Wow wow wow ! So the battery on my car starts giving me some trouble priced a few places and just felt the I was being taken advantage of went to interstate battery the guy said we had to take out the battery ourself and he would put one in now mind you I told him what battery I needed and then he says well we don't have the battery for your car well why in the world would you need me to take out my battery if you have no replacement for it ?? So after that my husband did some searches and we came across lees so I told him let's give it a try we went down nice little shop in and out in less than 5min !!! 5min!!!! Price was perfect and he took out the old battery to put the new one tested it first to make sure that was the issue and we paid and were out of there . so fast friendly and professional service I couldn't believe it highly highly recommend this place oh and there was no charge for removal or the installation and he gave me a nice little discount made me laugh when I asked him if the price included install he looked at me like I was crazy he said " install? I don't charge for that unless it's for an RV or big rigs " lol I thought it was a little funny he seemed to be slightly offended by my question lol i mean it took him all but 1 min to take out my old one just all around nice visit I'm supper happy he gave me 5 yr warranty on the battery with the price I got it for you can't go wrong with this place . read more

Drove from Beverly Hills all the way to Lee's for a refurbished battery. On my way there I was going over in my head, "I hope its not a joke, I hope I dont get ripped off, I hope they dont offer me anything I dont need." For making the drive all the way out there, I was worried! But what i got was 100% customer service. I was helped out by John. He took out my old battery, cleaned and fixed a bunch of stuff that the previous guy messed up, and he didnt charge me an extra dime! Their prices are great and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. I live in the San Fernando Valley but because of my experience today, I will be a long time Lee's Batteries customer. From my dad's huge Peterbilt dump truck to my little Jeep Cherokee, their refurbished batteries have always been reliable and the prices on new batteries are always low. I bought a recondition battery from them for $50.00 and in 5 1/2 months it went bad. I got a exchange 2 days after the 6 month warranty it went bad again. The second battery was bad from the time I picked it up, but I did not have the resources to test it. Went there to get a used battery, the battery was used but it was good. It started going bad a week beforebthr 6month warranty was up. He rights the date on the battery wgich was good because i didnt have the receipt. I forgot he wrote it on the battery so when i went to see if i can exchange it he said i was a week over and tried selling me a new one. I took it home because i was going to just buy a new one at walmart but i notieced the date so i took it back. He did exchange it. If you are going to go here keep the reciept he said he saw the date wrong but honored it after pointed it out. read more

Great friendly service and very reasonable prices..my car was stalling and my battery was very low.. I had gone to autozone and they tested my battery and told me it was no longer good. So immediately I thought Lee's batteries but it was already 4:50 they close at 5:00 and I was 20 mins away. I called and they waited open for me. When I got there the gentleman that helped me out went the extra mile.. he saw my car was in need of an oil change so he got me a mechanic to do it for me at a very low price,not only that but since he saw I had my family in the car and it was a hot day he gave us all ice cold water bottles.
