Anyone who's had multiple cars tinted knows that a tint job doesn't take 7/8 hours to do. I shut business down for three hours in anticipation of maybe a minor delay. Instead, 8hours later, missed kids pickup time, and about $480/$500 worth of business, I finally got my car back. Looks like the tints were done properly, but Thanks but no thanks bub. If we make an appointment for 9, it's only natural for the customer to expect their car back sometime after 12/1. Don't be an asshole on the phone because I called after 6hours to inquire, and don't lie about things being done in a timely fashion. I give a fractured 3rd star because it looks like good work.
