    DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SORT REVIEWS BY NEWEST AND JUST SCROLL. THAT WILL TELL YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW. This is my first yelp review ever! Unfortunately it's a negative one. Copying my review from google cause I'm not typing it all over again. Let me start off by saying Arturo, Jeremy and the front desk ladies are fantastic. Now that that's out of the way avoid Greenway anything. The process is horrendous. Every nightmare you've heard about the car buying process is true. You tell them your price range and they come out with an offer that's twice your budget!! Off the rip showing they don't care about the customer. What's wild is that I bought a Kia from this place last year and it was fantastic experience. Man how much a year can change everything. Went in thinking I was gonna have a similar experience to my first. Got there at 1130am and Was greeted by Jeremy who asked us what we were looking for. Push to start, gray sportage to replace my prior one, and our price range . Cool. Jeremy comes around in a HEV 2025 sportage. Not in my budget but definitely what I was looking for, we then look at a few push to start used cars all way beyond the price range we initially gave him. We realize it makes just makes sense to lease new if it's gonna be the same price. He suggests the baseline 2025 sportage that was and I quote "the same thing we've looked at just 2025" . We asked to see it but they insisted it was the same. So we TRUSTED them and continued with the signings. When Jeremy pulls the car around it looks like the same on the outside but it was a key ignition. They never even mentioned a key ignition. I don't work for key I am not a Kia enthusiast how would I know its key ignition if you've never told me. This was so shady and completely unacceptable. They even had the nerve to send the email confirming I was 100% happy with the purchase and looked it over when I had not. Thank God I didn't sign it! It is now 530pm my family is tired I'm tired we want a refund for our down payment. We go to get out refund and they are only able to do 1000 because "they've reached there limit" at this point we were over it. We decided to comeback the next day for the refund. We get there at 1200p for the refund but once again they are at their limit . So we had to spend the next three hours waiting for them to play telephone with the bank, the treasurer and the software company to refund us. You can drop 10s of thousands of dollars immediately for a down payment but god forbid you want it back. Ended up going to Mazda. Told them our price range and from the JUMP they gave us numbers that weren't exactly what we were looking for but they were manageable. It was like they listened and Kia ignored it and said "nah this is what you can pay" could be more than 2 hours and I'm now a proud owner of a 2025 cx-50. It's the base model AND HAS PUSH TO START. I loved my sportage before it got wrecked, the staff (for the most part) is friendly and patient. Not gonna say "they lost a sale" but they definitely lost a client. I was ready to be a part of Kia family forever. That said, your time is valuable. Don't get lost in all the flashy tech. And the back and forth...wasted 2 days at Kia for one reason or another. There are other dealerships out there that will respect your time. If it's taking you longer than 2-3 hours to drive out with a new car and good deal. Leave.

    Update: after a year and a half, and a BBB complaint, Greenway Kia gave me my spare tire and a kit.

    Bought a Kia Soul from them in March and experienced multiple issues. Two individuals told us that our first payment would be in 55 days. Finance company sent a welcome letter with a first payment due date in 29 days. Was given a thumb drive with final documents that we couldn't open. Called and emailed requesting a copy that took over a week to receive the emailed document. Was told that our trade-in vehicle's outstanding loan balance would be paid within 5 days but after receiving communication from our lender, we phoned and was told it could take 15 days. After pointing out these issues during a phone call, as a way of "making it up" we were told we'd be given two free oil changes. I posted an unflattering review with these issues. Shortly after posting the review, my husband received a text stating that cards for the free oil changes could be picked up. Since we live an hour away, my husband was told we could pick up these cards when we came in for the courtesy first oil change. The return text asked if we'd change our Google review. Which we chose not to do. We were there today for the free oil change and my husband went to the sales office to collect the cards. He was told that the person that needed to authorize the release of the cards would not do that unless we changed the initial Google review. We will NOT be coerced into giving this business a better review than deserved. Our service advisor, Brett Sopocy was the only positive experience at the dealership. He was personable, professional, and a delight to work with today as we processed the paperwork for the oil change.

    I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

    Decided to come here after going to three other car repair shops to get my Ac fixed and everytime…read morethey ended up not fixing the actual problem. When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful. Please check these guys out they really do care about their work. I will be using them for all my car services in the future.
