    I am a Carvana customer, but only had my car delivered before. Today my sister was getting her new car from the vending machine and I could NOT miss it! Was an easy process. Everything done online, you talk to a live person once or twice to finish the process and I will not go back to a dealership. The vending machine experience with the coin and watching it get delivered to you... so fun! I will recommend Carvana to all my friends and family. I love my car, and my sister loves hers!

    Lately, we've been hearing a lot about Carvana and all the stories were good. This experience was beyond my expectations. Communication, pricing, ease of access, customer service, trade-in values-- all a head above the rest! And the full access to everything related to your purchase is easy to relocate. No wonder they are #1 in FL! Joette was our delivery person, and she was professional, friendly, competent, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable.

    To clarify, this review is strictly about the facility and not Carvana experience itself. I chose to have my vehicle delivered here, not just because it would save me the $500 shipping but it would also offer me the chance to use the exclusive and magical vending machine we see passing by on I-4. I chose my dedicated appointment slot and arrived ~10 min early. First impression was - oh my... Cars EVERYWHERE, no clear parking. You can tell they are clearly inundated in vehicles and nowhere to put them. I eventually found a place to parallel park into, but I'd expect some sort of small lot for appointments? Inside the meh experience continued. Was greeted by an employee stepping out sharing to have a bottle of water or make a coffee. Others were seated at spots in the area. The vending experience had a nice prime seating creation and lovely picture windows. Eventually sat down. Employees returned, one went to assist the existing persons he was with. Another did some paperwork and another went to the desk. With nobody saying anything more I went to the desk to ask if there's a check in or something. I was told no, but they can confirm my appointment. Got my name pulled up and was told the person at desk was assigned to me and she began my process. I am curious if I didn't say anything how long it would have taken to be acknowledged. The paperwork was disappointing - you HAVE to sign off on the odometer reading without seeing the vehicle in person. I'm not sure how this is legal? After the person ahead of me completed their coin dispensing, it was my turn. Seeing hers, I learned it was a very lackluster experience. A lot of missed opportunities here despite some of the nice touches (special bench seating for friends who come, lighting that upon reflection creates a halo). The coin drops in. Person behind desk pushes a button and... You wait. You can see the machine on camera but I would have expected some music or something to fill in the void instead of pretty much silence? Gotta liven it up! Car does a cute little out and back runway before moving into its bay. Customers are not allowed in the bays, the Rep drives the car out from it for you. This was where I was most disappointed. It was raining, there's zero cover. It's a quick hand-off of here's the keys, congrats! I'm sure this is to decrease odds of you inspecting vehicle and having questions (like, why is the odometer several hundred miles more than the paperwork I was made to sign?). It was my first push to start car and I had no idea how to drive it so I was awkwardly watching YouTube to learn. Just felt overall very impersonal which is fine, but not the vibe they present. Do I recommend? Sure! The online experience overall was great with no surprises and you save even more money doing it this way. But the "wow" factor at this specific location just was nowhere to be found and small touches could have elevated things from a stronger initial customer service encounter to little details. And I advise selecting a date when it is not forecasted for rain. There is zero overhang so you'll be trying to check out your car while getting wet and then hopping into your "new to you" vehicle all wet.

    Talk about easy cat buying process. Pick a car, pay with either financing, cash or other finance company and that's it. After I chose my car it took 20 minutes total. Best to get a car without a huge shipping cost but that's just my advice. I don't think I'll ever go to a dealership again to buy a car.

NO VERSION would our dealership in RI drop the ball so blatantly - I guess our 2009 Mercedes is not worth their time for repair. After reading the reviews, looks like I dodged a bullit. I even got attitude from one of the ladies who answered the phone. Knowing Lexus is owned by Toyota as the high end brand gives us peace of mind to know that our purchase will last. Now onto the service, which I can't rave over enough!! Austin greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly. He sought answers to the type of vehicle we were considering and showed us several models across price ranges to get a feel of what we were looking for. We test drove two different SUV's, however, the one pictured and purchased, lovingly named "Phoenix" had our hearts from the start. Austin took his time to show us everything that each vehicle was capable of and had to offer as we test drove them to get a feel of what it would be like to own it and get around the digital screen, Apple car play, and so much more! It made the process streamlined and easy to talk as we discovered each area. When it was clear that we desired the RX350, we pulled our trade around and met with Giselle who was also absolutely amazing throughout the process and gave us a fair deal for our trade, far above what I expected to be honest. While we met with Brian, they took our new car to fill it with gas, wash it, and wax it so it was ready to drive when we were done with finance . Brian was fantastic, showed us our options but never pressured. Even though we already were approved and had a loan walking in, we ended up signing with Lexus finance instead to take advantage of the $1,000 military rebate and also because our bank didn't have an available GAP insurance which was unfortunate. We met Austin again at the car and he went through the programmed seating capabilities, lighting, heated seats and downloaded the app with us. Lastly we took pictures and even video driving out!! What a truly fun and phenomenal experience buying our first Lexus! If you're in the market, I recommend Lexus of Orlando, and Austin Lewis as your sales person, he will definitely take care of you without feeling pressured and you'll leave feeling confident in how to use your new car as well as the purchase you made.

My Audi SQ8 (3rd car leased from Audi Orlando) has been an absolute nightmare of a car for 15b months. This car has ALWAYS had electronics issues, door lock malfunctions, the alarm goes off when simply open a door and the hatch opens on its own when I sit down in the car!. Fast forward to now the 4th time the car has been presented for the SAME issues and my assistant calls today to see if the car is ready as NO ONE has bothered to give me status update from 5 days ago -- my assistant has to wait on hold for an hour just to speak with a service rep and they said yes the car is ready!. Then she gets a text telling her the car IS NOT ready and we have no time to waste in the first place to chase down these people and a very expensive car to boot!.
