There was food splashed and spattered on the glass in front of the serving line. Not just one area but the entire length of the serving line. I had ordered queso and chips, I didn't get chips and was told "we are out of chips." It didn't matter anyway because the queso they gave me was thin and watery. I overheard a customer say, "Is THAT sour cream??" but after I got into my car and opened my bowl I saw what he was talking about. My bowl was covered by a very thin, runny white substance that did not look like sour cream. I was afraid it was spoiled so I didn't eat my burrito bowl. It honestly feels like it should be shut down and reopened with responsible, professional adults who understand customer service and basic operations so customers can actually enjoy their food and be treated with respect.
