He was straightforward with us, agreed with me on my guess (it was the starter), and gave us an accurate quote. Barcadi's team quickly sourced and replaced the starter, and noticed the brakes were in desperate need of pad replacement. The total price was not bad at all! There was also no waiting area and no shuttle or courtesy ride available. As a result, I had to leave without getting the service and wasted my morning.
