I would give AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial in Orlando zero stars if I could…read more I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership because it was advertised and sold as an AutoNation Certified vehicle with a 90-day/4,000-mile Certified warranty. I also purchased AutoNation's extended warranty because I believed AutoNation stood behind the vehicles it sells. Almost immediately after buying the Jeep, it began having intermittent starting issues. We mentioned concerns about how it drove, but we were assured everything was fine. Then, only about a month after purchase, the Jeep completely lost all electrical power while I was driving, leaving me stranded in the middle of the road at night. It had to be towed. The diagnosis was that the Jeep's primary control module (the vehicle's computer or "brain") had failed. This wasn't a flat tire or normal maintenance item--it was a major electrical failure on a vehicle that had just been sold as "Certified." What disappointed me even more was the response from the selling dealership. When I called AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial hoping they would stand behind the vehicle they had certified, I was essentially told they weren't going to do anything and wished "good luck." What's the point of paying extra for a Certified vehicle if the dealer refuses to take responsibility when a serious problem appears almost immediately after the sale? I expected AutoNation to stand behind its Certified program. Instead, I was left stranded, bounced between dealerships, dealing with delays, confusion over warranty coverage, and a complete lack of concern from the dealership that sold me the vehicle. I hope AutoNation Corporate steps in and makes this right, because my experience with AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial has completely destroyed my confidence in both the dealership and the AutoNation Certified program.

Yesterday, my husband and I visited your dealership because he wanted to give me something…read moreincredibly special -- a Corvette -- as a birthday gift. I have loved Corvettes for more than 20 years. I've followed every generation, every spec change, and every color drop. I've waited patiently for the right time to buy my own, and this year felt like the perfect moment. I was especially excited to see Riptide Blue, a new color for 2024. I've always loved Rapid Blue but wanted to compare them in person before making a final decision. When the salesperson approached us, I explained I was there to look at Corvettes and specifically wanted to see Riptide Blue. He pointed to a car on the floor and insisted that was it. I knew it was not Riptide -- I've been following every update -- but he seemed annoyed that I questioned him. Only after I pressed did he check the system. Sure enough, I was right. No apology. No acknowledgment. Just more coldness. He eventually brought the correct car up and said, "You can look inside," without a smile or any enthusiasm. I asked if we could test drive it, and he replied, "We don't do test drives on new Vettes," then disappeared -- no chance to ask questions, no follow-up, no effort to continue the conversation. As we walked away, he asked, "You good?" like we were wasting his time. What he never realized is that we came as serious buyers. This was not just a casual visit -- this was a lifelong dream and a birthday gift from my husband. Instead, we were profiled based on our age and dismissed, as if we could not possibly afford a Corvette. We walked in excited. We walked out hurt, frustrated, and disappointed. This salesperson failed both the Chevrolet brand and the legacy of the Corvette. He turned what should have been a joyful, emotional, once-in-a-lifetime experience into something I will now always remember with sadness. Do better.

Tony Hamdan, was hands down the best sales person I've ever worked with. The experience was smooth. I came in with no plan on a Friday, with no clue of what vehicle I could qualify for. Even with doubts, Tony constantly reassured me that I was g to get out of my current vehicle into a BRAND NEW KIA!!! I was approved for a 2026-K4 with beautiful Red Interior! Despite all the challenges we were faced with Tony was persistent, kept an amazing Attitude, and also stopped at nothing to negotiate with management to get me in a BRAND NEWWWW KIAAA!!!
