From my domestic Jeep to my import VW, this is my go to garage for everything. From repairs to regular maintenance this is where I go because I know it will be done right. VERY VERY friendly staff and just all round great service from the person in the office to the mechanics. You're told straight up what problems are, no beating around the bush for anything. Super competitive prices for high quality work! On my VW I've been to countless shops (I mean it is a Volkswagen) for things as simple as oil changes to tricky probables that no one but Lee's could find such as air bag faults and countless check engine lights, I always left happy and with my car fixed and I can't say the same for other shops. On my jeep things such as: new axles, engine work, suspension, fuel leaks, and much much more along with regular maintenance and as all ways I left with my car repaired and with out feeling like I've been ripped off and robbed. Highly recommend this place, excellent and honest service. I've taken all three of my cars to them in the past 4 months: B1 service for 2009 c300 Benz. Tune up for 2009 highlander, and my 2008 dodge grand caravan needed its check engine light and airbag light taken care of. All three services were done with professionalism and same day service. Prices are competitive, I've tried several shops in the area but their prices are the same for something like an oil change $40 on my cars, the difference here is no headaches. They tell you exactly what's wrong after diagnostics and it's up to you if you want them to fix it or take it somewhere else to get it fixed... not sure why anyone would do that though. I personally like the waiting room and close by amenities if you don't want to wait on site for the service. read more

This place is awesome!!! I have never been disappointed. I've had a problem with my heat for a while and it's finally fixed and I'm so appreciative. Otto is great and his staff really knows what they are doing! I haven't had the best luck with cars and I don't like having to get repairs..but when I need to, I always go to Lee's! Aside from their knowledge and capabilities for repairing cars, what I love most about them is their honesty. They will NOT make you spend any money if you don't have to. They tell you what's important to fix and what can wait..if it's not in your budget to fix all at once. All in all, they're simply awesome! Awesome! Lee's Diagnostic has been my go to auto pros since 1984, it was owned by my best friend and is now own by another awesome friend of mine. Actually they are more like family. If your car needs work or just some TLC I highly recommend Lee's. Great service from ASE certified pros (Thanks Steve) and price wise they are more then reasonable. I like that they will check with you before doing things, and not replace things willy nilly. I even talked with Otto the owner and he helped me buy my new car after the old one was wrecked in an accident. Does your mechanic do that? Lees has been in business for years. Diagnosing and fixing the complex computer and electrical issues that are on modern day cars , is their specialty. They do this for far less $$ than the dealer , and with much more appreciation to the customers budget. The dealer will fix your car. Lee's will also fix your car, while shopping for the lowest price on parts , and looking for cheaper fixes. They really look out for your best interests. Problem solvers! I had been to another auto service provider who wrongfully told me the problem was that I needed a new battery, then a new alternator, then new cables--but after each repair, I was still unable to start my car the next morning...an angel suggested I try Lee's. I called and had my van towed to them. They were able to fit me in--not only did they diagnose the real problem, but were able to secure and install the part in the same day. I have been going to Lee's for 10 years. I was recommended when my car would not turn over. Pep Boys told me it would be $700 to fix. I then brought the car to Lee's and was told that my throttle body needed cleaning with a price tag of $35. My wife and I only bring our cars to Lee's. It's very hard to trust auto repair shops, but Lee's is the best from many standpoints. They always give great and affordable service and they seem to always find what the dealership cannot find. The prices are Always cheaper and with a 6,000 mile or 6 month warranty it can't be beat. read more

Lee is a very honest man and I feel very pleased with him. Lee will tell you the problem and is very fair with his prices considering he is one of the best in his field . I would recommend for his honesty fairness . I was going crazy with my Mitsubishi and he cleared my confusion. Exellent customer service. I will not go anywhere else for Car Issues.... I brought in my nissan because it was was leaking oil underneath... It got taken care of quickly and the Rep was not trying to charge me more like many other places ... basically replaced the rubber ring or whatever the part is called and the problem with oil was fixed... Don't waste your time comparing prices at other West Springfield, MA area automobile repair shops. Lee's is the best, most courteous and respectful shop.
