Be warned: they charge $99.95 just for showing up, even when the result is "no trouble found" after a 5-10 minute visit. Most customers agree to the fee believing there's a real problem. I spent 20 years in a service department, and we charged a modest travel fee when nothing was wrong--this builds trust and repeat business. Unfortunately, this company doesn't seem to value that. Appointment was scheduled for morning. no one showed. After calling, the AI call tree said I would get call back within 15 min. Never happened. At 5:02pm. a technician showed up. We called at 7:30 this morning requesting service for our geothermal heating system. The answering service confirmed that they service geothermal systems and would have a tech out between 8-9 am. By 10 am no one had showed. I called an was informed we were next on the list, the job prior was taken longer than expected. We then received a call from dispatch saying the tech would be here within 30 minutes. It's now 10:30. We were finally able to speak with the tech who told us they do NOT service geothermal systems and they are sorry. Complete waste of our time and the company cannot offer a referral to another hvac provider. Now here we are on a Saturday in January with no heat and hours of wasted time. read more

Big decision choosing HVAC replacement. Start to finish, I've been very satisfied with the process: from bid, to install, to adjustments. So far, so good. It's a new system so one could/should expect a few hic-ups. I must say, the employees have been remarkable, willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are working correctly. From initial evaluation and follow-up (Joe Crowley) to bid (Dylan Heberling), to install (Devante Trotter and Travis Miller) to service (Justin Reed). These men are a special group. Whoever did the hiring brought their A-game. There may be some minor bumps in the road, adjustments, etc.; however, I am confident I have a management and service team that will make things right. I had recently repaired a leak in my vanity faucet by replacing the stems. This information was relayed to LS H&C person who came out for routine check of plumbing. This is a complimentary service since purchasing a furnance-a/c package from them in September, 2021 in the amount of $9600.00 After replacing the stems myself and not experiencing anymore leakage, I was surprised to hear the drip, drip again. I could've repaired again myself but wasn't inclined to do so because of back pain which is constant. I called LS H&C since their inspection technicians were so nice and efficient. I was told couldn't have someone to my house for a few days. So, I decided to do another repair myself. I purchased the stem replacement kit from Ace Hardware for $9.99 and was preparing to tackle the job myself when I received a call from LSH&C stating the technician who previously conducted the complimentary inspection previously was in the vicinity and would be by for the repair call. I had already turned off the water at the main valve, removed the handle screw and handle, unscrewed and removed bonnet but hadn't removed stem as yet. Before I could do anything else the technician, Dalton Perry was at the door.. He continued by removing the stem and accompanying seat (rubber washer) and spring. He determined the seat was damaged and replaced with that in the replacement kit I had purchased. The time to complete the repair I had started was approximately 20 minutes. I was charged $182.50 for a repair requiring less than 30 minutes using a part I had purchased. If there is ever a next time, I'll endure the pain and completely repair myself. I'm a senior on a fixed income so could have used that $182.50. Their service charge would have been around $90.00...think that could have covered 20 minutes of time and a fraction of the cost of gasoline. How do you spell "O-v-e-r-c-h-a-r-g-e????? read more

We wanted to zone our house for AC/heat and right from the beginning, Matthew told us it was going to be a challenge but they were willing to do it and do it right. Ac went out around 5:30 pm Thursday, june 28th 2018, you might remember the heat. I called Friday morning and they could get out that day between "late morning , early afternoon". Around 3 pm ls heating and cooling arrives. Short version, my compressor is bad, need new unit. Charged 179.00$. Provided estimate to replace at 7k plus. Following Monday another company came and repaired my ac unit for 179.$ read more
