If I could give this dealership -100 stars, I would. This was one of the most disrespectful, careless, and shocking experiences I've ever had in my life. On Thursday, Yuri confirmed the vehicle I wanted was available. I made it crystal clear that I would be driving from New Orleans which is a 9-hour drive to see it on Saturday. Not only did she know, she stayed in contact with me Friday and even Saturday morning. She gave me her personal number. She called me. She reassured me. There was ZERO confusion that I was coming. At 2:00 AM, my wife, my two kids, and I left New Orleans. We drove through the night. No breakfast. No proper stops. Just pushing through because we believed this dealership was operating in good faith. I communicated that I would arrive by 2 PM. We stopped quickly for snacks because we hadn't eaten all day and we actually arrived EARLY at 1:50 PM. When I walked in, the front desk ignored me. I stood there. No greeting. No acknowledgment. I texted Yuri to let her know I was there. Silence. I called her. Ignored. Completely avoided. Another salesman kindly tried to help me and look for the car. That's when I was brought to the General Manager Anas LAZZAR. He looked at me and casually told me the car had been sold. Sold. After I had driven 9 hours. After days of communication. After they knew I was on the road with my family. And the explanation? I was "two minutes late." Two minutes late. I arrived at 1:50 PM. The paperwork wasn't even finalized yet. They hadn't even fully completed the sale. But instead of giving the slightest courtesy call, the smallest ounce of respect, they allowed a father, a husband, and two children to drive across states for absolutely nothing. When I expressed how unbelievable this was, Anas LAZZAR literally shrugged his shoulders and said, "What can I do?" That shrug said everything. No empathy. No accountability. No apology that meant anything. No care whatsoever that a family had driven through the night based on their word. It was the last day of the month, and it was painfully obvious that hitting a number mattered more than basic human decency. Customer service here is nonexistent. Integrity is nonexistent. Communication disappears the moment they get what they want. Yuri never came out to face me. She never responded to my messages. She avoided the situation entirely. This dealership does not care about you, your time, your family, or your sacrifices. They care about one thing: closing a sale no matter who they inconvenience or mislead in the process. Driving 9 hours overnight with your wife and kids only to be shrugged off by management is a level of disrespect I wouldn't wish on anyone. Please learn from my mistake. That's insane they scammed us and kept telling us there was nothing else we could do. The truck also had 1k more miles than it states on the final papers! Horrible customer service. Also gave a huge down payment and in the paper work they only put we gave 1/4th of the down and wouldn't show us where that money even went and they made us give the down payment and take the truck home and finish signing papers the next day. We recently purchased a 2026 Kia Carnival from Greenway Kia West and had a really positive experience, thanks to our salesman, Alex. I'm generally not trusting when it comes to car salespeople, but Alex quickly set himself apart. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and didn't take offense to my skepticism. There was no pressure just honest communication which made the process much better than expected. What really stood out was what happened after the sale. A couple of weeks later, I texted Alex with a random question and asked if he could call me. He called back quickly and, even though he couldn't directly help with that particular issue, he pointed me in the right direction. Now that that's out of the way avoid Greenway anything. The process is horrendous. Every nightmare you've heard about the car buying process is true. You tell them your price range and they come out with an offer that's twice your budget!! Off the rip showing they don't care about the customer. What's wild is that I bought a Kia from this place last year and it was fantastic experience. Man how much a year can change everything. Went in thinking I was gonna have a similar experience to my first. Got there at 1130am and Was greeted by Jeremy who asked us what we were looking for. Push to start, gray sportage to replace my prior one, and our price range . Cool. Jeremy comes around in a HEV 2025 sportage. Not in my budget but definitely what I was looking for, we then look at a few push to start used cars all way beyond the price range we initially gave him. We realize it makes just makes sense to lease new if it's gonna be the same price. He suggests the baseline 2025 sportage that was and I quote "the same thing we've looked at just 2025" . We asked to see it but they insisted it was the same. So we TRUSTED them and continued with the signings. When Jeremy pulls the car around it looks like the same on the outside but it was a key ignition. They never even mentioned a key ignition. I don't work for key I am not a Kia enthusiast how would I know its key ignition if you've never told me. This was so shady and completely unacceptable. They even had the nerve to send the email confirming I was 100% happy with the purchase and looked it over when I had not. Thank God I didn't sign it! It is now 530pm my family is tired I'm tired we want a refund for our down payment. We go to get out refund and they are only able to do 1000 because "they've reached there limit" at this point we were over it. We decided to comeback the next day for the refund. We get there at 1200p for the refund but once again they are at their limit . So we had to spend the next three hours waiting for them to play telephone with the bank, the treasurer and the software company to refund us. You can drop 10s of thousands of dollars immediately for a down payment but god forbid you want it back. Ended up going to Mazda. Told them our price range and from the JUMP they gave us numbers that weren't exactly what we were looking for but they were manageable. It was like they listened and Kia ignored it and said "nah this is what you can pay" could be more than 2 hours and I'm now a proud owner of a 2025 cx-50. It's the base model AND HAS PUSH TO START. I loved my sportage before it got wrecked, the staff (for the most part) is friendly and patient. Not gonna say "they lost a sale" but they definitely lost a client. I was ready to be a part of Kia family forever. That said, your time is valuable. Don't get lost in all the flashy tech. And the back and forth...wasted 2 days at Kia for one reason or another. I came in, test drove the vehicle, and was quoted a specific monthly payment and interest rate that I agreed to, so I left a down payment for them to hold the car and returned the next week with the rest ready to finalize the deal -- but once I was in the finance office about to sign, they doubled my interest rate and nearly added $200 to my monthly payment, then told me the loan was already finalized and I had no choice but to sign. On top of that, they told me I had a warranty, but after receiving mail from the warranty company and calling with my VIN, I was informed the vehicle never had coverage and I would have to pay completely out of pocket, and now they can't even find my tag while I've been waiting -- this dealership will say anything to close a deal, so I strongly urge people to stay away. read more

On Aug 5, I brought my car in for a windshield wiper repair at 11:30 AM. Tony told me I had to leave my car for days until 3 PM, then updated me at 4 PM that I'd need to bring it back another day. They didn't have the part and were waiting on my warranty. He promised to call me before 1 PM the next day with an update never did. On Aug 15, I got a random text saying an appointment was set for Aug 19 at 9:30 AM no call, no confirmation to check my availability.Mine you that's 10 days later.Back in Nov 2024, I had a similar bad experience with him (Tony) rushed out, nothing explained about the diagnostics, and the car started making a weird noise on the way home to late to take it back. I called multiple times, spoke to Maria, and was told my advisor would call me back never happened today is August 2025. When I scheduled my appointment this Aug 5 with Maria front desk lady. I specifically said I did NOT want Tony as my advisor yet I still got Tony. I've been coming here since 2022 and used to have great experiences, especially with the Haitian advisor with dreadlocks (he transferred) and Advisor Jessica, who always gave updates within the first hour. At this point, I don't know if this place is under new management now, The communication is terrible and it feels like no one cares about customer concerns anymore. On the way home from a purchase the oil light came on. Since this purchase 7 weeks ago the front brake pads were worn down and had to be replaced. The rotors replaced in the front, transmission build had to be flushed and the best off all and most expensive the left and rt front trusts are bad!! Total items to date costing 2k. Obviously, the reviews say it all. This dealership does not want to sell cars. I called in for a specific car looking to purchase it completely over the phone because it's 2026 not 1996. I happen to be in the Dominican Republic for business. I don't fly back to Florida for two weeks. I called in to ask for a purchase order because that's what my credit union is requesting to cut me a check for this specific car. They're unwilling to send me or my credit union a purchase order. I tried to speak with the manager at 4 PM in the afternoon on a Friday, they claim the manager is in a meeting. Now I don't know about you guys, but I've been to many many car dealerships and the only time managers have meetings are Monday mornings, and Saturday mornings, which are their team meetings. It'd be one thing if they claimed the manager was speaking with a customer, which is reasonable on a Friday at 4 PM. But just to make things up to get off the phone or get out of transferring me to their manager's desk is wild. I bought a brand new Ford bronco two months ago completely over the phone without an issue dealers who are not willing to send you buyers orders likely have crazy outrageous fees on top of their dealer fees. There's nothing wrong with the Dealer fee but when you add 10 other fees on top of that, it's just plain false advertising. The fact that I posted this review less than five minutes ago and the manager already had time to respond to it without fully reading. It is absolutely hilarious. Insane. I purchased a mini cooper from this dealership, along with a warranty plan. Before a month was out the engine light came on and when we had a diagnostic run at an auto repair shop the results showed either a bad sensor or a problem wit( the radiator. We called the dealership and were told we had to wait 45 days from date of purchase for the warranty to cover it,. So we waited, despite the convenience of having just purchased a car and not being about to get it repaired or drive it. When we finally we were finally able to take it in, they kept it for two weeks and I got tired of waiting ao went to pick it up. They said the catalytic converter was bad and had to be replaced - one of the few things NOT covered by their warranty. They were happy to repaire it for over 4000.00. I did not believe them so took-the car and left. took it to a trusted mechanic and discovered a loose wire. Nothing wrong with radiator or catalytic converter. So next I tried to cancel the warranty and it took two months with the warranty company dying the dealership had to cancel it and the dealership not taking or returning my calls or emails. I had to go in Person, be very unpleasant and it still took me three hours to make a phone to make the cancellation. The moral of this tale is NEVER trust this dealership. Bought a Kia Soul from them in March and experienced multiple issues. Two individuals told us that our first payment would be in 55 days. Finance company sent a welcome letter with a first payment due date in 29 days. Was given a thumb drive with final documents that we couldn't open. Called and emailed requesting a copy that took over a week to receive the emailed document. Was told that our trade-in vehicle's outstanding loan balance would be paid within 5 days but after receiving communication from our lender, we phoned and was told it could take 15 days. After pointing out these issues during a phone call, as a way of "making it up" we were told we'd be given two free oil changes. I posted an unflattering review with these issues. Shortly after posting the review, my husband received a text stating that cards for the free oil changes could be picked up. Since we live an hour away, my husband was told we could pick up these cards when we came in for the courtesy first oil change. The return text asked if we'd change our Google review. Which we chose not to do. We were there today for the free oil change and my husband went to the sales office to collect the cards. He was told that the person that needed to authorize the release of the cards would not do that unless we changed the initial Google review. We will NOT be coerced into giving this business a better review than deserved. Our service advisor, Brett Sopocy was the only positive experience at the dealership. He was personable, professional, and a delight to work with today as we processed the paperwork for the oil change. read more

Do not trust the finance representatives when buying a car. Make sure everything is in writing and in hand before leaving. Make sure to read all the details and verify that it matches what they tell you. I was told I would receive a warranty extension and free oil changes for 5 years. When I finally received a copy of my documents (after asking for them for 3 months), my warranty timeframe was different than what we agreed on and my 5 years of free oil changes was actually 5 oil changes. MY Vehicle took two and a half hours just for an oil change. I asked my service advisor if this was normal ? I was told yes but and sorry it took so long that we are short staffed that people do not stay here and to make it up to you is that you will receive a survey in the mail in a couple days please fill it out exactly like this giving us 100 points and I'll take care of you the next time you come in and will receive a free oil change. I told my advisor that is great and worth my time next time. The advisor tells me that our customers have been getting free oil changes on the company dime for years just keep filling out that survey will all 100 every time and you will never have to pay for an oil change as long as you service with us. Complete lies over the phone and in person. I hope they don't treat everyone like they did my wife and I as they offered a super low number for trade, and salesmen will try telling you to just refinance in 4-6 months. That you can 100%  do that and that I have to work with him on the numbers when they offered 500$ for my trade and wouldn't lower the car's price even 1$. But facts are facts, and refinancing is NOT 100% as I know many finance companies will not allow that. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!! I bought a used vehicle and the engine broke down a month later. I was sold the extended warranty and the finance department guy, Diego Barroso, told me I didn't need to bring the car to the dealership and to bring it to my mechanic. I brought it to my certified mechanic who filed a claim with Assurant that got denied because it was within what they call Elimination Period. The insurance company told me to bring it to the dealership. I had It towed there and the car is now at Greenway West Kia so they can file another claim or fix my car. It's been over e week and nobody is doing anything to help me. I've gone there more than 6 times. Horrible Service Experience - Never Returning I brought my 2024 Kia Seltos to Greenway Kia West on August 1st for a non-functioning radio and backup camera. I was told the radio was defective and would be replaced. However, while my vehicle was in their possession, the gear shift release was tampered with, and I suspect an attempted theft. The explanation from the service department was implausible -- a tech needed to move the car but didn't retrieve the key, so they decided to force the gear shifter. Completely unacceptable. I emailed the service manager, Mark Foster, who did not respond. When I called, he was evasive and dismissive. After several days without updates, I visited in person and found out that my parts had been there "for days," and no one contacted me due to a system error -- a service ticket that was never closed. The radio was replaced, but they blamed me for damage, falsely suggesting something had spilled into it -- they only covered it under "goodwill." Then the wrong parts were ordered for the gear shifter. I was never updated -- I had to call and visit repeatedly just to move things forward. After finally getting the gear shifter replaced, I began experiencing intermittent issues with the vehicle not starting or unlocking, with no interior lights or response from the push-to-start. Kia roadside assistance towed it, but the dealership claimed it "started fine" and "no issues were found." I provided video evidence to prove otherwise. Despite this, the dealership offered no real support and initially refused a rental car until I contacted Kia corporate -- only then did they arrange one. Diagnostic efforts were minimal, and even after asking multiple times, no battery or alternator tests were documented. My dash cam confirmed the vehicle sat untouched for days, and even worse, was left unlocked overnight. I also discovered they lied about recall work, texting that it was complete when, in fact, the recall didn't qualify for service. This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable. Mark Foster's behavior throughout has been disrespectful and unprofessional. When I questioned inconsistencies, he threatened to call the police, simply because I was firm in demanding answers. I left with my vehicle still having the same electrical issues, and no resolution in sight. The sales department was excellent, but the service department is severely lacking in professionalism, communication, and competence. I will never return to Greenway Kia West, and I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone seeking trustworthy service. read more

I was there to witness this in this manager's office, He asked us did we want to buy a car together and we clearly said NO, and stood up and to walk out and end this deal, he told us my sister can co-sign, so we asked him where do we sign and he told us where to sign, We were not shown NO policy and what we signed, It is my fault I did not ask to look at policy. The worst service ever, they promise pure lies, they make you give money to change your vehicle for a different one and just waste your time. When I bought my car there in 2024 it was a completely issue, I thought it could be different this time and they will make the difference, but it was worst, that made me waste my time giving a car without now if it could be approved for the financial bank, requesting an extra down payment of 1000 more and my car. Today September 2, 2024 I visited this dealership, but before I went to the dealership I was communicating with a lady by the name of Yuri and I told her everything including my credit score. I told her what I was looking for and what I was trading in as my down payment. She reply back via text message that it was not an issue. When I get to the dealership today. This dealership is the worst and when I say the worst these people are violating all the legal laws a consumer will have when buying anything. I was told they will do a soft pull on my credit when that was not the case, plus they knew up front and I showed from my phone the 3 scores from my credit to Mr. Ray Paz and it was exactly what I told and showed to him and also to Yuri. I get a few alerts from my credit card companies AMEX, Capital One, Bank of America and Discover that a hard pull was done to my credit. When I confronted Mr. Ray Paz he tells me that a soft pull or enquire they only take 2 points off my credit and I told him that is NOT true, so I showed him from my phone what a soft credit pulls does from a google search I did from my own phone. He then gave me a bunch of excuses that were only making sense to him. Then I get to speak to a guy from finance who is Russian or from a different country and I notice that his right hand was smaller than his other one. He is telling me a story so I told him, that I can waste money and I will make the money back but not my time. So I hate wasting time. Then I asked the Russian guy with the small right hand if I can speak to the GM and he said the GM was to busy to speak to me. Then I asked Mr. Paz for the GM business card so I can sent him an email in which I did from the web page I obtain his email, because Mr. Ray Paz got a business card from some sales person and not the GM and brought that business card to me. Mr. Ray, first told me when I asked him for the GM business card that he would take a picture and sent that to me and I asked him why he will want to send me a picture when he can easily go into his office and asked him for his business car. But instead he brought me a business card from some other gentleman and I believe he is the floor manager. This is the most corrupted and unethical dealership I have seen. I am not upset because I did not get the car, I am upset because they have violated my rights by not telling me the truth, avoiding my questions, request and doing a bait and switch on me. All of them including the GM is extremely corrupted. I would not even give this place a star, but that is the minimum a person can do in order to write a review. I believe the Russian that works in Finance his name is Yakir and has a heavy accent when speaking to someone. If you want to waste your time please go this dealership. LIARS! LIARS! LIARS! We were lied to by two people at Greenway Kia North, Jane and Cody, who let us drive 30 minutes to their dealership in search of a specific car that they told us they still had. Then they told us it was at Greenway Kia West, so we called them and were told that they still had the car. When we got there they claimed it sold in the last 20 mins. Too many lies to blame a particular person. This is obviously company policy and they have been trained to lie. I don't understand the strategy? We didn't look at any other cars and will NEVER buy from any of the Greenway dealerships. Do they really get people to stay and buy cars after they lie to them? read more

Read the service reviews before coming to this dealership. I failed to do that and now have regrets. Their service department lacks communication and will misdiagnose your car issues. They fail to tell you they can't confirm the problem with your car until you spend money fixing one thing at a time. By doing so, the Kia Greenway West service department wants you to pay for parts and repairs that may or may not resolve the problem while they try to figure out what's wrong. They will not disclose that is how they diagnose vehicles. They will then call you and tell you that there are more issues and ask for you to pay more money to fix the additional "issues" they have found after failing to inform you during the diagnostic. You then have to decide to walk away with a partly repaired car because it was misquoted and misdiagnosed. Or you risk spending tons of money paying them to install new parts until they can figure it out. Or they will keep your vehicle hostage until you pay thousands for them to fix everything after they weren't honest and forthcoming about ALL the repairs needed when they diagnosed and provided the quote. They are not honest. They will lie about the cost to get you to agree to the service. Because of this, you are stuck paying for what you thought would fix your car and leave with the car still not working; unless you give them more money. David and Kia Greenway West Service department should have provided the cost of everything during the diagnostic and explained what was needed to avoid misdiagnosis and leaving out ALL the repairs that the vehicle needs under the diagnosis you come in for. It would have allowed the customer to make an informed decision on how they want to move forward or ask additional questions about the process. By failing to disclose information, you swindle customers into using your dealership to complete partial repairs that will not fix the problem. I've wasted time and money coming here, and I want to make sure the next person knows so they don't do the same. They don't diagnose vehicles- they guess what's wrong and charge you for parts and labor until they can figure it out. read more

Short version: If you have the ability and time to go to another Kia service center, do it. If not, make sure you continuously stay updated on the status of you car while waiting. Whatever service triage they have there is inefficient, and they have the excuse of ignorance since you as the customer don't have access to what is going on back there. Take their inability as a red flag and find another service center. Long story: I had a 10 am appointment for recalls. Picked this location because it was the closest to where I live now. The service center was already full due to the third party call center overbooking appointments. I knew I would be waiting on my car for a while, especially since the waiting area was full. But leave at 4pm??? If I was a walk-in, sure. Even the people that I knew full well had appointments after mine, were serviced before mine. I used the text service offered to maintain contact with the advisor (@ 12:38pm, 2:02pm, and 2:27pm), but I would never get a text back. When acknowledged twice in the waiting room and told them my name and reason, they never came back with an update. It wasn't until I went face to face (1st one at 3pm, the next at 3:40pm), that I got anything in regards to an update. My car, which apparently didn't even need parts for the recall, was left to be dealt with until after the waiting room was practically empty. Only one other person was waiting, and they got there hours after me and even got their car back before me. I did give a complaint to the manager (which was useless especially since my car was finally being serviced) and as expected, I got the "Sorry you feel we pushed your vehicle to the end but there's nothing I can do because I don't know what your car is here for" response. STAY AWAY! My car is only 3 years old with VERY low miles on it (6,000 below "normal"). They offered me $4000 below KBB fair trade in on the car and said it was in "fair" condition. This is a LOADED '20, top of the line car in mint condition, and a sought after color combo--you can't even find a smudge or dust on it. So not only was the offer low but they said my car is "fair' (which means mechanical repairs and defects) which is the lowest marking on KBB. My car has no defects or mechanical issues! Infact the definition of "excellent" on KBB is "looks new and is in excellent mechanical condition with no visible defects." My car is just that! What a waste of time and an insult to me. They are aggressive and want to control the conversation and if you don't play along, they don't want to do business. That's fine, I'll take my money and my 850 credit score some where else. Absolutely terrible service department! I've been 4 times. Shame on me for going that many times. First time they charged me $150 for an oil change that I could get at Valvoline for $50. I complained and they gave me a free coupon. Next 2 service apts were "fine". Today, they hosed me again! Told me $485 for a 15k service. They were supposed to deduct for a service coupon I have for a free oil change, a free air cabin filter and another for -$10.00 off. Somehow that new math cost me over $500! No one could explain and after 30 minutes of discussion, they knocked $15 off! I should have known better because I bought my car there and the finance manager was TERRIBLE too! Total bait and switch. The final "deal" was nothing like what they quoted. Total rip off. Terrible. I will never go there again, even to use my free oil change coupons. RUN THE OTHER WAY!! read more

Please read! The experience I had at this dealership was the absolute worst I have ever had. They flat out lied to me and gave me a price over the phone to get me in the door. I told them multiple times that I had to drive 2 hours with young kids after work. He told me multiple times over 2 different phone calls that we could make the deal and that it would be easy. They assured me many times that it would be quick and for the price I was looking for. When I arrived there was no salesman named Julio and the price was $4000 higher than discussed. That is $2000 more than I could get it at home. We are both first responders and just got off work. Very tired and brought our kids. We were excited to get the vehicle we discussed. This is the worse place ever. I bought a car there and while it was being test driven with the salesmen in the passenger seat, [now I know why], the air felt om on the driver side, however the passenger side blows heat always, bought it in the beginning of summer. If 2 or more people in the car, its hot as hell in there. The manager answered my bad review on google, tried to make himself look good telling me to email him, however I did multiple times with NO response. Took it to a shop here that is the ONLY shop I would trust, and the manager said "They screwed you and they knew exactly what they were doing. They didn't want to fix it because it is extremely costly. So stay away, that's why they have 1 star!!! Be forewarned!!! read more

Do not under any circumstances give these people a deposit for a vehicle that they will "order" for you. In July of 2022 I was told that they had ordered a vehicle for me and needed a deposit to "hold" the vehicle for me and that it would be available in 3 months( more or less) 7 months later a different year vehicle with a bunch of stuff I did not order and none of the equipment I did order came in. I asked for my deposit back and was told nope, even though this was not the vehicle they had supposedly "ordered" for me. I contacted KIA America and they said dealerships can do what they want so dealerships not honoring their agreement is fine with them.I am not surprised at KIA America since they said they would urge their dealerships not to price gouge but almost every KIA dealer was charging about $10,000 over MSRP. as a "price adjustment". It was over 2 1/2 years ago that I came to this dealership, looking to trade my modified Jeep Wrangler. I'll never come back to this dealership after the huge mistake they made. I fell in love with a preowned Lexus NX 300 F sport, which had low miles, and it had everything I was looking for The big mistake The desk manager and finance manager did at this establishment was have me sign papers on a vehicle with the wrong price and the wrong VIN number, but still pushing me to take the car with me to spend some time with it so I could come back and re-sign paperwork they already made me sign? They had no explanation for the actual paperwork and actual car and the price? they went ahead and marked the wrong price on a different Lexus NX 300. I do not know why in God's name I did not file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the headquarters of this corporation because they printed the wrong information on this particular vehicle. They literally should've been held responsible for inappropriately charging me for a different priced vehicle without honoring the paperwork. At this point I have to give them a solid three stars. I was quite hopeful when originally looking for vehicles online and came up with a couple that were in the price range we were looking for. I had been contacted by them and called them back but I didn't make an appointment. It's right at the end of the year and I knew they'd have all kinds of sales going on. We took the chance and drove out and got there late in the morning. We were greeted fairly quickly and they found someone to assist us. The gentleman was quite friendly and was able to locate me in the system where we had contacted them. We talked a little bit and he went and got the one vehicle that the salesperson I had spoken to on the phone about. When he brought it around I took a look around the vehicle and saw some damage on the driver side along with some nicks and dings which is expected on any used car. We took it for a quick test drive and I didn't like how much the air conditioning bogged down the engine. When we went to get out there was a lot of noise when the back door was opened. He didn't notice it and denied that there was anything wrong when I saw the damage. He did end up checking it out and finding where the rear door was rubbing on the front door. Clearly there had been some kind of accident at some point. I asked what else they had and he was able to find one other vehicle in our price range. Again I walked around it and the first thing I noticed was damage to the front passenger sized rim. Being very familiar with tires and rims I mentioned that it would probably have to be replaced. He downplayed that as well. Again there were just a few nicks and things but it was definitely in much better shape than the first vehicle. It ran smoother and wasn't bogged down by the air conditioning. From what I had looked at I was fairly happy with it. They were able to work out the financing we were looking for so we made the purchase. We had a notice on the dash that there was low tire pressure. I asked him to make sure that they checked that before we left. They took it to do the final once-over and fill it with fuel and I was assured that it was taken care of. On the way home I realized the radio wasn't working properly and it turned out to be just that the display is now working properly. You can listen to music but you don't actually know what station you're listening to. I miss that one so that is my bad. The radio will have to be replaced though by us. My major issue with them was that when I got home I still had the check tire pressure light and when we checked two were at the proper pressure and two were at 20 or below. They truly dropped the ball on that one. I was able to fill them and make sure everything was even. After a few days it's still running good and we are very helpful. read more

I have to say this was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I were interested in the used 2024 EV9 that the dealership has on its website. We were going to call and put a deposit down on the vehicle, but were told that they do not negotiate deals on the phone. Christine, I believe was the salesperson's name refused to put a manager on the phone. Saying "we do not negotiate deals over the phone" and that "a manager would not get on the phone to speak with us." That and the fact that the price was $9K more than what was shown on the website, including almost $4k for the certification process. This was the first red flag. My wife and I still decided to visit the dealership as we would be in Orlando for vacation, and once the price of the car had dropped by $500. We went in and during negotiations the sticking point was the CBO cost. Their 150-point inspection to ensure that the vehicle qualifies for the warranty. We finally worked through the negotiation, and the salesperson promised that could take $10 off of each of the monthly payments to make up the difference. This was later disclosed that the salesperson had no right to make that promise by the Finance Manager. Also, given that I was purchasing this car and taking it out of state the interest rate was 2.4% higher than what my bank could provide. The salespeople were not even aware of the short comings of the warranty, and luckily the Finance Manager was able to walk me through what the warranty covered. We paid our deposit and purchased the car and planned to come back two days later to fix the recall on the vehicle. The next day I noticed that there was damage to the paint on the roof and the car, and that it was already rusting. This should have been fixed during the CBO, and I should have been made aware of the issue. How is it that a car that has not been in the country for 1 year was already rusting. Needless to say, I took the car back to return the vehicle. After going back and forth with the dealership about applying my purchase to a new car, I decided to just return the car. After an hour of waiting the finance manager walked by and asked if anyone had talked to me. I said, "no" and that I was waiting for them to refund my deposit. It was then that I was told that I would not be getting a refund, because Kia Corp would not return the deposit. Not once did the GM get out from behind his desk to tell me this, not once did the sales team come over and tell me there was an issue. They relied on the poor finance guy to come tell me. It was at this time I was forced into either losing my significant deposit, taking a rusting vehicle, or purchasing a new vehicle. Basically, forced into a purchase the team went back and forth promising me the best possible deal. When I found an EV9 that had the features I wanted, it magically had a deposit on it and the Greenway dealer would not transfer the vehicle (surprisingly the vehicle is still available on their website). We finally found a EV9 that had a feature that I wanted but not all of them. This vehicle had to come from another dealer 40 minutes away, and there was still a recall on it. Please keep in mind that by this point and time I have been at the dealership for over 6 hours. I see the sales person who went to the other dealer to get the car, and was informed that it was being detailed in the shed. After 30 minutes another sales person came in to tell me that he was able to jump the line and the was now being detailed. During this whole time neither the GM nor the owner, or anyone that had any authority came to speak to me. They sat there and passed the dealerships short comings, not to the sales staff, but to the Finance Manager. After 10+ hours at the dealership was able to get into a vehicle and set up the profile. I was told that the parking assist feature would be available after I set up the profile and the car updated. Thus ended my 11 hours at the dealership. I was offered water, and self-serve coffee, but because no one could give me a timeline as to when there would be any type of resolution, I did not eat all day. Once the car was home (6.5 hours away, I used superchargers on the way home), I went to plug in the vehicle only to realize that the charger was not included with the vehicle. After a call they did send the charger, and I received it 5 days later, overnighting it would have been a nice touch, but I knew it would not happen. \ After taking the EV9 to get its windshield wiper fluid pump connected (yes the hose that shoots the fluid on the windshield was not hooked up), Kia called to walk me through the vehicle features. When I mentioned that the parking assist did not work, I was then told that this is an add on feature. So, either the salesperson, and the sales floor manager were not aware of this, or they lied. read more
