn't make but they told me i had to pay 50 dollars when the girl in the front just told me i had to do it every 3 months but i had never agreed on going back. Be very careful with these people they are just there for the money they don't genually care for the patient. read more

The staff is here is amazing! They say me up with my appointment, came in didn't wait long. Got my cleaning and filling done pretty quick. They did an awesome job. Eddie was a delight to talk to. They help you with whatever you need. I can't wait for my next visit, I'll be getting my wisdom teeth extracted for a very reasonable price through my insurance. They were able to fit me in their schedule the same day. This office took two hours for a check up and cleaning. The exam room was dirty specific to walls and floors. The young lady at the front wanted to charge my wife for a cleaning that our insurance covers. One of the staff member from the office rudely told me that the two hour appointment was not long. I just cancelled my appointment for next week will not come to this office ever again... read more
