    Big ass cucumbers
    Phuong L.

Ordered a full size sandwich and a full size salad. When I got back to work, the 2 sides of French bread wasn't in there and missing utensils. I checked the front of the bag and the worker checked off that everything was in the bag. Clearly everything was NOT in my bag. Look at these big ass slices of cucumbers! It's bigger than a tea can. How am I suppose to eat them?! Definitely need a wide mouth for these. And since they didn't put utensils in my bag, I can't cut them up. It literally takes a few seconds to double check a bag to make sure everything is correct.

Placing a mobile order is pointless now, because of Covid, you still have to wait in line and ask for your food. I have the Unlimited Sips membership, and often order just a drink. 9 times out of 10, my cup isn't sitting out for me, and I have to wait in line to ask for a cup. There is no hot water container for customers; you have to ask an employee for hot water. They're always running out of pastries and bakery items. They put their lemonade away about 2 hours before close, which is frustrating as well. You then have to get an employee to go to the back to get your drink. They've been very unorganized for at least the past year!

The nearly $10 bagel with tuna.

Normally I have a good time here. Yes I expect Panera Bread to be a bit more on the higher end for sandwiches and such. I look at them as more of THE major coffee chain version of soups and sandwiches, so yeah it's higher prices. But, even understanding that, imagine my shock at the nearly $10.00 bagel (pictures attached). After speaking with the manager and general manager, I was told that it was done correctly, and yes I am going to eat it. It better be a kick butt tuna salad in an equally butt kicking bagel. As I am always interested in being fair, I did expect the cost of things here to expensive. I always do like the taste of the food, and frankly have not been disappointed, even going so far as enjoying the leftovers. And I do so love the sourdough bread bowls, not just for the novelty of them (come on, a bread bowl? That is always neat, no matter how many times I have them.), but I am pretty picky about sourdough and Panera DOES get pretty close to what I would consider the ideal sour dough bread and I have never been disappointed. Back to the sandwich. It's an everything bagel with tuna. It has the tomato, lettuce and onion plus tuna. The tuna filling (if you've never had it here) is a bit on the sweet side but that's due to the relish in the tuna salad. Relish is not something *I* would use, but I learned long ago that it's a common ingredient in tuna salad. Not off putting at all, but I felt it was important to add that just in case there is someone who has never had relish in tuna. All in all it's a good sandwich, but it isn't nearly $10.00 good. Part of my confusion, I think, is that for me the menu is a tad difficult to decipher. Perhaps something I could have done would have been to ask about that before I finished my order, or as the cashier is getting ready to finalize the order she/he could read it back WITH prices. At any rate, this is a decent sandwich at a very high cost, and when I brought it up to the manager and general manager here, I essentially received "we made your order right." Not exactly the right phrase to make an issue better or help a customer out. That's why I gave it a two star. Decent/good food is one thing but resolving issues is critical. Offer choices, ask more probing questions, explain the process in the back, assure me that I got a good value for what I spent. Not much of that was done well or at all.

Based on the reviews (2 stars at the time of this writing) it would appear this Panera has had a rather rough go of it. But, luckily for me, that was not my experience. I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat early in the morning as I was heading back to Indy and decided to stop in. I went with simple egg and bacon bagel sandwich and wasn't disappointed. It was ready quickly, tasted fine and the service was polite and friendly. And it gets bonus points for being close to the interstate and having plenty of parking. Not really sure what all the fuss is about but I had a very pleasant visit. Yeah, I'd swing back by if given the chance.

What a complete disappoint. Came to this Panera location and order some sandwiches for family members in the hospital and this location fell super short of my expectations. I ordered the New Tuscan sandwich and got some type of sandwich that I could have made for less than $5.99. The sandwich was bland and the bread was hard as croutons. This was crouton sandwich. I also ordered the Modern Caprese sandwich. This also feel short of expectations for $5.99. The sandwich barely had any cheese or tomatoes on it. The bread was super hard and crunchy like croutons. Subway could save better sandwiches than this Panera location. Super disappointed and I completed wasted my money. The sandwich was not even close to the image advertised or shown on the order screen. They show images to entice consumers but in actuality disappointed in the execution and the content of the sandwiches. Wow how can they sell something in an image only to make a sandwich that did not meet the visuals on their menu screen. I highly do not recommend this location or the sandwich that they falsely advertised. Save your money and go else where otherwise you will be wasting your time and money.

Great location on 70 just before 75 exchange. Got the corn chowder and Chipotle chicken sandwich that's good!

My order for soup and this bread with a little flavor defiantly was not worth 30 dollars

We got lucky seeking a spot for an early lunch on a Saturday morning and Yelp! Did it again - great reviews and so close to where we were in Englewood, Ohio. A really nice variety of entrees, sandwiches, and salads. We chose a patty melt and a turkey Reuben - with onion rings and French fries as sides. I already have a short list of what to try next - but will be remembering those perfect onion rings to eventually repeat. I have the feeling everything here is very well prepared and delicious. (Serious FOMO over not choosing the soup of the day. Next time, for sure) The server was really friendly and happy to learn it was our first visit. The restaurant is clean and has local artists' work on display and available for sale. Next door they also have a wine shop and gallery - also on our list to check out soon. My only tip is to be ready for lunch or dinner - no breakfast is served here.

Service was perfect, greeted right away, friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The sushi presentation was beautiful with a lot of attention to the details. Minimal rice, just enough to surround the filling and hold together, not too much to overpower the texture. All three rolls were different with unique flavors and textures. The ones with multiple fish selections on them were done perfectly balanced with enough of each to taste them all. We also got the crab rangoon which were the sweetest little pillows filled with a creamy crab flavored goodness. For our return dinner visit we again got sushi and crab rangoon but also got two entrees so we'd have leftovers the next day for traveling. The fried rice isn't quite what we expected but the shrimp and beef were cooked perfectly and the flavors were spot on. I highly recommend Ozu852, especially for sushi, and will definitely return when in the area.

We love sushi - travel all the way to columbus just to have some from the unofficial "japantown" at kenny center Upon arrival at 2 pm, not super busy but the store appeared bright and well decorated. We were directed to pick our preferred seating. Menus were brough quickly, drink orders we taken and brought out quickly. Sprites, came with a cup of ice. This was were it went downhill. My husband is allergic to shellfish, and we eat out understanding there is a chance of cross contamination based on what we order. He had a mild reaction - we determined his reaction was from the glass with ice, which indicates it was not washed well. Not a good sign... We ordered house lo mein, king salmon nigiri, tuna nigiri, tuna roll, and one chicken and vegetable hibachi. Sushi? The rice was long grain and unseasoned... it fell apart as my husband picked it up. The fish was.. ok.. not wowed. Even the king salmon was...just salmon and not anything amazing. My tuna roll never made it. My husband said this was the first time he had bitter ginger... he spat that back out - ginger is suppose to be a palate cleanser... Lo mein? Was ok. It was not greasy, which is what I usually encounter. Noodles were soft, but ok. Flavor.. lacking.. and there was a notcieable amount of sauce at the bottom.. so it was too runny. The hiabachi? The fried rice, saddest fries rice ever. It was hard middle and .. flavor was offputting.. this is coming from a girl that was raised to eat rice everyday in many forms. I love durian, and this rice manage to offput me.... the flavor was just weird. The hibachi chicken and veggies were the best part..sauce flavor was great and the veggies were cooked very well and chicken was juicy. So overall... would not recommend due to cleanliness (based on contact contamination from a cup) and... food was just meh

I am always suspicious of the authenticity Italian restaurants in the Midwest, especially when some places by me claim that Ragu is their "house recipe." However, I was pleasantly surprised by Tony's in Dayton! As soon as I saw the statue of a chef and plastic grapes in the entryway, I knew Tony's was the real deal. I came with a group of 10, and the waiters were able to accommodate us into one large table in the back of the dining room. The dining room itself is decorated like a charming alleyway in the streets of Rome, with some decorations looking straight out of Nonna's kitchen. We were served drinks right when we sat down, and I noticed on the menu that there was an impressive selection of IPAs and wine. Our waiter was kind enough to bring someone in our party a "sample" of beer when he was deciding between two drinks. Of course, no Italian dinner is complete without garlic bread, and Tony's garlic cheesy bread was a hit with the whole table! I couldn't get enough of it. For dinner, I enjoyed the ravioli, which was served on a plate that was bigger than my head! The sauce was flavorful with a hint of crushed red pepper, and the ravioli themselves were thick and fluffy. I loved every bite! Unfortunately, not everyone liked their dinners as much as I did. My sister said her Alfredo sauce "tasted like nothing," and I saw from across the table that my mother's baked ziti was burnt. One thing I did appreciate about Tony's was the prices. For just $13.50, I got a full plate of ravioli, plus a side salad and garlic bread! I was very impressed with that deal.
