We had a problem with my 2013 Ford Edge after Hurrican Irma. The tube that drains the water from my air conditioning became clogged and my dashboard flooded. We didn't have power for 6 days and going out to our car to charge our phones and get some relief from the heat was crucial for us. These guys were the best. They told my husband to bring in the car right away after explaining our situation and they had it drained in an hour and even checked to make sure the air conditioning wasn't damaged. I have a '99 Jeep Cherokee Sport that I love with all my dear heart. A few weeks ago she went down in a blaze (well more smoke) of glory. Thankfully she broke down not far from these folks. Turned out my 12 year old 150,000 mile jeep needed a new engine...no shock there. I was faced with the choice to buy a new expensive engine or opt to find a new car. That was until the amazing front desk woman (I apologize for not remembering her name) went through so much trouble to find me a new engine at a great price. Ray the owner and his staff got her back together quickly and was very firm on me bringing it back if anything out of the ordinary started happening. I've been back to them since then and got the same friendly and well priced service as the first time. The jeep went from a zombie to an up and running member of the highway! What a joke. They hooked my VW up to their scan machine and said that they couldnt say for sure what the issue was. They explained to me that it needed a more thorough diagnostic, but they did not have the equipment to perform this. Gave me a bill for one hour labor to which I argued that it seemed unreasonable to charge for a diagnosis if you can't provide a diagnosis, but they didnt want to hear it. It also didnt phase them.that I had to pay for a second tow to a different mechanic either. If I broke down outside of their business I would absolutely have my vehicle towed to the next closest shop. I really was a bad move, since word of mouth is everything nowdays. read more

We are down here just for the winter and we went out to go to church and the car wouldn't start. Monday AAA sent out a technician and he thought it was the starter. A tow was arranged and they took the car and husband to Terrace Auto Repair. They were very friendly and helpful, even giving my husband a ride back to our RV park. It was later in the afternoon that they called and said they were getting a starter in but didn't know if they would get the car done that day. A couple hours later they called and had the car done but weren't certain they would be able to get it to us until the next day. Fine by us, we were thrilled to just get it into service so quickly. Around 5:15 they called and someone was on the way to pick up my husband. What service! They were friendly, fast and right on their service quote. If we need service again while we are here it will be only with Terrace Auto. Great service! read more

I brought my car here and my husbands for our Geico Insurance Inspections. When I called to see what information I needed to bring in for the inspection, Karen, could not have been sweeter or more helpful on the phone. I actually found myself hoping she would be there when I brought our cars in because she was that kind and warm. The inspections went quickly the two days I was there, and Karen of course was just as wonderful in person as she was over the phone. She gave me additional tips on following up with our insurance company to make sure they received everything they needed. Although, I only was at this location for an insurance inspection, I will absolutely be returning for future needs for our cars because of Karen. It was so refreshing being treated so well by someone in customer service and it was truly appreciated! We are fairly new to town and will be looking forward to doing business here in the future. read more

poor management and very poor customer service , called for quote and waited over 3 hours for someone to have the guts to call me back, and telling me that the will not work on my car,!!!!! what did i do ?? the owner is no very smart if he refuses to work on cars when people call , mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm i guess my money is no good, and that is okay they have already lost out on about $2000.00 sensors and transmission and now possible computer work ... oh well !!!!!!!! read more
