Angel was a pleasure. Very courteous. knowledgeable and well trained. He was quick and precise and completed job in a timely matter. on another note: Everyone please read entire review below My water heater broke down on a Sunday and needed it replaced asap. I did select Lees air because was very pleased from replacing ac unit in 2018. I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the scope of work and final price. During process of removing water heater/equipment, the water heater stand needed removed due to water damage. once removed, there was an open wall 24" x 18 inches. I was told this would not be covered up by Lee's air. I personally covered up wall best I could after completing installation of equipment. This should have been covered up by Lees air prior to installing equipment! HOPEFULLY, When the city inspector comes, the installation of equipment passes! Also, I did accept the pricing of equipment/installation from representative that came to my house. But I am extremely upset at total cost of $4231. I know that total cost of just the new Water Heater, Heater Stand, water tray, couplings, and connectors are only about $1200 on the open market. So, the total price of installation and equipment is OUTRAGEOUS MARKUP to me! I WILL NEVER again purchase any equipment or services from Lee's Air. read more

I was impressed with Omar and how polite he was during the visit to check my A/C for the upcoming summer season. This however will be a very expensive repair should I decide to do it! My home is 5 years old. I have a 3 ton A/C unit installed on the ground in my backyard. Last time when Omar came for the heater service, he told me that I need to replace the pan underneath my heater in my attic. The approximate cost would be about $2,500-$3,000. So now comes the A/C check and he tells me that the ductwork in my attic is crushed in several places and that I have heating marks on some of the A/C ducts. Absolutely no one goes up into my attic, so I don't know how the ductwork is crushed! Cost to repair is approximately $5,000. Again this A/C unit is 5 years old! I'm getting a second opinion from another company, coming out on Tuesday! Omar sent me photos of what is supposed to be replaced and repaired. I've been fortunate to own 3 homes over my lifetime and NEVER have I ever experienced high repair costs EVER! I've been told my several people be careful of Lee's. I'm starting to believe it, because each time when they come out to check my A/C - Heater, there is always something wrong! I will get my second opinion, then I will make a decision as to what to do. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! they installed an air conditioner without the homeowners consent..charged him $28,000 for it .. left holes in my floor so mice and rats came inside the home and did some damage.. I had the inspector come out and he couldn't believe the way it was left and it did NOT pass inspection..after everything was said and done we agreed to pay a discounted rate even though they did not have his signature on any paperwork and did not even want it ( he's 95 and always cold ).. but now they are going back on that agreement saying they want full payment.. and put a lien on the property so I think my next step needs to be in front of a judge especially since they asked him for his signature to compare it to the one they had on the agreement and seen that it was not his but still didn't apologize and admit they were wrong .. Im done talking and negotiating with them for a mistake they made and charged us for.. we can let the judge decide if we should be responsible for something we never wanted or signed for and include the cost of having to get rid of mice and the damage they caused us because of the hole this company left in our floor!! We highly recommend Eric Rohowits from Lee's to help with any air/heating problems you have. He was professional, came on time, touch base with when he would arrive, got right to work to diagnose the problem with our ac system in over 100 degree weather. The first day he came was to diagnose the problem with our ac system and discusses the necessary solutions needed to fix our ac system. Before leaving,, he took the time to discuss with my husband who just came home from work what the problem was, even after informing me first what the problems were. He could had clocked out at 5pm but didn't and it really showed his professionalism and going beyond what he had to do. The next day he came back and worked both on our furnace in the attic and the ac unit outside, again in over 100 degree weather. Never complained, just went about his work and he discussed in details the repairs he did afterwards. He cleaned up afterwards and left the area where our ac system cleaner than before. Our air vent in master bath was shorting our circuit so I had San from Lee's Air check it out. I called on a Friday, and they came out that same day! I enjoyed the communication text message received when San was on his way. The text provided the serviceman's full name and god of his locstion.San was very thorough in explaining it was the motor that was grounded and in need of a replacement. Unfortunately, the motor size was uncommon and he did not have it on hand. He did have smaller motors available , however the master air vent motor required special order, but they were back within the week with the new motor that had been expedited from the east coast and informed me with a same day appointment when the part came in earlier than expected. I was quoted a certain amount on the initial appointment and they honored the price, even though the motor cost twice as much! Great service all around. Won't hesitate to reach out again if in need of repairs and maintenance on my equipment. I highly recommend Lees Air!! read more

Omar was on time as was schedule. we did get a call in advance letting us know that Omar was within 15 minutes of arrivin. This on time plus advance communication is greatly appreciate. Omar was very customer oriented in doing the service. He kept us informed as to what he was doing and asked what we believe were very appropriate questions about how our system has been workin. once he identified an issue he followed through with what he needed to do to confirm and correct the problem. Always keeping us updated as to what was going on. Once he confirmed that everything was working Ok he lets us know and wrapped up the annual AC maintenance. 5 stars to Omar and the team for a job well done. We were very pleased with the service. One issue thoug, when we got the invoice and report it wasn't like we have seen in the past. We believe the wrong form was sent. Hopefully it will be corrected and resent to us. read more

A water leak was detected in the garage yesterday around noon, so we were without water for 24 hrs. Ruben showed up today early in the emergency appointment window and fixed the leak within 45 minutes. He said he wasn't going to have us without water for another day. The plumbing was installed by a Bonadelle homes subcontractor, who knows who actually installed it. But they did a lousy job. This is our 3rd major leak, and every time we have leaks fixed it is because Bonadelle's sub over bent the pipe and they developed cracks at the bends. price was a little higher than we expected, but he & Lee did a great job. read more

Disappointed that after just 4 years, inspection by Jose/Edgar revealed a failing capacitor. However, under warranty, the team replaced it. In addition, they found a compressor issue issue during start-up. Though functioning, the amperage was too high. Because they took the time/effort to explain, I (reluctantly) authorized the expense & the team installed a hard start kit. Amperage dropped from 125 to 75. Their assessment was correct. Because they were conscientious in the maintenance, & patient with their explanation, I feel confident that the System will function very well going forward. Thank You to both. read more

Explained how things work and what each readings on his digital tool indicated. He quickly founds the issues and gave me different options on how to solve the issue. pool did not just stop there, he tested all systems to make sure everything was working fine and advise how to clean the compressor and vent filters replacement. Our tankless water heater which had been installed by Lee's Plumbing was leaking hot water. I called the office, Told them my problem. The dispatcher put me on the schedule for someone to come out immediately. He Diagnosed the problem and fixed it Very quickly. He was very thorough And explained the problem to me. He was courteous And his appearance was clean and presentable. Lee's Air and Plumbing is a wonderful company and I recommend them to anyone with air and Plumbing needs. The repairmen that show up to do inside home repair work has always been professional and clean work. I had a really frustrating experience with Lee's Air Conditioning. They told me there were serious issues with my AC unit and pushed for costly repairs, which didn't sit right with me. I decided to get a second opinion from another company, and they found that my air conditioner is actually in great working condition. That makes me seriously question the honesty and integrity of their diagnosis. It felt like they were trying to upsell unnecessary work. Ramsey was a nice young gentleman. He had a hiccup but took care of it which is all we can ask for. You need to get him a cold press. I have been in this business for my entire career. Retired now. I think your prices are a little high. We just moved here and next time I have a problem I will most likely shop around! We did appreciate the pictures of the service guys coming before they arrived but $ 1300.00 for a couple of hours and a water valve is high. Alex Martinez had an afternoon appointment, but a phone call asked if a morning appointment would work. Thankfully, I was glad to have my plumber arrive early. I found Alex to be pleasant and well informed, answering my questions completely with knowledge & authority. He completed installing a new toilet & left the work area clean, which is always so appreciated. His iPad does need an upgrade, but everything was completed digitally. Lee's installed our unit last year and have serviced it as they promised on time every three months to come out and check the unit and clean the filters. Daniel was here yesterday and was very professional he wore shoe covers and made sure that everything was taken care of. He was also informative. I recommend Lee's.
